Review:
My experience with this is very similar to my experience with Waifu - Started off pretty bad, got better as it broke in, but still overall pretty meh. This one has some redeeming qualities that Waifu didn't so this one might stick around for awhiie.

First off, entrance. It's offset, which already typically lends itself to some weird friction, but it also has this skin flap thing under the clit that chaffed my dick. Immediately tore that out and it improved right away. It's definitely also got "lips that grip", which I know alot of people are into visually, but practically this just chaffes and adds uncomfortable friction. It got better as it broke in but man did it take like 10 rounds and manually stretching it to get it feeling right.

After the entrance it's got a series of nubbed rings with textured valleys that aren't nearly as tight as the design would suggest. This is a good thing. They provide just enough stimulation to massage without causing too much grippy friction or unrealistic feelings. Very nice.

The middle section is very soft and mild and doesn't really add anything to the equation, which again is actually a good thing, because it lets you feel the variations when entering in the last section which is similar to the entrance but seemingly a bit more mild and less stimulating. probably because theres less mass around this area and thus its not as tight in general. I wish this would have been way tighter toward the back, would have made this sleeve a huge winner, but alas.

The strength of this sleeve is in how sessionable and poundable it is once broken in. It will take a beating and won't complain. You can pound it to oblivion and it will still feel pretty good.

Conclusion:
Its aight. Mild. Requires an absolute beating to break in, but once it is, its good sloppy poundable pussy. Might hang onto this one but its just barely on the edge in my collection.

For my reviews i prefer to focus on the sensations rather than anything else so i prefer describing what to encounter so you get the idea of how it feels.

Review:
First and foremost: Dopamine is the Fleshlight that made me come back to this brand. Not that i was using another brand, just didn't bother for a while.

But one day i was browsing Fleshlight.eu and upon closer inspection, came across Dopamine, their newest release at the time. Looked like a Lotus node heaven and very realistic. Like a onahole. Immediately placed my order and awaited the arrival. Along with the Air machine and Fleshwash. Two must haves. And the shower mount.

Oh boy i am glad i was so right. The way it wraps you tightly but in the right way and the seamless very soft texture feels like the real thing. You can actually put Dopamine on the Fleshlight Mount and have your way with it missionary or doggy, close your eyes, think of Kenna James (my preference) and it truly feels like the having sex. Pumping it hard is extremely pleasurable, see how long you can last. This Fleshlight feels so good that you don't even need porn, just close your eyes and pound this thing like its christmas. Works wonders both using you hand and on the Shower Mount or Mount. This should be even greater with VR.

The build up is fantastic, is slow and steady, doesn't rise suddenly, feels very organic and the ride is fabulous, the whole way. Is not overly intense and the sensation it provides is top notch. All those lotus nodes, ribs and knobs along the silky canal just made for a fantastic feeling that will keep you coming back for more. Vanna Bardot took her time and nailed her design, making sure it was as close to her vagina as possible and the result is that Dopamine more than lives up to its name and will keep you very happy and satisfied for a long time.

Conclusion:
If you are looking for a Fleshlight that mimics the real thing, look no further. This toy will even train your stamina and last longer in bed with a real woman.

For context, I'm 5x5 inches cut, and own ~20 sleeves. I usually have 5-6 sessions before reviewing.

Review:
For context, I got the Ice Dopamine sleeve not the normal sleeve! I'm cut and a solid 5x5 lol. This is my 17th sleeve.

Appearance: Looks gorgeous. Nice and clear and but the texture of the lips can be seen and felt clearly. The opening looks tight (and is) and the lips hug you nicely. Looks as advertised. Bonus points on being able to see yourself as you thrust.

Tightness: Tight. I mean just TIGHT. Not like strangling tight, but like a “girl who works out tight”. The opening resists and teases you a bit so you gotta be good with your aim but once you’re in, you are IN. The tightness continues well throughout what I can reach and doesn’t push you out. If anything it pulls you in when you try to go for long strokes.

