I'm a Canadian American male who enjoys promoting the culture of self-love and aiding in the removal of the stigma around it; inside a committed relationship, me and my wife have always been a fan of the sex toy industry. Masturbation and sex is about mental and physical health and, not dissimilar to how I perceive the FitBit I own, I think with the right attitude, these products can be a useful tool and a nice luxury.

I received Kayden Kross' "Bookworm" as a free "mystery sleeve" (in addition to my order of Sasha Nakamoto's "Ecchi" and Adriana Chechik's "Next Level") and my honest opinion, after a fair amount of use, is "...meh..."
For one thing, I'm pretty convinced Fleshlight's "Free Mystery Sleeve" promotions are a clever marketing tactic used to beat out their competitors, while, at the same time, ridding their warehouses of extra stock. This sleeve arrived covered in dust––not their cornstarch-substitute storage-powder, actual accumulated dust––and several holes (none debilitating). It definitely painted this product in a poor light... before I'd even used it.
Thankfully, after cleaning and care, this sleeve works as intended––to my knowledge––and will last... It's just not much to scoff at. The exterior isn't super appealing, and the internal texture (ignoring the initial shock from the roughness provided by the variation in direction) is rather boring. It's easy to clean and doesn't make much noise... it's just really easy to understand why this product doesn't get much attention.
Conclusion:
Received as a free mystery sleeve; arrived in poor condition... but still fully-functional. Isn't the worst I own, but I wouldn't pay for it.
January 4th, 2025 (Next Level Texture)
I ordered Adriana Chechik's "Next Level" (alongside Sasha Nakamoto's "Ecchi") and I loved it––at first. When I purchased my first Fleshlight, the Boost "Blow," I also received a free "mystery sleeve," Tera Patrick's "Twisted (Anal Orifice)," and was pleasantly surprised. I decided to get another anal sleeve, for my own enjoyment, but also, just in case "Ecchi" was a disappointment––and... it was.
I think the juxtaposition between the lack of stimulation "Ecchi" provided and the tightness of "Next Level" really elevated my initial experiences with the latter; the orifice grabs you, seals shut, and doesn't let go––I was very happy my order had a "silver-lining."
Unfortunately, as time went on––as I began to compare it with the other sleeves I own––I realized that "tightness" is really all that "Next Level" has to offer (for me, at least; perhaps it'll be different for more well-endowed gentlemen, as I'm just below average in length and girth).
I don't care much for the external appearance of the anus––even on a beautiful, "live" woman––so I can't really give a non-biased opinion on the visual appeal for this product. It is just as easy to clean as any other Fleshlight, but it does make a whole lot of noise and requires a fair amount (more) lubricant than the typical sleeve, if you don't want to risk pulling it out of its case or tearing the material, during use.
Conclusion:
If you're looking for tightness, "Next Level" has it in spades––but don't expect much more. I'm just below average, so I can't speak for bigger men, but for those my size or smaller, there isn't much feeling beyond the orifice.
January 4th, 2025 (Ecchi Texture)
When I purchased Sasha Nakamoto's "Ecchi," it had very recently dropped––being the first release of the new Fantasy line-up––making it a purely impulse-driven decision, as no reviews, rankings, or even a heatmap had yet been submitted to this site. I can say, now, after having tried, and ultimately failing, to enjoy this sleeve, that buying it so soon, for me, personally, was a mistake.
The external appearance is immaculate––even if you're not into Hentai, when such images, similar to the model and or the design of this orifice, obstruct your journey through the digital wasteland that is the internet, it does scratch some "itch" in the back of your skull you'd never be able to explain to members of the opposite sex. That said, the main reason I bought this product is because the internal texture (quite obviously an inverted tentacle) seemed unique––perhaps something different to try out. Unfortunately, I was incorrect in that assumption; the inside is smooth––too smooth.
Successfully using "Ecchi" to achieve something close to the level of satisfaction expected, based on its price, is a tedious balancing act that, even when you manage to do so, is underwhelming. To increase stimulation, one would, of course, tighten the cap––but to the degree necessary, this also increases friction to the point that you seriously risk pulling the entire sleeve out of its case when trying to use it. So, then, the next logical step would be to apply (more) lubrication... and then we're back to where we started. This product somehow uses water-based lubricant (like the in-brand FleshLube) like how you'd imagine vegetable oil––even a drop and its so unbelievably slippery that you can't feel what mediocre sensation might have been promised.
