This was one of the first anal sleeves I got..the Misty Stone version. Others include: Bumzumi, Boss Level, and Vesuvius. Of this group Bumzumi is the one I prefer most due to the rings. I only had anal twice and at the time was too young to realize it was anal. I thought the girl was just that tight. That being said, none of these sleeves are as tight as she was. I heard a pop entering and exiting. Maybe the tightness was due to no lube. So tight I couldn’t move.

I also just discovered that the case and cap can make a significant difference in tightness/suction. The case that came with Purrrfection makes all sleeves feel tighter than normal.

For me Forbidden is all about tightness, which you would expect from anal, but not as tight as I expected. Being in the right mood or having additional stimulation helps me reach the end. On its own I don’t find it as stimulating as other sleeves. Boss Level was way too loose to feel realistic for me, maybe it was a bad case or sleeve. Vesuvius still needs to get broken in to compare. At this point Bumzumi is the best.

I’m getting rid of Forbidden because I have reached the maximum level of sleeves to keep. I’m keeping only the best feeling.

This isn’t a bad sleeve for what it was designed to do, just not among the most stimulating for me.

Conclusion:
Good for its design, just not the most satisfying. Tightness depends on the case. While all the pearl cases look identical, something makes some delivery a tighter fit. If this sleeve can be made to feel tighter but is still not as tight as I have experienced. My girth is above average.

I purchased Bump N Grind mostly due to its appearance. It has a beautiful tone, and very nice lips. Unfortunately for me, the texture doesn’t match the aesthetics.

It’s more smooth and perhaps good for a long edging session, but I prefer sleeves with more noticeable texture. I kept this from several years but am now trying to get rid off sleeves at the bottom of my collection since I’ve reached the 30+ count.

I don’t see Bump N Grind getting any better at this stage.

Unlike others I tossed…Obsession and Boss Level, I cut Bump N Grind…the texture is just like the cut-away image.

Conclusion:
I’m not a fan of the texture.It’s too smooth and I barely notice the texture. The overall appearance is fantastic and the reason I purchased it. I would have kept it just to look at, but I’m weeding out sleeves in my bottom 10.

I purchased this sleeve basically based off the top 10 ratings on this site. Like most of the models, I was unfamiliar with Elsa’s content, and really didn’t like the look of the lips. Having seen her content after the purchase, the real look of her lips are much more appealing. Ironically the appearance is very similar to Gunner. Elsa is much more attractive with lighter shades of lipstick vs the bright red. I bought this sleeve while waiting for others. I don’t get them delivered to my house but typically buy at the local stores, or Amazon.

I don’t know if I got a fake (purchased from a local store), but this sleeve hasn’t lived up to its ratings. The only thing that I give it high ratings for are the smoothness. If you’re an edger, this might be excellent. I’m considering getting rid of it along with Stella, and Bump and Grind, but will give it a few more chances. I’ve discovered some of these sleeves take about 9 flights before they get going, like Eden, Regal, Cream, and TMW. At the moment this is definitely not one of my favorites. It currently ranks in the bottom third of my collection. I have over 25 FLs and am planning to weed out the bottom quarter.

Conclusion:
This sleeve is very overrated imo. It hasn’t checked any of the boxes, except smoothness. If you’re very sensitive or enjoy long edging sessions this might be worth a try. Cleaning and drying are the same for me on all sleeves. This is looser, so not an issue like ultra tight, so drying is standard…I wash and use a towel instead of air drying. Noise is good. If you’re on the fence, I’d recommend Gunner…similar appearance but a bit more textured and realistic.

I was hesitant about buying Toy Meets World due to concerns about it being too loose and boring texture. The allure was that the interior design seemed to offer a strong milking, sucking effect and it does. With the cap tightened all the way, then loosened about 1/4 turn, it give the milking effect. The downside is it gets noisy, slurping and noise from the cap. If someone is in the next room and it quiet, they could hear it.
Maitland Ward looks almost identical to a close friend and were born in the same month! The likeness is unbelievable. I really like the big lips and that was a draw. I’ve never been a big fan of redheads, but just realized redheads have been drawn to me. Now, I’m finding them more appealing.

I don’t notice the textures in the second half of the sleeve. It’s actually tighter than expected with the cap fully closed. Unfortunately mine has a small tear at the top of the opening and I noticed it after the third use. Not sure if it was from use or cleaning. It took about 9 sessions before I began appreciating this sleeve. It’s on of the most used so far among my collection, just to give it a legitimate chance. It’s not the best but a top notch for that milking experience.

Conclusion:
I like the appearance, tightness, and suckling. Can be used for a short session or longer with a loosened cap. Can be noisy with a moderately tight cap. If you’re looking for high textured feelings, this will fall short. This is a smoother sleeve.. there are other sleeves that can provide the tight grip like Spellbound,and Exotica, but ships is like a milking and sucking sleeve.

This sleeve took about 10 uses before I began to enjoy it. Initially I thought it was overrated…#2 when I purchased it. It is rated 2nd among my ratings, but that’s because it got a lower score on smoothness. In terms of personal preference, Cream is #1.

It has a great balance between texture, tightness, and suction. The color and lip shape is amazing…I’d say the best. If butterfly and or Silk were the same color as cream I might consider them higher. Creams was similar to Eden in terms of being unimpressive initially.

I don’t notice the rings at the front but notice the bumps, they seem closer to the entrance and are what I feel the most. The intermittent tightness creates a sucking sensation.The photo doesn’t do a great job of representing the waffle at the back. The waffle in Silk is a better representation of the waffle in Cream.

In terms of realism, feel is the only thing to compare, because no sleeve is better than a real woman who is in the mood, but Cream would be like 7 of 10. XYZ onahole is the closest thing in terms of realism , but I’ve found that I prefer the case to sleeves without cases.