Texture: The Texture is something I really was interested in and it didn’t disappoint. The lotus-like nodes feel great and distinct. You can see and feel them as you thrust or pull out. Just about every angle feels slightly different. Missionary providing more head stimulation than doggy but doggy felt great on the shaft.

Orgasm: It’ll snuck up on me and made me bust earlier than intended but that’s okay. I don’t think this’ll be a sleeve where I continue to stroke as I cum. It was almost too intense. But balls deep orgasm was chefs kiss

Realism: Actually pretty close to the real thing. My girlfriend is a “tight girl who works out” so it actually felt a lot like her. The amount of lotus nodes is where I think the realism stops.

Cleaning: I think drying is a little more difficult with ice sleeves in general but this one seems especially difficult due to the narrow opening. I have a fleshlight Air so that’s all good.

Overall… Great buy. Dopamine was on my wishlist since it came out but I never just sent it. I should’ve gotten it earlier. I definitely recommend this sleeve if you’re thinking about it. Conclusion:
Love the new sleeve. I can only imagine that it'll get better the more I use it. I am curious to see how the normal material sleeve feels compared to the ICE sleeve. But that will have to wait for another day. If you're on the fence, I recommend getting this because I cant imagine someone NOT liking some part of this sleeve.

Introduction:
Cut, 7in x 5.25in (17.8cm x 13.3cm) Lube: K-Lube. All reviews are written after 5 or more uses. For review purposes I use my sleeves three ways: 1) stroking with my hand, 2) with a hands-free mount, and 3) with a Handy. Autostrokers are kind of a niche use for a Fleshlight. They can radically change how enjoyable a texture is--sometimes worse, sometimes different, sometimes better--so I score every sleeve based on what I thought was the best way to use it. I'll try to note how the texture performed with the Handy in each of my reviews, but because most people don't use Fleshlights that way my rule of thumb is the Handy will only affect my ratings if it made it better.

Review:
As soon as I saw the texture of Vanna Bardot's Dopamine I knew I'd be getting it. Seeing all those lotus nodes was just too much to pass up. I was hoping for high-intensity and a strong suction effect with Dopamine. And, well, yeah. It's all of that. It's a distinct experience from other textures I've tried, and I'll get to why in a moment. I'll be shocked though if it doesn't settle into the top 10.

First, the cons. Dopamine is a fiend for lube. It is forgiving if you use too much, since you'll still feel the suction from all the rings and nodes, but expect to use more than normal. It's also slow to dry--if you have an Air or sleevomatic this isn't a problem at all, but you seriously run the risk of mold if you rely on drip-drying your sleeves and don't run a paper towel or something through it first.

And that's it. There are a lot more pros. I don't review orifices unless there's something really notable about them like lips that grip or an offset entrance, because everyone has their own preference. Vanna's pussy is one of my favorite in my collection. Her lips are really tight, and combined with the subtle widening just past the entrance, it makes it feel like you get sucked in as soon as you penetrate.

Dopamine is definitely among the more realistic-feeling sleeves. Realistic textures usually aren't very intense, though, and that's what makes Vanna unique. It's super tight, very intense, and yet feels a lot like the real thing. Because of the realism it's actually not a bad sleeve for long flights even though it's intense, but cumming with an intense texture can be pretty rough after a long session. That's a pro if you're into that though. The suction makes for torturous glans stimulation after orgasm if you keep going hard. I haven't tried anything crazy yet but I'm a little scared of it, honestly. Even after just 10 extra seconds with the Handy I was twitching pretty badly.

Speaking of the Handy: high-intensity textures generally aren't good with an autostroker unless you're trying to overstim. It's just too much for anything other than POT in my experience.

Conclusion:
If you've been burned by tight textures before I could see this being a dud for you. Besides that, though, I can't think of any reason I'd say to avoid it. Dopamine rocks.

Introduction:
7.8lx5.5g. I usually take a few days of flying with a sleeve before I care to write a review, but sometimes I give ratings after one use, it really depends on the experience. Some of these are good enough to warrant it. I also re-rate and possibly re-review sleeves after using them at later dates.

