After testing 40+ sleeves, here's all the tips and info I can give!
Buying your first sleeves:
Aim for a wide range of styles, no one knows what you'll like best — something unique/stimulating/intense, something gentle/realistic/good for edging, etc.
Make use of sales, especially a "free mystery Fleshlight Girl sleeve" promo, as it's the cheapest way to broaden your collection and try new things. Besides intense/gentle sleeves, most people will also value something see-through, and something blowjob-y like a Turbo (or my favorite, the Boost Blow).
Suction Cap Magic:
For suction quality, the ranking is normal case < case with Boost cap < transparent cap nearly closed. The Boost cap is solid, and automatically vents so you only get suction, not resistance when pushing in… but clear cases especially are witchcraft. They have a magic spot where air vents out as you push in, but it's an absolute black hole to pull out of.
None of my older normal cases/caps could do it, but new ones worked much closer to the clear variant, allowing suction up to more-extreme levels. Each sleeve texture has different effects with suction, but with the right one? Mind-blowing.
Lube:
I used think self-mix lube powder sounded like too much work, but then in two minutes I had mixed up the best lube I'd ever tried, at a customized thickness, for a fraction of the cost. Instantly sold.
Went with K-Lube and it's been great, but others are available. Google around for best practices, but it's basically just mixing with water and shaking for a minute. Especially if you're girthy or prone to skin irritation, lube quality makes a huge difference.
Heating:
In my opinion, for meh temps it's not worth the effort to heat… but for amazing warmth? Holy shit, try it. The official warmer/running some hot water make for sleeves that get cold again fast (and weren't that warm to begin with), but going above body temp is toe-curling and makes heat last ages.
For a quick random session, I use no heating. For a truly amazing time? Try a couple sleeves in a heated blanket/heating pad/sous vide.
Personally, I highly, *highly* recommend trying a cheap sous vide if having a little enclosed container of water somewhere is feasible for you. It uses any temp you like, holds it there indefinitely — you can even start it remotely on your phone/have a timer set so it's ready automatically. 30 seconds of placing toys and setting the timer before you go to work, and you can come home to heated perfection. Since it starts in advance, you can have it run an hour early for the heat to penetrate perfectly... just a few pennies in electricity for one hell of an evening.
It's also the only safe way to try out higher temperatures, as a heating pad/blanket will have hotspots that could melt it if you go too far, but a sous vide always maintains even temp.
Best "max safe material temp" info I've seen is 135F (57C), that's also the listed max temp on the official sleeve warmer. I use 130, and by the time I'm actually lubed and inside, the warmth is *euphoric* and lasts so long — just be careful to not burn yourself, and keep your sleeves in cases as they heat! The material can imprint/misshape if pressed constantly while heating, but across literally 100s of times heating to 130F in cases, I've seen zero quality degradation.
Cleaning Sleeves:
Just take them with you in the shower — it'll be quick and not feel like a chore. Set sleeve (in case) so water hits it on the floor, and at the end run more water through (out of case) and use your fingers inside. Doing it in the shower is cozy and you can be done in, like, 45 seconds a sleeve.
Some people do extra sanitizing after, but you'll also find decade-long users reporting zero issues by just cleaning well and drying thoroughly (the most critical part). It's also perfectly fine to leave a used (or undried) sleeve overnight before cleaning (or drying), but probably don't push your luck further than that.
Drying Sleeves:
Fans are magical. It's nuts that even with 3 sleeves, 15 seconds of effort to set them (in cases) on top of a random old fan leads to them bone-dry inside, ready to be put away in the morning.
For drying multiple simultaneously, a small flat-faced fan that can point up is great, but you'll see people with the official dryer, or a product called the sleevomatic, or even going DIY with tiny computer-fan-style options you can use surreptitiously. Up to you.
If you have sensitive skin:
Biggest factor seems to be whether there are short/sharp/ridged edges to the sleeve's texture, vs larger, smoother elements.
Compare images for extreme cases like (discontinued) Delight and (recent) Bumzumi. Shallow ridges that scrape against you and won't give way, vs rounded — and more importantly, highly-protruding — large elements that will bend and produce a softer effect. Fortunately, recent designs from FL have made these issues way less common/severe.
Loads of good-quality thick lube and slower movement will help, but depending on the texture and frequency of use, your skin may still want a breather.
Note: this seems pretty unaffected by keratinization of the glans from exposure, as even back when mine was dry and desensitized and I couldn't feel much, I still had big issues with red spots from toy use and it feeling raw. Now that I keep it moist and covered, it's mostly glossy and way, *way* more able to feel gentle sensations, but to my surprise isn't more prone to irritation? Go figure.
Girth issues:
Similar to the sensitive skin situation, I was floored by how well most more-modern textures I've tried have handled girth compared to older ones.
For 7 inches circumference (17.8cm), yeah, still take into account what others say feels more roomy… but the design of the sleeves and room to stretch seems to have been improved, and this has more effect than internal canal width. The more large gaps in the sleeve (like the Boost Blow), the better.
What's good for sensitive skin is generally good for girth: avoid shallow ridges that maximize friction and surface contact, find larger elements that stick out more and are easier to glide against.
When people recommended Delight years ago, I could barely move inside from all the friction, and was confused when random freebie Siren worked well despite being much tighter… the texture is everything.
Loosening sleeves:
Though you can technically cut off as much excess sleeve "fin" material as you want, I wouldn't recommend removing the fin that sits behind the case's ring, as it prevents the sleeve from falling out (and provides strain relief, reducing damage potential).
It's safe to cut off the fins that run longways on the sleeve, though it won't help with tightness as much near the front. If *super* careful, you can cut off half of that main ring fin (the half facing the back), plus some of the excess material where it tapers down to the rest of the sleeve. I've done it safely and it doesn't change any functionality, but obviously be 110% certain before making risky permanent changes. And with an ultra-thick sleeve wall like Barracuda's, you can even go deeper and cut off a thin layer everywhere… it made it way better for me, but a big risk to accept.
Powdering sleeves:
Cornstarch is good for absorbing oils that make a sleeve sticky, but the effect wears off almost entirely after the first use and wash. Chalk powder keeps down stickiness and shininess over many uses.
