Cream Autumn Falls

I got the Cream sleeve (and case, as it was a new offering, so you could only get it as a full FL kit) of Autumn Falls during the BF/CM sale of 2020, of which one plus of that sale was that newer FLGs were also part of the sale, provided you spent enough.

Aesthetics: The Cream sleeve has a vaginal orifice that is the replica of Autumn Falls vulva, and with a Fleshtone that is very similar to Autumn Falls herself, this sleeve is already visually appealing. Yeah, I must confess: I oggled it with my eyes quite a bit each time before embarking on a FLight.

Lube: Since mid-2019, I have exclusively used Gun Oil H2O (do not use the original Gun Oil as it is a silcone lubricant that will damage your sleeves). Gun Oil H20 is great as it is a longer lasting lube, works very well with Fleshlight products and is formulated to help improve sexual activity. Although the Cream has various textures, Gun Oil H2O will go a long way with just a bit, and unless you are going on a major marathon of a FLight, re-lubing is usually not necessary.

Noise: The sleeve itself did not make much noise when penetrating, at all. Unless someone is watching you enjoy yourself, the noise ought not to be a factor in a closed room. Now, I didn't give this a perfect 5.0 because it does make a little noise, and with the Shower Mount that noise is a bit noticeable in the room, but again, unless someone either a) knows what that noise is or b) walsk in on you, it's not exactly something to get all riled up about.

Penetration: When used in a Shower Mount, Cream is... alright with initial penetration. You can feel the various constricting "gates" that lead to each new texture up through the "waffle/lattice". However, on its own (such as the FL being held by the hand or other handless methods), the sensations are more noticeable. That being said, what really sells this sleeve is...

Intensity: With a Shower Mount, it takes time for intensity to build, but it does get there. However, using the FL with your hand, or with the FL inserted for a hands free experience other than the Shower Mount (maybe with a Launch, or inserted into something else, some still swear by sticking the FL in a good ol' shoe), and the intensity dials up even more quickly. With the Shower Mount, I was able to go for well around ten minutes (perhaps due to a larger air hole that is in the base of the mount, so that dials down the intensity just a tad, so the Mount doesn't rip off the wall). But other FLights sans Shower Mount? Definitely more intense and one FLight, in particular, was over in three minutes if that. This increasing intensity lets you know you are heading to a strong finish, regardless of what method you FLy.

Orgasm: With an FL, there are three orgasms that tend to come about (pun intended). One is a gentle buildup that leads to a nice orgasm. Another is one that causes you to cum without warning. The last is a "when you blow, you know." Cream is more of the third item, with some flavorings of the first and second items in that previous list depending on how you want to FLy. However, all of them are quite enjoyable, and even the three-minute FLight I had was an orgasm that after it occurred had me chuckling for a few minutes, mentally admiring a rather quick but fulfilling experience.

Cleanup: The Cream is a varied texture, so using a copious stream of water and some finger scrubbing is helpful in removing the "deposits". With this, clean-up and dry times are fairly quick and much more reasonable, as I found myself considering seriously going for another round not long after the previous round, and this is a sleeve that may well make you want another go after your FLight.

Conclusion:
The Cream is a surprisingly good sleeve that ILF took some risks in designing, and it's a winner. I can recommend this sleeve for both beginners (although you will get spoiled, it's that good) and experience FLyers alike. This sleeve edges out Luxe/Sugar for my highest rated sleeve, and I could see this as a first five-sleeves purchase for many, for a long time to come.

Conclusion:

This is the worst fleshlight I've ever owned and I've owned a lot of them going back to the original pink lady in about 1998. I got cream at the start of December after seeing Autumn Falls being the girl, as well as the texture looking interesting and adding some variety to my collection.

The design is really interesting. It features several lotus like nodes that like many others, I am a huge fan of for the popping sensation. Intro:
I have been curious about this Fleshlight for years, but the reviews had always seemed contradictory, around the time I found the subreddit and fleshassist especially. She is called intense by some, mild by others. Best sleeve ever according to some, and over-hyped by others. For the longest time this uncertainty had kept me away, but this Black Friday 2025, I decided to bite the bullet and see for myself.

Orifice:
I really like the look up the upward, almost perky labia she has, and the somewhat wide clit hood pairs very nicely with them. They are slightly angled outward, and this is great for guiding you in.

Section A: (double zig zag lotuses)
These don't quite feel like a standard pseudo-lotus node, there is much less of a pop sensation. They aren't at all like the node in the start of Attack, they actually remind me of a slightly more rigid version of the floating rings in Boost Blow.

Section B: (goosebumps)
Like with when I purchased Eden, I knew this section was going to be enjoyable, if you own Butterfly or Eden, you know how this section feels. So a nice 1.5" worth of organic caressing sensation, great for edging, and the sections before and after are nice and mild, so you don't need to worry about any sudden intensity unless you thrust into the back half.

Section C: (single zig zag lotus with ribs)
Basically feels the same to me as Section A, even though visually those ribs on the deep sicd of the zig zag look like they would feel different, my dick doesn't notice it.