Review:
This sleeve is absolutely incredible and is my favorite of all of those that I have tried thus far. It has a tight vagina and it is incredibly stimulating and realistic within. The constant ring shapes of various widths and bumpiness in the initial chamber are the second most stimulating texture I have felt on a sleeve, second only to the beginning of Bombshell. This section also repeats later down the sleeve with an triangular bump section between. The ring shapes in this sleeve make it glide very smoothly instead of a rough massage type of stimulation and are both one of the most realistic feeling textures whilst also the most comfortable intensity I have felt from a sleeve. The only downside I can think of with this sleeve sensation-wise is that the orgasm is so intense that it is uncomfortable to stroke through, and I just pause and wait for my unit to stop throbbing for like a minute instead of the "milking" sensation you can do with less intense sleeves. This sleeve is absolutely phenomenal, and if you are blessed with the length to reach the latter half it will fuck your shit up.

Conclusion:
I have tried 19 sleeves so far in my life and this one does it the best. Holy shit just buy the damn thing.

This is a great sleeve though I think it's overhyped to be number 1 as it is currently. It is one of my most liked sleeves although there are others I prefer more. The joi that comes with this sleeve was also quite fun. This is a sleeve I would recommend picking up.

Conclusion:
Worth buying but I don't think this is the absolute number 1 sleeve

It’s my newest flashlight, and it’s one of my favorites. It combines many sensations. It’s tight and stimulating. Its lips are quite snug, but once you get through them, they wrap around your penis nicely and provide a firm grip. I didn’t expect it to be this good, but the bumps massage your penis nicely. Finishing in it is an amazing feeling.

Conclusion:
It’s a great and versatile texture. If you’re looking for one Fleshlight that has it all, it’s the Dopamine texture.

Review:
I’m happy to see Dopamine reach the number 1 spot over Bombshell because I liked this one much more. I still remember my first time using it because it’s the only one I couldn’t pull out off. I usually like to pause every few minutes to calm down and extend each session but Dopamine wouldn’t let me. It had only been 5 minutes and I knew the climax was approaching, but instead of slowing down I sped up. I was powerless.

If I had to describe this sleeve in one word it would be “home”. Once inside you feel like you belong in there and only one thing will make you come out. As I used this sleeve more, I realized it takes some serious willpower to pull out.

My only critique is the entrance is a bit tight and a struggle to enter, but once inside again you’ll feel right at home.

Trust the ratings and reviews and get this sleeve. It’s totally worth it.

Let me start by saying that im not really attracted to Vana (not my type) and I got this sleeve only based on texture, which is something I don't normally do. Bonus points to Vana as she is the only FLG afaik to make a custom joi for her sleeves.

I will say this right from the get go, if you want only one sleeve get dopamine, she does everything you want! She is the combination of many great sleeves all in one.
She is pretty tight like a virgin (not as tight as most anal sleeves), very intense, she has a little bit of lips that grip like beyond and despite the very intricate interior she is very realistic too. She is rather high in my collection as a "does it all" sleeve, and every time is good time with her BUT she is a pain in the ass to clean and dry even with fleshlight air.

Conclusion:
If you wanna buy and stick with only one sleeve, dopamine is the one for you. She is the love child of many great sleeves. The only negatives are:
A- It's not an edging sleeve, so you have to be in the right mood for something "aggresive".
B- Pain to clean and dry.

Review:
I really really like this texture mainly because of how tight it is. Probably the tightest one I own. Makes it a lot of fun to play round with. The texture is also really great and has a lot of nice sections. The main "issue" with this one is that the tightness takes a little bit away from teh texture, so if you texture is more important to you than tightness, you should still get it lol because its really great, but maybe look for another one.

I usually buy based on texture ratings but this was a crazy Black Friday sale and a newer sleeve with no data on it.

