This was my first sleeve, I was around 5.2" in length and 5" in girth at the time of buying the sleeve due to Death Grip. Pros:
This sleeve is very fun to use, the sensation of the first few inches (tentacle area) feels wayyyy too pleasurable, incredible feeling on the head. After the tentacles, about 4.5" in, you hit this very tight closing that rubs on your frenulum so hard it gives a very intense feeling.
Cleaning the sleeve is quite easy, never had any problems getting my fingers in and rubbing the crevasses.
The orgasm that I receive from this sleeve is always strong, much stronger than I have had with my hand. I find myself edging much more often and struggling to not tip over the edge from how strong the pleasure is, and this has only gotten more intense since use.
Cons:
At maximum, I am a little over 6" in girth. This sleeve sometimes gets a bit too difficult to enter, sometimes when I push the head into the sleeve it pulls the pussy lips in with it, and the dry outside rubs against the shaft which hurts. So I would not recommend this for those who are thicker. I actually find myself spreading the lips with my fingers upon entry when I'm rock sold which is a inconvenience. After a couple uses I found small tears near the entrance which I wasn't happy with.
Conclusion:
An amazing sleeve, extremely pleasurable with powerful orgasms. Not the best for thicker nobs. 9/10