When/if you powder is personal preference. Once in a while I grab my stickier sleeves, toss them in a garbage bag with a cornstarch + chalk mix, and get them evenly coated all at once. Of course powdering turns a translucent sleeve into an opaque one, so if you want to keep clear effect, better just put up with the stickiness.
Miscellaneous tips:
-Thrusting into a stationary sleeve feels massively different than stroking with it! There are official mounts, but DIY solution with pillows or clamps are easy enough.
-A tiny spritz bottle of water is a great way to freshen up lube, especially keeping things slick at the entrance.
-Always "break in" a sleeve by using it several times before deciding you don't like it. It takes time to get the factory powder off the inside, and for your brain to really learn the texture.

THE EXPERIENCE: after several loosening modifications, it finally clicked and the uniqueness showed. The sleeve excels with very deep, slow, angled strokes, so those clusters of nubs can rub against your glans. Downright addictive, and so constantly textured there's no relief.
FINISHING INSIDE: way, way better once you've gotten sensitive and closer to the edge. Even with the gentler texture at the back, moving while you cum is a tall over, but in the middle of a session up to the near end this makes your toes curl.
GIRTH/SENSITIVITY: tricky for both. Definitely rougher, can get overstimulating, and not for fast strokes. Gradually removed more and more of the fins until only the crucial one that holds the sleeve in the case remained, and it wasn't until that point where it truly got comfy for me and the texture came alive. YMMV.
Conclusion:
Doesn't let you get away, and if you like a slow, bumpy ride, you won't want to anyway.
January 5th, 2025 (Shokushu Texture)
THE EXPERIENCE: feels exactly as it looks: completely insane. An intensity machine, like the old texture Vortex but with deeper grooves and some variation to boot. Swirls around you and doesn't let go. The queen of glans teasing, even during full deep strokes.
FINISHING INSIDE: too intense for true on-the-edge edging and does get overstimulating after a while, but it's worth it. Load her up with tons of lube and hold on.
GIRTH/SENSITIVITY: not as bad on either front as expected, but still watch out. Gets rough on the skin, and though it was certainly usable by default, removing the shorter 4 fins near the top was worth it to relax the experience and feel the texture more clearly.
Conclusion:
The perfect intense start to a session, but can be a little much concluding it.
December 30th, 2024 (Snow Queen Texture)
I won't go into max detail as it's no longer purchasable and won't help anyone, but I 110% believe this supposedly-gone-forever limited texture should be brought back somehow.
Everything but the Kumzuni-like center of the cross-section photo is hard to parse, but looking inside IRL it's got a ton of geometric nubs, almost like some cut gemstones look.
The feel is very unique and stimulating without being too much, I'd almost describe it as, confusingly, feeling like it looks — a twisting chamber with a bunch of flat surfaces and soft "boulders" you brush against. Surprisingly accommodating for girth, and though a tiny bit rough on skin, it's still pretty safe. The slightly-more-firm transparent material suits the vibe perfectly.
Conclusion:
If they wanted to give the fantasy line an Ice Slime monster girl sleeve, it couldn't fit better.
December 30th, 2024 (Ethereal Texture)
THE EXPERIENCE: the "trick" of this sleeve is way more pronounced for less-girthy guys, but with modification, I finally saw the light. The asymmetrical curving chamber makes different sections more pronounced depending on how it's turned, ideal for handheld use, and milks you like crazy. Shockingly gentle and mild, but also great to tease the glans with the just the first inch or two due the light ribbing.
FINISHING INSIDE: this is a mild edging sleeve for long sessions, at its best when you're extra hard and excited. Handles suction averagely, but above average for move inside while cumming with suction.
GIRTH/SENSITIVITY: phenomenal if you're sensitive, but needs modified for high girth. Was too constricting and felt pretty mediocre, cut off just the four squarish fins near the front, and it improved well. Cut off half the height of each regular (vertical) fin, and it transformed into a top sleeve for me. I get the hype.
Conclusion:
Magical for long and gentle edging, but might feel boring if you're looking for crazy intensity.
December 21st, 2024 (Silk Texture)
THE EXPERIENCE: never before have I needed to review a sleeve after only the 2nd use... not update it again after the 5th. Buy it. The name is accurate — if you like gentle, realistic sensations, buy it. Everything people say about it is true. It's a miracle, nothing else is like it, and it even has a lovely skin tone unique from the rest of the lineup. Truly shines warmed up, finally tried starting a session with it and couldn't believe something so gentle could excel like that from moment one.
FINISHING INSIDE: this may be the single-greatest edging sleeve I've ever experienced. You can last so long while feeling so much pleasure, it shouldn't be possible. Handles suction incredibly, though moving during orgasm with max suction is hard. At least with heat, a great pick for a one-sleeve quickie, start to finish.
GIRTH/SENSITIVITY: 10/10, no issues. A roomy and welcoming experience, pretty gentle on skin and not overstimulating. Wouldn't change a thing.
Conclusion:
Warm it up above body temp, sink inside, and let your mind be blown. Silk deserves its reputation.
December 19th, 2024 (Blue Ice Texture)
THE EXPERIENCE: remarkably unique and delightful! There are cons like losing the deep feeling of a full sleeve, no contained cumshots, not thrust-into-able, not really being warmable like a full FL, etc… but there are major pros. Super variable sensation depending on how you hold it, good for partner use, unlimited tightness or looseness, compact transport, and a tight opening on top that's great to slowly press against until your glans pops through. If you like slow, teasing sessions, it's awesome.
FINISHING INSIDE: obviously messy, but you get to see yourself erupt! A nice change of pace, even without the "buried deep inside" feel of a full FL, and you can easily keep it all below the glans as you cum if it gets overstimulated.
GIRTH/SENSITIVITY: as stretchy as can be for girth, and largely good if you're sensitive! It can be a little bit harsher on skin than I'd prefer, but there's no denying that a toy you can keep stroking with sans any glans contact is great for sensitivity.
Conclusion:
If you don't mind touching the sticky material yourself and enjoy teasing, gliding sensations (or maybe want a squeeze), give it a try. It's a pretty common freebie item during sales too.