This sleeve takes TIME to “break in”. I honestly didn’t like it at first. The entry is almost closed so it makes it difficult to get into. This thing is TIGHT. Definitely the tightest one I own. With that said, a lot of people tend to say if a sleeve it tight, the texture sort of gets muted. Not my experience at all with this.

The lotus on this sleeve feel great, but the nodules throughout feel very firm almost like a TPE sleeve.

After a few uses It started to “soften” a bit more but man, this is an intense sleeve. More so than bombshell for me. It’s tight, it’s textured and you just can’t last more than a few strokes.

Some people say this is a very realistic sleeve, I disagree. Theres a lot going on in here that isn’t realistic. I find gushier textures more realistic.

Conclusion:
A very good sleeve if you like intensity. You’ll be cleaning it longer than you will using it.

Introduction:
For some context, I'm just over 6" and just under regular girth. As an indication of preference, I'm not the biggest fan of overly tight sleeves because it's more difficult for me to discern the textures, even feel them for that matter. I prefer vaginal to anal sleeves, and usually use a sleeve at least a few times before reviewing. Drying time and realism are negligible ratings to me, since the Fleshlight dryer finishes every sleeve in an hour, and no Fleshlight that I've ever used feels similar to sex.

Review:
I purchase dopamine every time I buy a new Fleslight - jk - I bought Dopamine in my most recent order along with Syrup because I was intrigued in the real-ish, onahole-ish direction that Fleshlight has been going in recently. While Syrup has been a bit finnicky, but ultimately a pretty great experience, you can immediately tell that Dopamine will be a classic addition to the catalogue due to the tight line it walks between realism and intensity, though it does have some eccentricities of its own.

The orifice of Dopamine, while isn't really unique, is definitely interesting. I don't know and haven't really watched all that much of Vanna to know if it's true to the real thing or not, but it's very angled, and has a unique shape to it. It hugs my shaft when using it which is pretty hot, but the negative to that is that it closes, which I'll get into more later because it impacts drying.

As far as the texture itself goes, I can finally say after all of these years that Fleshlight has finally created a reslistic feeling sleeve. I haven't heated it or any of that stuff, and don't really plan on doing so, but I can imagine with some fine tuning or lube and temperature, this one can get pretty close. What's unique and interesting about the canal of Dopamine is that while it does have sections to it, part of the realism of it comes from the fact that it feels unified and fold-like. Almost all of the stimulation from this sleeve comes from the three rings in the first chamber, lined with circular bumps with a lotus node right in the middle. The bumps and the perferations in between them are why it feels so realistic yet retains a sense of intensity; the chamber of the sleeve is tight, but the bumps make it feel like a sort of controlled natural-ness. The same can be said about the suction. Since there's space in between the bumps along the rings, the sleeve becomes less suctiony as a result of trapped air, and more grippy, which makes the sleeve feel like its responding to you.

The second chamber is a series of three regular rings, narrow but dulled to the extent that they aren't sharp. If they were sharper, then I feel like it would contradict the texture that Dopamine was going for, but as they are, they contribute nicely to the naturalism of it. With the popping of the SECOND lotus node in the third chamber on my head as well as the one in the first chamber combined with the way it grips, Dopamine is the first Fleshlight where I feel as it isn't a "sleeve," but rather the replica of a vagina. Is it the most intense? No, but up there. Is it the most stimulating? No. Is it the tightest? To me, almost, but to others here, deifnitely not. But where Dopamine shines is its balance and the uniqueness of its experience. Oh, and the orgasm is leg shaking, naturally.

That being said, this sleeve isn't perfect. Here are it's issues:

First off, it is an absolute lube hog - easily the worst of my collection. Not so much in the sense that you need the perfect amount for it to get the sensation right, but rather you need A LOT for it to get going. With all of the bumps, textures, and little grooves and canals, it dries out faster than any other sleeve I own. Thick lubes just stink in general to me, and my thin lubes dry out almost immediately. I bought the Onatsuyu onahole lube, known as the longest lasting, slickest lube for toys, for the sole purpose of seeing if it will help temper this sleeve lest it drain my entire stock of lube.