Conclusion:
Cream is my favorite sleeve out of 30+ sleeves I have tried. It took about 10 flights before it became my favorite sleeve. The color, lips, and texture are top tier.I would replace it if it were damaged.

This is one of the few sleeves that I have that was great from day one. This was the top in my collection until Cream was broken in. I have had this for over a year but it has to been used as much as others because I know this is one of the better. It has enough texture, tightness, and suction to remain in my top three.

I don’t have the releases since October 2024, but so far Squirt is #2, just behind Cream, and just above Eden,and Silk.

If you are looking for something smoother, I’d recommend Silk although I can feel its texture too. Squirt, can be a challenge for edging because of its texture, tightness and suction, unless you loosen the cap. I generally prefer to start with the cap closed, and a minimum amount of lube. Sleeves are heated in a sink or tub with hot water for approximately 10 minutes.

Conclusion:
Would definitely recommend, especially if you like tightness and suction. The texture is noticeable but not too intense. This sleeve is #2 out of the 30+ that I have tried, and was top tier from day 1.

Size: 6.75” non bone pressed length, 5.5 to 6.26” @ base girth.

I review multiple sites to form an opinion regarding purchasing. Fleshassist provides the most details. I create my own algorithm using data from each site and by combining the data, since ratings are subjective.

Intensity, penetration, stimulation, and tightness are all top level. Initial entry is smooth, then you hit a wall and have to push through, if you have the cap completely closed. How strong is the suction? When you withdraw, the lips are puckered in, and can stay that way for a while. The side pressure is stronger than ultra tight. Yet you can loosen the cap and it becomes much milder. You can control the intensity.

This sleeve took about 7 or so flights before I began to appreciate its strengths. It was on my list to toss.

I was not a fan of the lips, and the texture didn’t seem impressive. I like big lips like Silk and Butterfly …I think because my woman is almost identical to Eden and Creampuff. So, it’s like I already have that. Yet the smaller lips look amazing around my girth…5.5 head to 6.25 at the base. Also, Eden was not in the top 20 on fleshassist, and is currently 39. So,I took a chance on Eden while waiting to get Gomez. But, Eden was top rated on another site so I was curious. It is currently in the top five of my batch. Others are 1)Cream, 2) Silk…amazing for a “loose” sleeve, 3)Tori Black Lotus, 4)Squirt, 5)(Eden), 6)Exotica, 7)Kumzumi. I have to get more usage with Bombshell, Butterfly, Regal, Dopamine, Sweetness, and Dreams Come True. Perhaps in time they will surpas the current top 7.

Conclusion:
I was on the fence about buying Eden, but ammglad I did. It is versatile enough to provide supreme tightness and suction, and can be loose enough for edging. The lotus node provides the popping effect, and the bumps at the entrance are great for head or shaft stimulation. Eden took about 7 flights before I could appreciate it. I would buy it again and can recommend it. IMO could be higher rated on fleshassist.

About me, 6.75 L x 6.5 girth in inches, cut. Plenty of real life experience.
I typically heat sleeves in warm water, and have used FleshLube, H20 Gun Oil, and a home made mixture. All reviews are after at least 7 flights as I’ve discovered it takes about that long to get the true feel, and to be certain of break in. My ratings are based on real life sex, and comparison to other toys.

The review:
I picked up Spellbound, because Kiara is one of the few models that I had prior knowledge about., and because of its high rating at the time on this site and others. The lips, and color are among my favorites and were a big factor in the purchase.

Penetration is amazing, and with the cap completely closed, it is in the top 5 of my list in terms of tightness. Yet, the texture can still be felt, granted the lube is not a thick based lube. Suction is off the charts…it will pucker when I withdraw. Yet, with the cap loosened, it is still enjoyable. It has always been among the top in tightness, but now I am appreciating the internal texture more than initially.

Not noisy and I clean with running water through both ends, isopropyl alcohol, and dry with a cloth towel for speed and completeness. I apply a layer of powder, and insert in its case. Each of my sleeves has its own case. I don’t live alone and can’t leave it out for hours to dry.

Conclusion:
If you’re looking for a tight sleeve with great suction, this is worth getting. If you only like loose sleeves, be sure to leave the cap fully open on Spellbound. Otherwise, Ethereal or Stellar might be better options. Cleaning and drying are no problem. The hole is not as tiny as Ultra Tight. IMO this sleeve should be more highly rated than its current ranking.

I have a preference for high intensity and tight sleeves, so I was on the fence about Silk. This was one of the most pleasant surprises. The texture is one of the smoother more realistic, but the texture is noticeable. The zigzags actually feel like little nubs to me.

With the cap fully closed, this is a tight sleeve. Eden, Spellbound, and Exotica are tighter, but this is in my top 10.

Conclusion:
Strongly recommend. Top 10 in all categories. Love the color, lips, and softness.

Boss Level was my first anal sleeve. The texture looked very exciting as if the intensity would be moderately high. I currently have 24 sleeves, 1 onahole, and have had the original FLs. This sleeve was the most disappointing of all that I have ever had. I purchased it from an adult store, perhaps it was a counterfeit but it was boxed and packaged like the real deal.

This in no way compares to real anal. This is bay far most loose of all toys I’ve ever owned. If someone wants to edge they could do so with ease. I tried this sleeve for over a year and it never improved.

I don’t intend to have 30+ sleeves so I tossed this one. Ultra tight, is way tighter than this sleeve and is more realistic for comparison. The numbs are noticeable but are very soft.

Conclusion:
If you are on the fence, I’d recommend getting a different texture. Boss Level didn't live up to the visual aesthetics for me. BL lacked, intensity, penetration, tightness, and suction. Smoothness, and lube usage rate high for BL.