December 13th, 2024 (Exotica Texture)
THE EXPERIENCE: super consistent, gentle, and fairly realistic, while still remaining highly stimulating. Whereas Tornado is more subdued and smooth to be extra natural, Exotica is dialed up to 11, constant action and change even though no section stands out differently. A little safe and generic at the start of a session, but once you're more sensitive? The million tiny waves and ridges are incredible.
FINISHING INSIDE: crazy-tingly for edging, but the sensations are SO nonstop, it's not easy to last (in a good way). Handles suction super well, though, and the milking sensations while on the edge are nuts. Still good to move a little inside while cumming, long as the suction is cranked down.
GIRTH/SENSITIVITY: no issues. A definite snug feel, but not uncomfortable at all, and pretty gentle on skin if you go slowly with lots of lube.
Conclusion:
Effectively just one repeating texture, but my dick sure ain't complaining.
December 13th, 2024 (Insatiable Texture)
THE EXPERIENCE: pretty much everything except the middle nubs are different types of shallow ridges, making for a very intense "textured canal rubbing on you" feel versus larger, smoother "gliding/pushing past" elements. The waffle texture especially is tingly and grippy, super stimulating from moment one. Great sleeve to start a session, though harsh on the glans after a while.
FINISHING INSIDE: not ideal, as the rougher textures can get overstimulating, making edging extremely difficult.
GIRTH/SENSITIVITY: a little snug but workable, just the skin-scraping factor to watch out for. Was sent a duplicate, so tested (carefully) cutting off the lower fins to loosen it, which produces a more mild, milking effect in exchange for less-pronounced and less-firm elements.
Conclusion:
Loads of intensity for better or worse, but grippy and good at what it does.
December 13th, 2024 (Core Texture)
THE EXPERIENCE: Very unique and fun. The more you like to focus on teasing the glans, especially fully pulling out and re-entering, the better it'll be. Deeper inside it's decently open and feels almost jello-y more than others, but the loads of lil' flaps and cross-hatchings keep some real intensity as you push past. Turbo Thrust has more raw pleasure in my book, but the Core has more action and stuff to feel, no doubt.
FINISHING INSIDE: pretty gentle… but even though it doesn't do well with suction, the surprising winner is going balls-deep and *rotating* it side to side as you cum, so the unique entrance massages around your balls. Unconventional, but delightful.
GIRTH CONSIDERATIONS: fits and stretches well! No notes.
Conclusion:
Looks like a mining drill, feels like a teasing blowjob. What a time to be alive.
December 12th, 2024 (Bumzumi Texture)
EXPERIENCE: the cross-section image can't do it justice, but if you look at an internal video, the start has these big thick "flaps" on either side. If you're a fan of smooth sensations while clearly pressing past distinct, identifiable elements, you'll love it. Mild at the start of a session, but kicks into high gear as you get more sensitive.
FINISHING INSIDE: you can edge so, so much without having to slow down. An exceptional end to a session as you get more sensitive, and above-average for ability to keep moving as you cum.
GIRTH/SENSITIVITY: lots of room to comfortably stretch and not overstimulating, but know that by being an anal sleeve you'll need to keep up on lube at the entrance… and it'll likely get a little tear there. If that would really bug you, maybe skip this one, but FWIW with 7" circumference I've never had such entrance rips grow badly over time.
Conclusion:
Want a weird, soft sleeve that's crazy stimulating while edging, but without getting uncomfortable/losing control? This is it.
December 12th, 2024 (Kumzumi Texture)
THE EXPERIENCE: unexpectedly similar to oral sleeves like the Boost Blow or Turbo line, but with a more snug/firm feel. By being loaded with distinct "chambers" so early it's an extremely active sleeve and consequently great for shallow strokes/glans stimulation, matching the oral vibes. Feels a little different rotated vertically or horizontally, perfect "grab to stroke out a quick session" sleeve that never gets boring.
FINISHING INSIDE: on the intense side, and that middle jagged section can be a tiny bit rough on the glans, but still solid to end inside especially with how well it handles suction.
GIRTH/SENSITIVITY: pleasantly surprised at having no issues at all, probably thanks to the "mouth-like" open chamber. Not loose per se, but a comfy fit.
Conclusion:
The hype is real. She pretty much does it all.
December 12th, 2024 (Throttle Texture)
THE EXPERIENCE: I don't regret getting it on sale per se, but it's substantially more snug and nonstop than Turbo Thrust or Turbo Core, to a point that it's fatiguing after a while. My glans gets mad at me if I use it for too long, but that intensity also makes it a fun starter for 5-10 minutes if having a big multi-sleeve session. If your tastes are the opposite of mine, though, it might be perfect for you.
FINISHING INSIDE: It's all about that snug feeling and dnatant harsher texturing, so this is the last sleeve to try to keep stroking inside while you cum. That said, it handles super strong suction weirdly well, which helps a lot (and with intense suction, is oddly ok for edging? Go figure)
GIRTH/SENSITIVITY: maybe sit this one out. Physically fitting inside isn't terrible with good lube, and a big appeal of the Turbo line is just using the unique entrance and first inch or two for glans stimulation, but there's a very-fitting sense of being throttled. Not the most comfortable, but carefully doing a loosening modification by removing excess fins (as described in profile) can improve things a small amount.
Conclusion:
Very tight, intense, kinda roughly textured, not my favorite… but effective at what it sets out to do.
December 12th, 2024 (Blow Texture)
THE EXPERIENCE: those big floating rings are an entirely-unique feeling to the Boost line, and have a very different "popping" sensation despite being in such a gentle and spacious sleeve. The realism is crazy high, and if you love the feeling of pushing past/through distinct sections in a sleeve, it's A-tier. Gentle, but with enough action to not be boring at the very start of a session.
FINISHING INSIDE: mild enough to edge in wonderfully, and peaks during the middle and end of a session. Unsurprisingly spectacular with suction, good to keep moving a little inside as you cum.
UNIQUE CAP: it's a decent upgrade to the default case's cap, but can't give the level of "push inside easily, pulling out is a black hole" you get with a transparent case's cap nearly closed. The different fit of the clear material allows for that magic, but for no-fuss suction, the boost cap is nice.