Another other issue relates to the first where, if its even a little too dry, the grip gets to the point where I can barely even stroke with it. I threw away Gina Valentina's Stellar for that exact reason, so have to take away some points for that. It's also a little stiff overall. I've been told by some on Reddit that it took them a long time for their Dopamines to break in in comparison to other sleeves, so I'm hoping that seven uses wasn't enough, and there's still more loosening to be done, because this could skyrocket into my top five if so.

Lastly, this sleeve simply doesn't dry. Between the intricacy of the texture, and the fact that the lips of the orifice close when not used, even my Fleshlight Air set to an hour doesn't dry Dopamine to the point that I'm comfortable with closing the caps. I dry it twice, and then leave it out because it's STILL at that pre-completely dry dampness. Very inconvenient.

Conclusion:
4.35/5. Despite being an absolute lube hog with tediousness attached, it's absolutely worth it. Dopamine is an incredibly stimulating, incredibly intense sleeve that somehow retains its realism. While I don't think I'd recommend it as a first sleeve due to its maintenance and how absolutely unique it is amongst Fleshlight's catalogue, it's a must buy among anyone already familiar with the brand.

Introduction: 16cm (6.3in) by 13cm (5in), uncut. Got this as my first full sized Fleshlight (or rather, tied for first) as I only had a Flight Pilot before.

Review: I have the Ice version of this sleeve, and I'm quite satisfied with it. The internal texture is smooth but intense, feeling like a series of rings (I've seen some describe them as Lotus nodes, but I would disagree with that). Still, for a sleeve so intense, this doesn't feel grating at all; unlike the Pilot (and I would assume it's bigger sister the Destroya) it's usable for long session without being tiring.

The entrance of the Dopamine is very tight, almost difficult to go through without using your hands, which can absolutely be a plus if you're expecting that. The reward for the unwieldy-ness of the entrance comes from it's looks: even the Ice variant is gorgeous to look at.

Where I dislike the sleeve is the drying time: even with the FL Air it still takes more than an hour, although I believe this is due to mine being Ice, I wouldn't expect the normal variant to be all that much faster to dry.

Conclusion:
Absolutely recommend this as a tight and intense sleeve that is still really smooth feeling.

I bought for the first time a ice version. This definitely brings a new sensation while using your fleshlight. Its also definitly better than the quickshots. Now to the sleeve. After the first use i knew, the this one will be in my rotation for a long time. Its a super intensive sleeve and has the perfect tightness. Its feels really smooth even with less lube.

Conclusion:
One of the best for sure. Right now I would rank this one right next to Emily Willis Squirt. Recommend this one, especially the ice version.

Introduction:
I'm pretty average, between 5.5 x 5 to 6 x 5.5. I use gun oil h2o and fleshlube water, depending on the sleeve, but usually stick to gun oil. I mostly review on Fleshlight launch, if you don't have one... get one lol.

Review:
At first glance I thought Dopamine looked like Fleshlight's answer to Kiiroo's Kayley Gunner. FL's iteration is much better. This sleeve is super tight! Penetration is godly with all the lotus type nodes, and as I've described it on the reddit, it feels like the sex you have in high school. My favourite sleeve to this point has been Kumzumi, but I think Dopamine might actually edge it out.

Dopamine is pretty high on the realism side I think, but tighter than any vagina you've likely experienced in recent memory. Definitely a bit of a lube hog, and because it's tight, it needs a little extra time to clean up and dry. Nothing too insane though, if you have a FL Air, or sleevomatic, it shouldn't be too much different than some of the other high textured sleeves such as Regal, or Bombshell.

This one gets a 9/10, and only because I don't think anything deserves a perfect score. I won't be surprised if this one hits the top 10.

Conclusion:
Great sleeve, wish it came in the darker, tan colour. Penetration is amazing with the groups of lotus-like nodes, and it will definitely leave you wanting more. Easily in my top 3, probably my #1 as of June 2024.