Cleaning isn't a chore (compared with any other Fleshlight) and its real quiet––makes the least noise out of any sleeve I own... though, that might be yet another clue-in to it's "flaw:" it's simple––too simple.
Conclusion:
Gave it a shot (in the dark) and I missed. I have attempted to use "Ecchi" many times––even the best case scenario was, still, not worth the money.
December 17th, 2024 (Bombshell Texture)
Pleased with my experience with the first Fleshlight I purchased, the "Boost Blow," and the additional sleeve that came with it, as part of a promotion, Tera Patrick's "Twisted," I bought the, lovely, Blake Blossom's "Bombshell" because of it's heat–map favoring smaller guys (as I'm just below average).
First off, I'd like to give my praise and respect to any woman willing to endure the awkward, and likely uncomfortable, experience of having a team of people make a cast of their genitals––thank you Ms. Blossom (whatever your real name may be) for sharing: God gave you a beautiful body. This sleeve looks amazing; the external appearance, the labia and the clitoris, are all very nice to look at and very arousing to my male "lizard-brain."
Moving past form and onto the "function:" if you enjoy an "edge" (longer-sessions and a delayed orgasm)––good luck. This sleeve grips you tight from the moment you enter and, with, what I can only perceive to feel as, an undulation caused by the shape of the passage, milks you of your release faster than you can register it's even happening––seriously: every orgasm is an intense surprise.
It's moderately noisy, but nothing close to what I would call "loud;" it cleans easy and uses a small amount of lubricant very effectively.
Conclusion:
Overall, this is likely my favorite sleeve, that I own––if not, at least second–best (only surpassed by one of my more recent purchases, Adriana Chechik's "Next Level"). It is tight, intense, stimulating––especially to guys average length and girth, or just below––and is a stunning model of the female form.
December 9th, 2023 (Twisted Texture)
As I've mentioned in previous reviews, I'm a smaller man (just below average) and I have a preference for tightness. I received this product for free with another purchase as a "mystery item." As I'm not huge fan of anal even with a living, breathing woman, I was initially disappointed. However, after having used this product for a while now, I think I'm into "fake anal." The inside texture isn't much to look at—or to feel—but damned if sleeve doesn't give me some of the most intense orgasms (it's very tight, and I'm all for it).
This sleeve uses a small amount of lubrication very effectively and reapplication isn't often necessary during a session. Cleaning isn't any harder than with any other sleeve, but this thing dries really quick—I think the simplicity of the pattern aids this.
Suction wise, this thing grabs you and doesn't let go—super love it.
Conclusion:
Overall, though I wouldn't call this sleeve the greatest I've ever owned, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I did enjoy it; I recommend this sleeve to anyone on the fence about buying a Fleshlight for the first time or considering getting into trying out some of FL's "artificial buttholes."
December 9th, 2023 (Blow Texture)
Being just below average length with a preference for tightness, I was not satisfied with this sleeve after the first couple of uses, but I've gradually come around. The Boost Blow is about the experience, not stimulation or a huge orgasm—I think it's great for slower sessions. The skin texture is very nice and the model is really well made—with a huge focus on realism, which is appreciated.
I would suggest very minimal lubrication use, as I've discovered this sleeve has a knack for staying moist (who would have thought?), which can potentially remove certain sensations (friction) and make it less pleasurable to use.
Cleaning is as simple as any other sleeve, but drying takes near twice as long to complete (as I said: moisture).
The "newly implemented" suction functionality and the "boost cap" didn't really leave an impact—none more so than any other case—but that's not to say it's bad (reminder: I personally like really tight sleeves).
Conclusion:
Overall, I would recommend this sleeve to a certain type of user: one who is more interested in taking their time—wants to relax—and someone who will find the accuracy of the "mouth mold" arousing—as I do—and not terrifying (wouldn't want to run into one in the dark).