GIRTH/SENSITIVITY: no contest, if you're girthy or sensitive, you need this. IRL blowjobs suck for girth because teeth exist, but sweet mercy, I cannot articulate just how much stretching room this has. Literally no other sleeve can accommodate you down to the hilt so naturally, and it's pure heaven.
Conclusion:
People seem to always either think it's a whole paradigm shift, or just alright… but it's my most-used sleeve for a reason. Couldn't recommend higher.
December 29th, 2017 (Bulletproof Texture)
Needs girth mod: YES, potentially even a more extreme one. Pre-mod, there was so much pressure it was impossible to fit fully inside.
Smoothness: 9/10. This is a very gentle sleeve, making it optimal if you’re sensitive. No scraping at all, just a little pressure on the head.
Intensity: 3/10. This sleeve has intensity due to changing pressures rather than textures. It intensifies a bit as you swell up before orgasm, though not a lot.
Sensation: 6/10. Whereas most smoother sleeves change width gently or not at all (i.e. Lotus, Tornado, Original), Bulletproof transitions drastically – it doesn’t get rough on your head, but you feel the bump. There’s almost a bit of a “pop” when going deeper, which is nice. The feeling improves a lot if you thrust into it hard, and using a little spray bottle of water to keep everything slick is a must for this sleeve. Even using lots of lube didn’t help as much as a quick spritz of water to help you slide easily.
Intensity During Orgasm: 3/10. It’s an ideal sleeve to finish inside if you’re sensitive, as I has an interesting sensation to hit your head that doesn’t include the scraping effect of most stronger textures. Makes for a more-intense orgasm without the roughness of “smooth” sleeve features like, say, lotus nodes.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 8/10. I really only recommend Bulletproof to two groups – those looking for a very tight, smooth, and different anal sleeve, and those who want to expand their “gentle sleeve to finish inside” roster beyond Tornado and the like. It’s not an insane texture, but may fit a nice role if you’re looking for what it provides.
December 29th, 2017 (Forbidden Texture)
Needs girth mod: YES. The amount of pressure alone made it almost impossible to fit my entire shaft inside pre-mod.
Smoothness: 6/10. Oddly enough, I felt the ribbed section far more prominently after the fin reduction mod... I guess the extra pressure made it all smash together more.
Intensity: 4/10. Again, I felt everything much less before the mod, and would call its intensity a 2/10 when tighter like that. Give it some room to accommodate you, and you feel it (and its intensity) better.
Sensation: 6/10. The wavy bumps hit your head deeper in, and the ribbed entrance to the canal strokes your shaft a little. The ribs are a rough, surface-level sensation, and the bumps are a softer, squishier sensation.
Intensity During Orgasm: 8/10. Unexpectedly, even when not pulling back super far, I found the bumps to get *very* intense on my head while finishing, to the point where it felt like they were ribbed sections deeper as well. If you get extra sensitive, be wary.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 6/10. Nice to grab as a sleeve to finish inside at the end and keep stroking, but a bit dull for a full session.
December 29th, 2017 (Crush Texture)
Needs girth mod: Maybe. With only partial fin reduction it worked fine, but going further I found it extra pleasurable and soft. Probably depends on how defined you want the bumps.
Smoothness: 9/10. Don’t let the textures fool you – this is a super smooth sleeve, and is ideal if you want to avoid scraping on your skin.
Intensity: 5/10. It intensifies closer to orgasm as you swell up, but it truly is way more mellow than it looks. Though it feels completely gentle at first, don’t underestimate it, because the little bumps work over your head quite a bit... you might get more stimulated than you realize while thrusting hard and find yourself close to finishing early.
Sensation: 10/10. It’s fairly understated, and isn’t aggressive or super busy, but it feels great. Unexpectedly realistic, with no drastic changes in sensation, but softly stimulates and get the little tighter in the middle. Best of all, I found it could be thrusted into hard and fast without getting loud, immediately losing lubrication, or making you a little numb/overstimulated from textures rubbing on your head too hard. That’s a rarity, compared to a lot of “interesting” textures.
Intensity During Orgasm: 4/10. It offers some strong sensations while finishing, but isn’t terrible at all. Though somewhat difficult to stroke through, I found it quite enjoyable, and it didn’t leave me raw like some sleeves. Be wary if you get sensitive during orgasm, but still, give it a shot.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 10/10. A realistic, pleasant experience ideal for hard use and longer sessions, with a texture that’s just the right intensity to build up to “can’t hold back” levels of pleasure. Edging is also great in this sleeve, extremely pleasurable but without making you lose control.
December 28th, 2017 (Utopia Texture)
The new cross-section a couple years ago wasn't just a new image — it really is an updated design.
THE EXPERIENCE: my old one got damaged, and looking inside the new one IRL, it really is different. The spiky bits are much thicker front and back, giving the texture a more pronounced "active" feeling brushing against the glans. Surprisingly good for very fast stroking/thrusting! Great all-around sleeve.
FINISHING INSIDE: not bad at all, great for edging if you don't go too long, but can be a tiny bit rough/overstimulating if you're sensitive.
GIRTH/SENSITIVITY: zero issues fitting, tight but not too tight! Not the gentlest on the glans ever, but a pretty safe pick.
Conclusion:
Perfect to grab for a quick one-sleeve session, working as well for first penetration as the first edge.
December 28th, 2017 (Euphoria Riley Texture)
Needs girth mod: YES. Rougher edges on a texture plus strong pressure on your manhood equals bad things.
Smoothness: 5/10. I didn’t have major issues with it roughing me up as long as I went slowly, but it’s definitely a strong texture, so be careful.
Intensity: 8/10. Every inch is strongly textured, so you can’t really avoid the intensity. It’s not as overpowering as some, especially since you mostly need to take it slowly anyway, but it still hits you hard. Ever so much stimulation on the head, my oh my.
Sensation: 7/10. The sleeve combines textured walls with a unique pattern and a canal that changes size. You feel the surface-level sensation all over as you slide by, but there isn’t really that squishy feeling of depth, like Riley’s Utopia adds to the mix. However, even after full modification it STILL feels very tight as you get deeper, which will surely appeal to some.
