I bought this hoping it would feel similar to the heavenly with it's very tight lotus node, and it sort of delivered on this.
The cross pattern area delivers a smooth and mild intensity stimulation which makes the drastic tight areas feel great. The part I really like with high contrast sleeves like this one is the amount of control you get. You can stay in different areas in order to get a different sensation and to change the intensity I like the deeper "lotus node" as I can build up stimulation at the first half and once you start to get close you can push deeper and be rewarded with an amazing and stimulating sensation that brings you over the edge. If you do full strokes it can be a bit too bumpy. Overall a lovely sleeve that I'll have in regular circulation.

This is an interesting one. The design looks like it would feel like a bunch of lotus nodes while being intense and stimulating, but instead it feels really smooth and has a great suction effect that increases the deeper you go. You'd think the spiky design would be too intense, but I really like it. The sleeve is definitely one of my better ones, it's very stimulating and will get the job done quickly, which can sometimes leave you with a pretty mid tier orgasm, which this one isn't exempt from, but that's (for me) the nature of the more stimulating sleeves. I really like the Boost Blow, and that one is kind of controversial. I use the boost case with the regal for the suction effect which takes the Insomnia to a whole new level. I would say that the Insomnia with the boost case is probably the best BJ simulation you can get from a fleshlight. A classic I think all collections should contain. The entrance is very tight and the smooth nature means you'll experience a pretty mild but tight and realistic experience. This might be a controversial take, but this thing is awesome (if you use it right). If you just stroke up and down I think you'll be disappointed, and a good BJ doesn't work like that anyway. The rubber thing on the cap needs some fiddling until it works well, but as long as the cap is TIGHT and the air valve closed you are setting yourself up for a wild ride. The regular pink material has some texture/roughness even when completely smooth, but this is just like glass, you feel next to nothing. I'm not very interested in anal but figured I had to try one or two sleeves. The entrance on this compared to the "pink" default ones is really good, it doesn't squeeze and numb you in the same way, allowing you to really feel the texture. Heavenly is by far my favorite sleeve. For me the subtle nature of this sleeve paired with the lotus node/"cervix" is just an absolutely winning concept.
With my length I reach through the lotus note so my entire head just barely manages to pass through the node. Because of this I can stay in the first half with a gentle stimulation and gradually increase arousal and then peak by pushing up against and even pushing through the lotus node. I absolutely love the contrast.
The sleeve is very realistic before and up against the lotus node, you don't feel overwhelmed by the intensity and the very distinct changes make it so you stay and explore the different zones.
