This is one of the newest sleeves I got. I have used it more than 10 times already and have broken it in so the review should be sound. The penetration is wonderful; however the suction on this is amazing. You may have to use a good amount of lube to get the most out of this one. As you move down the sleeve you definitely feel the narrowing of the sleeve. It is on the back stroke or the back thrust that you really feel the suction. It pulls you in and the intensity is cumpelling. I scored the suction high and the orgasm is fantastic. My advice is to penetrate the narrow part, then quickly back stroke/thrust.