Intensity During Orgasm: 9/10. The texture gets incredibly strong while you’re swollen, so if you get an all extra sensitive during orgasm, this is not a good sleeve to finish inside whatsoever.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 7/10. I don’t *dislike* it, but it’s rougher and less-squishy than my preferences – it’s a good pick if you want a stronger, tighter, high-texture anal sleeve, though.
December 25th, 2017 (Vantage Texture)
Smoothness: 10/10. There’s nothing in the texture to scrape, and when out of its case, it has tons of room to stretch (unless you *want* it tight in your hand). Very gentle, and even if the head of your manhood needs extra care, you can just stroke the QS lower on your shaft.
Intensity: 3/10. Unless you grip it hard, it’s super mellow, though that’s far from a bad thing. Good for longer sessions, as you have huge control over how much you feel. This is best as a “patiently coax a huge orgasm out” toy.
Sensation: 10/10. Feels super similar to the Boost, though a little gentler/swirlier, and with textures that are more clear. You feel the series of bumps quite distinctly when they move over your head, but unlike the boost, it doesn’t get super loud as it slides over.
Regarding either Quickshot, if you like smoother, gentle, teasing sensations, it’s pretty great. It glides across your shaft, and the angle, tightness, depth, and even how much it hits your head is all up to you. It’s not intense, and ironically won’t force you to shoot quickly, but makes for a lovely mellow time.
Intensity During Orgasm: N/A, as it can be anything you want. Hold tightly and work it hard for roughness, or keep it loose and lower for gentleness. If you’re sensitive while finishing, this is an ideal toy – not only is the material and structure (outside the case) super squishy and soft, but if your head gets too sensitive, you can move it only on your shaft during orgasm for no overstimulation.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 10/10. It may not be good for a long thrusting session, but it’s ideal to use by hand (whether yours or a partner’s). Compact, discrete, travel-friendly, low lube use, and gives lots of control… though as it lacks the suction & “deep“ feeling of full sleeves, i don't reach for it that often.
December 18th, 2017 (Boost Texture)
Smoothness: 10/10. There’s nothing in the texture to scrape, and when out of its case, it has tons of room to stretch (unless you *want* it tight in your hand). Very gentle, and even if the head of your manhood needs extra care, you can just stroke the QS lower on your shaft.
Intensity: 3/10. Unless you grip it hard, it’s super mellow, though that’s far from a bad thing. Good for longer sessions, as you have huge control over how much you feel. This is best as a “patiently coax a huge orgasm out” toy.
Sensation: 7/10. Feels super similar to the Vantage, though a little bumpier/stronger, and with sensations that are less-distinct. A bit more sensation than Vantage has when it moves over your head, but is WAY louder during that motion, so beware.

Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 6/10. Compact, discrete, travel-friendly, low lube use, and gives lots of control… though it lacks the suction & “deep" feeling of full sleeves, so I don't end up grabbing it much.
December 14th, 2017 (Texas Tornado Texture)
Needs girth mod: No. It gets even more gentle after modification, but still fits okay without.
Smoothness: 10/10. Absolutely no scraping on your manhood, no matter what your girth.
Intensity: 4/10. It’s super mellow, though that’s far from a bad thing. Perfect level for a gentle, longer session, or some serious pounding.
Sensation: 10/10. As realistic and soft as can be, but still enough texture to remain interesting. It lightly swirls all around you with a pleasant pillowy sensation.
Intensity During Orgasm: 2/10. If you’re sensitive while finishing, this is an ideal sleeve. For how much you can feel during a session, I was amazed how gentle it was to stroke through.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 10/10. A singular sleeve that will never leave you overstimulated or sore. Can’t recommend it enough, though be advised that being an anal sleeve, the entrance will likely get a small tear if you're girthy.
December 14th, 2017 (Thrust Texture)
Needs girth mod: not really, so only consider if the intensity feels undesirably high.
Smoothness: 7/10. Due to the material and design, it’s a fairly-gentle sleeve especially at the opening, though it gets rougher inside.
Intensity: 6/10. Fittingly, just the level you want a blowjob to be at – teasing the orgasm out of you, rather than pounding it out.
Sensation: 9/10. It’s tickling, teasing, and sucking all over. I find each section to work as advertised – even though the first two aren’t massively intense, they greatly add to the experience.
Intensity During Orgasm: 5/10. Not the worst, but if you’re fairly sensitive while finishing, it’s not a great sleeve to stroke through due to the deeper sections getting rougher.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 10/10. It fits its role fabulously, gives some great variety between strokes, and has possibly the best suction of any sleeve (especially due to its clear case having an extra-tight endcap). Just beware of the unavoidable loudness when using it.
December 14th, 2017 (Fit Texture)
Needs girth mod: yes. I found it a little on the bumpy/rough side before, but after fin reduction it became nothing but squishy goodness.
Smoothness: 8/10. Despite its appearance, it actually winds up quite gentle, and doesn’t scrape badly at all.
Intensity: 4/10. The intensity is balanced perfectly to stay highly pleasurable without pushing you over the edge, making it perfect for edging and stamina training.
Sensation: 10/10. It’s mild, but has interesting variation, and everything changes depending on angle and speed of thrust. A great midground of “soft ‘n’ squishy” and “unusual bumps and grooves pressing into you.”
Intensity During Orgasm: 6/10. If you’re sensitive while finishing, the texture gets a lot more pronounced, though not terribly so.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 10/10. This is a go-to sleeve if you like serious thrusting and longer sessions, also felt incredible when just used by hand. On top of that, the wide canal makes for some killer suction... don’t pass up this sleeve.
December 14th, 2017 (Storm Texture)
Needs girth mod: Maybe. It felt perfectly fine without modification, and after it got much less intense and aggressive. If you like strong sensations and your size works, don’t modify.
Smoothness: 7/10. Though the texture is complicated, it’s fairly wide, and doesn’t scrape as badly as it looks. Even smoother after modification.
