Autumn Fall's cream fleshlight is my very first and let me tell you... this sleeve feels realistic but the tightness is just right to get you off and going. I'm not that sensitive and based on my first use I finished really quick like 5 minutes quick. Sound wise it'll make a sound when you work on it but not loud either. Very easy to clean and for dry time you might want to consider buying an absorbant that you can insert inside to make the process faster.

Conclusion:
You will not regret cream because you'll definitely put your cream in this one.