Section D: (the waffle)
This was the most mysterious section of any texture for me, ever since before I purchased my first. I now know that this section is light in color on the texture view images is like that just because of how the company does the CGI, but when I was brand new to all of this, I thought it might be a different material, maybe a section that is slightly more firm? Now of course, though, I know this is untrue, the entire sleeve is the same material throughout, just like all the others. Another misconception I had was that this waffle section went all the way around, this is also untrue. If you watch an internal video you can notice that it's actually pretty bumpy in addition to being waffle shaped, like the bumps in Section B at each of the walls of the waffle. The second thing to notice, is that they are only on 2 opposing sides of this section. The other half of this section are two rounded shapes that have 3 raised grooves running parallel to the canal. this feature sort of bridges section D and Section E, so more info coming soon, But back onto the topic of this Section. These two "waffles" are not at all what I was expecting, even after seeing the internal videos. I expected the waffle to feel a bit like a smaller version of the celtic knot looking section in Silk, but only on the sides or top and bottom of the glans. Instead, outside of a couple small intensity pokes on entering into it, this section just feels like a repeat of Section B. I do like it, but for me this was a bit of a let down after getting my hopes up that it might feel like a smaller featured version of my favorite section in Silk.

Section E: (half ribs, half grooves)
Since the grooves originate on the adjacent quarters of the waffles in the previous section, I'll start with them first. These grooves feel like a basic tightening spot, i don't notice the grooves much unless I twist the Fleshlight while im balls deep. I only reach about half way into this section, but I did try Cream outside of the case, the latter half of the grooves are really not noticeable unless you twist, without a twist it's just a slightly tighter spot. The ribs feel just about like the ribs in Heavenly. I'm too short to ever reach them when the sleeve is in the case however, so I don't really feel confident describing how it feels during a normal session.

Conclusion:
Although on paper this sleeve has 5 sections, in my opinion it might as well be 2 Sections that alternate (A, B, A, B) since that's how it feels. The waffle and the section before it (C and D) do not feel anywhere near as unique as I had hoped they would. So I am a bit let down, but she is still a great edging sleeve, I can easily last an hour+ with her. The textures are mild enough to not make you bust until you are ready, but intense enough to keep rock hard even after your first nut of the session. I don't know why anyone would call Cream intense, and now that I know what she's all about, I believe the contradictory feelings are in all likely-hood, the results of people saying she's the best and very intense, inflating the expectations of people that love intensity, resulting in them feeling underwhelmed when they find out she is a mild flight. Thankfully, I prefer mild because I'm uncut and pretty sensitive, but I do wish that the actual variation matched the visual variation.

Length: 6.1" Girth: 5.5" I'm a pretty sensitive guy so overly intense textures tend to rate lower for me because I can't use them the way I'd like or I'm forced to go extremely slow with them. When you look at cream, you're greeted with an amazing pair of labia. I love to see sleeves with an awesome pair of labia and this one is no exception.

Now, once you enter the sleeve, the first chamber doesn't feel like much but in it's own way that's pretty great. The texture is there, it's not overly tight, just nice to slide into. But then you get the bumpy section where it has this curved wall. That curved wall may not look like much but if you run this sleeve with no or very little suction, you'll find that curved wall pulls you in deeper, and the sensation is unreal. Any sleeve that has a way to pull me in quickly becomes a favorite as I love to slide into them and then just let the sleeve pull itself down over me without thrusting. This slow pulling sensation lets me feel the entire texture all the way throughout, and to me that's what makes this sleeve worth of a top spot on the charts.

Conclusion:

Introduction:
A few points of to consider when reading my reviews: I am circumcised 16.5cm long 14 cm girth / 6.5in long 5.5in girth I usually use Fleshlight water lube, I would characterise myself as a heavy user, and review sleeves I use regularly and often. Feels very similar to lvl up despite looking like completely different textures. They produce similar effects, in that It's just a tight hole. I'm not even particularly girthy, but the way this smooshes to smooth and creates so much suction with cap on that it becomes literally unusable, just kills the experience. Cap off its still a barely noticeable texture. The micro ball finger trap creates and different type of suction than any other sleeve I've used, especially once you reach the waffles. Creates an almost air tight sensation. Two important points to start off with, since I'm about average in length I don't get to experience the further narrowing and intriguing waffle section of the sleeve. And secondly, this is a sleeve that I feel very different about when heated versus unheated, something I don't normally bother to do with most of my flights.

The entrance isn't particularly tight or exciting, there's not a lot of resistance to it. I've described it in the past as just kind of sinking into it, since it had decent tightness further in and it's pretty smooth throughout. Bought this one due to it being rank 1 at the time and having a nice-looking orifice. Unfortunately; It hasn’t lived up to the hype for me but I do manage to get enjoyment out of it and it remains in my rotation.

My first session with Cream was frankly terrible and the worst I’ve had with a fleshlight, however as other reviewers mention it does have a break-in period but it’s a pretty rough one. After owning Beyond for a few months, I began to wonder what I might be missing. So, I purchased Autumn Falls - Cream, Megan Rain - Thunder, and the Turbo Core (reviews to come).

Let's break it down section by section:



Autumn Falls is gorgeous, and so is her sleeve. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the color of the sleeve matched her skin tone. If that matters to you, you will not be disappointed. The mold of her vagina looks like an inviting flower; Georgia O' Keeffe would be proud.



The first 1.5" is shaped in a way that teases your head a little as you slide in. It's not overly stimulating, but it gives you something to look forward to. The real highlight here is the slight popping sensation as you move past this point and into the next section.

Introduction: Cream is my first ever Fleshlight and I am very happy with my decision so far! I obviously can't compare it to other FL's since it's my first but I will review it as well as possible.