Intensity: 8/10. The sleeve’s intensity wasn’t in a “strong rubbing that’s hard to handle” way, but rather a “so nice it’s hard to hold out” way. After modification, it became unexpectedly mellow, and better for longer, slower sessions.
Sensation: 8/10. It’s an incredibly active sleeve, but everything blends together quite a bit. Mostly just soft and squishy, and depending on how tight it is on you, you’ll feel different sections more or less. Where it really shines is when you’re extra sensitive and swollen up, either from extreme arousal or being close to orgasm, where it gets much more pleasurable and distinct.
Intensity During Orgasm: 7/10. It’s a lot to rub against you, so if you’re sensitive while finishing, it probably isn’t a good sleeve to stroke through.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 8/10. All around, a great edging sleeve that’s perfect for long sessions and hard pounding.
December 14th, 2017 (Indulge Texture)
Needs girth mod: Maybe. Before modification, the bumps were harder, but the intensity felt a little lower. After modification, the intensity ramped up, but so did the sensation and softness.
Smoothness: 7/10. Despite the large bumps, it doesn’t scrape much at all. The texture doesn’t *feel* smooth, but its effect on your dick is, for the most part.
Intensity: 9/10. Unmodded, it wasn’t that insane, but after ring removal loosening it, the little bumps got kinda crazy. Incredibly difficult to edge in, and almost overpowering.
Sensation: 8/10. Probably the sleeve with the most clearly-identifiable areas of texture I’ve used. It’s bumpy for sure, especially right at the front, and the nodes really cling to you right at the front.
Intensity During Orgasm: 7/10. If you’re sensitive during orgasm, the strong bumps make it not the best sleeve to finish inside.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 7/10. It’s an interesting blend, perhaps a touch more bumpy than my personal preferences, but it’s a distinctive and pretty enjoyable sleeve.
December 14th, 2017 (Siren Texture)
–Needs girth mod: Maybe. I found it fine without, though there’s a good chance it would loosen up and feel even better with fun reduction
Smoothness: 7/10. Despite the tightness and jagged appearance, it surprisingly doesn’t scrape that much at all.
Intensity: 8/10. Strong sensations are constant, so it’s really not a sleeve to edge in.
Sensation: 8/10. Great variety, though a little outclassed by the Storm in terms of how clearly you can feel everything. It all blends together, and just feels “active” and squishy all over you.
Intensity During Orgasm: 6/10. Not the worst, but if you’re sensitive during orgasm, it’s not a great sleeve to stroke through.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 8/10. Storm may be a similar (and superior, in my opinion) sleeve, but if you’re looking for an intense butt sleeve that’s good for girth, it’s a great pick.
December 14th, 2017 (Barracuda Texture)
THE EXPERIENCE: the individual nubs aren't nearly as pronounced as hoped if you're girthy, but with enough sensitivity it's an addictively-gentle, teasing edger. Doesn't feel like much at the start of the session, but the intensity really does ramp up.
FINISHING INSIDE: this is where it can shine. Ironically after feeling so little if you start a session with it, it can be almost *too* much at the end, but tiny movements or turning it side-to-side as you cum is downright toe-curling if you aren't overstimulated yet.
GIRTH/SENSITIVITY: a little tricky for sure. Removing the lower fins made it possible to feel the texture a little better, but still not much… eventually caved, took the risk and cut off a very small layer of material the whole way along the sleeve, careful to not go too deep. Could feel it SO much more, and truly loved it after, but wouldn't recommend doing unless you're that brave and that unable to feel the nubs.
Conclusion:
Maybe sit this one out if you're girthy (or brave and scissor-happy). The canal walls seem thicker than most modern sleeve designs, so that might contribute to the tightness and lack of stretch.
December 14th, 2017 (Lotus Garden Texture)
Needs girth mod: Maybe. I found it to work perfectly fine without, but it got even better with fun reduction. Oddly enough, it seems the intensity *increased* as the pressure decreased, but how well I felt the nodes certainly went up as well.
Smoothness: 5/10. It’s a stealthily-rough sleeve... it gives the impression of being fairly smooth while using, but if you’re sensitive like me, your dick may inform you afterwards that the lotus nodes scraped more than you thought.
Intensity: 10/10. Easily the most-intense smooth-feeling sleeve around. It’s tight, and it’s slick, and each little flap grips you so hard.
Sensation: 10/10. It’s quite a distinctive and interesting sleeve. Depending on a thrust’s angle and speed, it can feel totally different, ranging from mostly smooth to a small bump to tons of action.
Intensity During Orgasm: 10/10. Even if you weren’t feeling the lotus nodes much before, you’ll definitely feel them when extra swollen. If you get sensitive while finishing, it’s not a good sleeve to stroke through.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 10/10. It truly feels like no other, and as an extra plus, the vaginal moulding is distinctive and gorgeous as well. If there's one retired texture that desperately needs to be re-issued, it's this.
December 14th, 2017 (Alien Texture)
Needs girth mod: No. It feels a little softer after modification, but was perfectly-fine before.
Smoothness: 7/10. There‘s some strength to the vortex and lotus node section, but overall it really doesn’t scrape badly. The entrance is also especially wide, which is good for girth.
Intensity: 6/10. It‘s not the most-intense, which is great for building stamina in longer sessions. It’s pleasurable without pushing you too hard.
Sensation: 7/10. The sleeve takes three elements from other basic textures and makes them synergize. You stretch each section out enough that they aren’t hyper-distinct, but flow together gently with each thrust. Best way to describe it is as just feeling “soft and squishy” all over.
Intensity During Orgasm: 7/10. Though not completely insane, the lotus node and STU texture at the back are quite stimulating, so be wary if you get sensitive while finishing.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 8/10. A great, safe texture to go back to repeatedly, and an interesting one to add to any collection. Beware, though, as the sleeve is loud no matter how you use it, which may stop it from being a go-to sleeve for you.
December 14th, 2017 (Cyborg Texture)
Needs girth mod: YES, but doesn’t help much. I definitely feel more and scrape a little less with the fins reduced, but it doesn’t change the fundamental nature of the sleeve.
Smoothness: 1/10. This is the least-smooth sleeve I’ve ever used, period – even the labia and entrance has a rough, ribbed texture.
