My first review, I just had to review this one because it is by far my favorite of all the ones I own. I am 6" x 6" and have warmed and fucked this beauty many times. It is intense, it is variable, it is just so good to use. If you have any qualms on whether you should by this sleeve or not, just do it. Trust me, it is really good. You will need to break it in but stick with it because it will become your go-to sleeve in a quick time.

You can feel the nubs and you can feel the rings lining the edges, if you twist it, you can feel it all. There is a secret with this sleeve. Don't use as much lube or wear it down until you twist off the cap while fully inserted, and twist it back on so it all tightens up. Then you can feel the suction of this sleeve to the fullest. The secret is taking it out after you have twisted it all the way in. The pressure left when you tightened the cap and taken out your unit is still there and when you penetrate back in all the way, the escaped air will blow onto your balls. The suction effect with this sleeve is like no other. It honestly feels like you're deepthroating it with the way the air blows out when you fully get back in there. This sleeve will really drain you. You can just go in and out as you please.

Conclusion:
The sleeve has a really unique suction effect when you tighten the cap while inserted. After re-inserting your member, cap still twisted on, you will feel the extra air blowback onto your balls and the base of your unit. It really is something to behold and is unlike anything I have experienced with any of my other sleeves.