Intensity: 10/10. If you have the girth to stretch it out, and the tough skin to handle it, the thing is an absolute beast once you get going.
Sensation: 7/10. Despite how harsh it is, the actual sensation is nice and has tons of variety, if you can withstand it. It feels very ribbed and “busy“ inside, though certain elements are more distracting than pleasurable.
Intensity During Orgasm: 10/10. If you get at all sensitive during orgasm, don’t even try to finish inside it.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 6/10. Though extremely rough with girth and sensitivity, I would still recommend it to anyone with a more-sane thickness and/or the knowledge that they can handle some scraping. It’s a fun sleeve, though hard to use.
December 14th, 2017 (Super Tight Texture)
Needs girth mod: Yes, though it can't work miracles.
Smoothness: 9/10. Like the Original, it has no texture, but the extra level of squeeze on your dick removes a point.
Intensity: 1/10. Again, having no texture, it’s as gentle as can be.
Sensation: 3/10. A textureless sleeve isn’t bad, but it’s understandably difficult to use with girth.
Intensity During Orgasm: 1/10. Perfectly-fine to stroke through if you’re sensitive while finishing.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 3/10. If you aren’t super desensitized, having a hyper-mellow sleeve is good for edging, cooling down during a session, or just using on its own to give your member a break... but the Original will accommodate you way better. Still, if you get a Super Tight as a free mystery sleeve like I did, you may still get some use out of it.
December 14th, 2017 (Lotus Texture)
Needs girth mod: yes. It was enjoyable before, but reached an all-new level of realism and comfort after reducing the fins.
Smoothness: 8/10. Whereas the Mini Lotus is fairly active and complex, the full-size Lotus is far more realistic and gentle.
Intensity: 5/10. It builds up slowly, starting out mellow but growing to quite a strong milking experience closer to orgasm.
Sensation: 8/10. Nicely realistic, and manages to be highly smooth without being boring. Enough variation in tightness to be interesting, plus a little lotus node/changing chamber excitement at the end of the stroke.
Intensity During Orgasm: 2/10. It has a decent bit of sensation at the lotus node, but I almost never found it too rough on the head while swollen and sensitive. A perfect pleasurable level, even on a guy that gets extra sensitive during orgasm.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 8/10. It’s the kind of texture you can enjoy for long sessions of hard or soft thrusting, and gets especially pillowy-soft after modification.
December 14th, 2017 (Original Texture)
Needs girth mod: YES. If you have high girth it puts crazy pressure on you near the entrance, and the completely-flat canal can both create strong friction and push the lube right off of you.
Smoothness: 10/10. There is literally no sleeve smoother, and the wide canal is good for thick guys.
Intensity: 0/10. It’s as mellow as can be, making it good for edging and cooling down between other sleeves.
Sensation: 6/10. Despite being so gentle, it still feels fairly nice once you really get into it, especially for thrusting hard while adjusting angles.
Intensity During Orgasm: 0/10. Even if you get extra sensitive while finishing, and are already on the sensitive side, it won’t be overstimulating. Just keep thrusting!
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 6/10. It’s a great sleeve to finish in, and if you need to give your dick a break for a while, it can be perfectly-enjoyable for its own sessions. Definitely requires some girth and sensitivity to feel good, though. I‘d rate it higher for these purposes, if Tornado were not a sleeve that accomplishes very similar effects with a much-more-interesting sensation.
December 14th, 2017 (Euphoria Texture)
Needs girth mod: YES. I hardly felt anything before, and even moving inside it was difficult. After modification, it was a completely different sleeve.
Smoothness: 7/10. It has a lot of bumps, but they don’t grip or rub too badly.
Intensity: 8/10. The intensity really sneaks up on you with this sleeve, so watch out especially when close to orgasm. It gets to be quite a lot.
Sensation: 8/10. Tiny, gentle feelings and waves of pleasure over every inch, building up in strength the closer you get to finishing. Feels like how you’d picture the STU would feel, but the bumps are far more distinct.
Intensity During Orgasm: 8/10. As you swell up while finishing, the bumps get *very* intense, so it’s not advisable if you’re extra sensitive during orgasm.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 8/10. This was an entirely different sleeve pre and post modification. It gets crazy by the end, but it’s surprisingly good to edge in as well, if you can handle it. As a whole, a highly-enjoyable sleeve.
December 14th, 2017 (Vigor Texture)
Needs girth mod: Maybe. I can use it without, but the pressure definitely makes the ridges extra harsh.
Smoothness: 3/10. At higher girth, it rubs quite a lot, and can leave you a bit raw from the ridges.
Intensity & Sensation: 7/10. How much you’re stretching it drastically changes the texture. The more it clings to your girth, the more the little ridges rub. It’s a very uniform sleeve, but can feel surprisingly intense despite how little texture there is.
Intensity During Orgasm: 9/10. Not advisable if you’re sensitive during orgasm. The walls of the sleeve may not stick out far, but the edges can grind a lot, especially as you swell up while finishing.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 5/10. Same as with the similar sleeve Delight, it’s a unique and wide sleeve that’s okay for girth, but is a bit rough and non-squishy for my tastes. Still feels good, but I’m not over the moon about it.
December 14th, 2017 (Delight Texture)
Needs girth mod: YES. At high girth, the pressure creates so much friction from the texture that it’s hard to move inside or feel anything.
Smoothness: 3/10. It still grips you a good amount post-mod, and the ridges can rub quite a lot, but it varies a lot depending on how thick you are. No matter what, though, the edges of the texture are a little strong.
Intensity & Sensation: 6/10. Again, how much you’re stretching it drastically changes the texture. The more it clings to you, the more the little ridges rub. It’s a very uniform sleeve, but still makes a surprising amount of tingly sensation, brushing against your shaft.
Intensity During Orgasm: 9/10. Not advisable if you’re sensitive during orgasm. The walls of the sleeve may not stick out far, but the edges can grind a lot, especially as you swell up while finishing.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 5/10. Same as with the similar sleeve Vigor, it’s a unique and wide texture that’s good for girth – just may need a modification if you’re thick enough. It’s a bit rough and non-squishy for my tastes, but that’s just due to personal preference and sensitivity. A little bit like the Vortex, but without the sensation of depth and swirling all around you.
December 14th, 2017 (Destroya Texture)
Needs girth mod: No. Works beautifully already.
Smoothness: 7/10. Not much scraping on your dick, and the danger of causing soreness isn’t too high despite the sharp appearance of its “fangs.”
Intensity: 8/10. Not completely overpowering, but feels so nice you really have to control yourself to hold out.
Sensation: 10/10. As rough as the fangs look, the walls of the sleeve are very thin, allowing them to stretch. This creates more of a tickling sensation all over that’s very unique, and extremely pleasurable.
Intensity During Orgasm: 7/10. It can actually be ok to stroke through even if you get extra sensitive then, but I’ve had sessions where it was too much and uncomfortable.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 10/10. Great variety, super enjoyable without being overwhelming, and feels like no other sleeve. It’s even available in the buy2get1free deal, so don’t miss it, wherever you do.
December 14th, 2017 (STU Texture)
Needs girth mod: No. It felt a touch looser after fin reduction, but wasn’t exactly a pronounced change.
Smoothness: 6/10. Doesn’t scrape badly, but can still leave you a little red from roughness after a while if not careful, especially if thrusting quickly.
Intensity: 6/10. Fairly average, and acceptable to edge in. Neither “can’t control myself” nor “I can hold out forever.”
Sensation: 6/10. The bumps stretch around you to the point that you don’t feel anything distinctive. It’s just vaguely soft, but not in a slick Lotus way... there’s still resistance.
Intensity During Orgasm: 5/10. It’s ok to stroke through if you’re sensitive during orgasm, but not a great sleeve for it.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 5/10. Still pleasurable, but in no way exceptional. I’d greatly recommend the Alien over it, as it contains the STU texture but with other interesting elements as well.
December 14th, 2017 (Vortex Texture)
Needs girth mod: Yes. It fit acceptably before at 7”, but Felt way better after reducing the fins, and it had more room to stretch gently.
Smoothness: 7/10. I had some scraping issues before, but that mostly faded away post-mod. Despite the strong texturing, it all glides across your member quite well, rather than grinding.
Intensity: 10/10. It hits you from all angles every second, and remains intense even when stroking slowly. Edging inside it feels phenomenal, but it can easily push you over the edge too early.
Sensation: 10/10. It gives a full-contact swirling sensation, and attacks every inch of you. It has a light touch, but the pleasure is crazy... it has no variety in texture, but the one texture changes more than enough itself.
Intensity During Orgasm: 8/10. If you get sensitive during orgasm, the texturing’s ridges become much more prominent, and can be rather rough on the head.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 10/10. Whereas I consider the Alien to replace the need for a STU, it in no way replaces the Vortex. The Alien’s small Vortex section is only a teaser, and the full Vortex sleeve feels so, so different. Especially since it can be gotten in the buy2get1free deal, don’t miss out!
December 14th, 2017 (Bi-Hive Texture)
Needs girth mod: Maybe. It functioned acceptably before, but the bumps were much harder and stood out more. If it works fine for you, and you want strong sensations, don’t mod it.
Smoothness: 7/10. It hardly scrapes at all when modified, but can be a little much unmodded.
Intensity: 3/10. Without modification, I give it a 7 in intensity (at 7” girth), as the pressure near the front makes the various bumps attack you much more. After the mod, though, it’s a surprisingly-gentle 3.
Sensation: 6/10. The texture doesn’t feel as complicated or intense as it looks, with or without mod. As long as there isn’t a ton of pressure, it gives faint impressions of each little node as you slide by. With cap locked down, the wide canal allows for major suction.
Intensity During Orgasm: 6/10. If you’re sensitive during orgasm, it’s not terrible, but watch out as the bumps get much more pronounced.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 7/10. It’s a good sleeve for longer sessions and hard pounding due to its mellowness and wide canal, but it’s not mind-boggling. Consider picking it up with the buy2get1free deal, though I would recommend the Fit as a similar sleeve that feels even better.
December 14th, 2017 (Heavenly Texture)
Needs girth mod: No. Reducing the find made it slightly looser, but I don’t feel the sensations any more than before.
Smoothness: 8/10. Despite all the seeming variation, the end result is a sleeve that feels surprisingly uniform and slick when actually inside it. Not much to scrape except for that lotus node.
Intensity: 6/10. It’s extremely tight, so despite the smoothness it creates a decently-strong stimulation. Watch out while swollen up closer to orgasm, when the tightness becomes extra hard to last through.
Sensation: 6/10. At 7” girth it gets stretched out so much it’s hard to identify individual sections, but you still feel a tickle deeper in as you pass the lotus node. Nothing amazing, though.
Intensity During Orgasm: 3/10. It‘s fairly good to stroke through if you’re sensitive during orgasm, though the lotus node becomes extremely apparent while swollen and sensitive.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 7/10. It’s not a mind-blowing sleeve, but as a part of the buy2get1free deal, it’s not a bad pick.
December 14th, 2017 (Mini-Lotus Texture)
Needs girth mod: Maybe. Worked fine before fin reduction, but became a little more gentle after. Sensation of specific chambers was more distinct, too.
Smoothness: 8/10. Gentle, but the lotus node and different sections being closer to the front mean it can still rub a little on your manhood, if you’re very sensitive to such things.
Intensity: 7/10. Not the craziest, but builds up a ton as you get closer to orgasm.
Sensation: 8/10. It has the smooth, slick feeling of the regular Lotus, but feels much more “busy” and complicated inside due to the closer chambers. Really a matter of preference, whether you want more realism/gentleness or more intensity/stimulation.
Intensity During Orgasm: 4/10. Doesn’t have a ridiculous amount of sensation while orgasming, but due to the lotus node and different chambers, I find it a tiny bit rough on the head while swollen and sensitive.
Conclusion:
Overall Experience: 8/10. It’s a great sleeve, but if you enjoy gentle pleasure or have a lot of girth, there‘s a good chance you would enjoy the full-size Lotus more. If you’re on the shorter side, though, this is a perfect fit.
