Introduction:
7.5 inch length x 5.5 inch girth. I usually take a few days of flying with a sleeve before I care to write a review, but sometimes I give ratings after one use, it really depends on the experience. Some of these are good enough to warrant it.

Review:
This sleeve is great but it does take some getting used to. The texture is very "prickly' and geometric and doesn't feel too realistic but it does feel incredibly intense. The vagina is also pretty tight with a plump mound around it. Once you push through the vagina you will immediately be bombarded by a figure-8 style series of nubs which also repeats later on. The second internal chamber is the money-maker though, this series of nubs are akin to the thicker rubber coated bristles some toothbrushes have, except they are made of TPE of course. This series of noodle like nubs is small but great, they tickle and prod you as you glide over them and then start to drag along and snap back to their original location which provides some incredible prickling shaft stimulation. The middle 2 sections inside are the most mild of the internal textures, but it serves as a break for you because if it was much more intense it might be too much. This sleeve produces fast and brutal orgasms though, it took quite a bit of breaking in and slow stroking for me to even be able to slowly stroke through an orgasm with it. Other than it being slightly more difficult than normal to clean due to the intricacies of the texture I think this sleeve is great, just be aware that intense sleeves are more about "getting it over with" imo rather than producing that brain-melting "milking" sensation where you can stroke through an orgasm for like a minute straight.

Conclusion:
This sleeve is amazing. It is intense and has great variation. If you are looking for a good vaginal sleeve this one will be great.

Introduction:
I usually like to have at least 5 flights with a new sleeve before writing a review. Also the end cap is almost always tightened all the way. When it comes to cleaning and drying, My cleaning method is rinse with cold/warm water, pat the outside dry with microfiber cloth and run a rolled up paper towel through the sleeve.

Preface:

I never heard of Emma Magnolia, which is usually a driving factor on what sleeves I buy. The texture itself is the reason for why I bought this sleeve in particular.

The texture:

The first half of the sleeve is intense and you will feel it with every stroke. when you enter you will immediately feel the pointed nubs. The rounded nubs kick in, while not as intense as the previous ones, you will still feel them.

The middle of this sleeve is not very stimulating, compared to the first half. this section just sort of squeeze’s your shaft.

The end of the sleeve is just a repeat of the first half. Your head and shaft will be getting the same intense stimulation during your whole session.

Sound:

This sleeve is not very loud compared to others that I own.

Conclusion:
Overall this is great sleeve. The first and the last section are intense and very stimulating while the middle is mild and squeeze your shaft.

This sleeve texture is incredibly out of this world.
Theres not much to say but the overall satisfaction is 10/10 amazing sleeve. Cant last any longer cant edge with this guys. This sleeve and the texture itself is just way too good. The orgasm it gives is just immense as you release every bit in you.

Introduction:
I am average sized so varying 5.5-6 inches and average girth of 4.8-5 inches. I use different warming lubricants depending on what I carry at the time I use the fleshlight sleeve warmer because its like literally the best accessory you could possibly get for these things. I try to keep my reviews universal, clear, reflective of other similar sleeves if possible, and especially not too weird. Things I want to point out is that Lube varies with the company of lube and drying varies between person and their methods. Suction relies so much on case and how well the case is built. For example the new suction case will work different than the normal pearlescent. also turbo cases apparently are different too? I don't go into detail describing the orifice unless its something to talk about. You don't have to use your imagination to look at the picture. Other than that, I like to mention my selling points aka reasons I bought its or why should you.

Review:
I call this one the sarlack pit because thats what the opening looks like to me on the texture. If this was a Sarlack Pit then call me boba fett cause imma drop in. this is amazing def a top 5 fav for me and this is just a really good like tickler sensation at the beginning with the tighter feel when you go in more. What more can you ask other than gimme gimme. any one who says this isnt a good fleshlight is not real just saying.

this one is my favorite by far. I'm not a huge fan of the orifice I like orifices with bigger lips, but its not a turn off either. the nubs at the entrance feel amazing super stimulating when pushing in and pulling out. the next sections feel just as stimulating as the first, its hard to describe but to me it feels like what you'd imagine sticking your penis in a pie would feel like breaking through the crust into a gooey center, it sounds odd but it feels amazing. if you bust balls deep its like a dream, but be warned its so intense that pulling out while sensitive can be kind of hard. I didn't know who Emma was before I bought this sleeve but I'm definitely of fan of hers after using this sleeve.

I have been using Regal for almost 4 months. From the day 1 till now it's a pretty good sleeve, a bit too aggressive though. It also requires a lot of time to clean (including drying). Besides that, I think that Regal is one, if not the most intense I have tried, without that meaning it's the best (destroya still the queen) . I would recommend it to those who like it intense and aggressive, but not for anyone else.

Introduction:

Regal is without a doubt the most overwhelmingly intense sleeve I own. Average length, average girth, I bought this sleeve when it was first released as it was very inviting and because of fleshcrack mostly, after receiving it i was aware i made an impulse flesh crack purchase, and it ended up throwing it away with my other 3 fleshlights soon after, as i struggled with mental well-being keeping them because im in a relationship, they were autumn falls cream, ice torque, and quickshot stu, these aren't the greatest sleeves so this could be a testament that they, along wth regal, weren't enough to make me crave keeping them past my mental dilema of having them.

Ultimately, regal was a very intense sleeve, too intense for me to enjoy, the poiinty parts were too pointy for me, it stops almost all feeling from the rest of the sleeve from being felt from me as my member could only remember the instense tickling/scratching before moving to the next intense texture, ultimately making for just an intense unique feeling i've never felt on any sleeve from any brand and ive tried quite a few, for that reason i would say try it, im tempted to buy it again just to have it in my collection because it is so unique, i believe it could become an acquired taste for me and that many would love this out of the box.

When it comes to Fleshlights, different strokes for different folks has never been more real. Your mileage will vary greatly, so read each review with a grain of salt. I can see why they chose to call this one Regal, it feels like you're fucking royalty or it's treating your dick like royalty. Either way, this sleeve is an exceptional experience that I think would be a fine choice as a first Fleshlight, and is probably a must-have for anyone accruing a collection. I hadn't heard of Emma Magnolia prior to purchasing this sleeve, and it was bought on a whim.

This is pretty much the max amount of tightness I enjoy, any more and it starts to choke or wash out sensations. Another sleeve that is similarly tight would be Perla, but that one is much less intense than Regal. In fact, this is one of the most intense sleeves I own, alongside sleeves such as Dopamine, Stellar, Purrrrrfection, and Dreams Cum Tru. I particularly love the way the mounds on the outside squeeze in while you thrust, it adds something extra to the experience. Those spikes, or long nubs, and their placement contribute greatly to the heightened intensity with this sleeve but the middle portion where it tightens up in a sorta wavey pattern is what brings everything together. It creates a good level of suction, and makes you feel like sleeve is grabbing on and wanting more. Regal can feel respectably realistic, for the most part, which I always appreciate. Some really intense sleeves can leave you feeling a tad rough afterwards, not the case with this one.

Cleanup is fine with Regal, just like every other sleeve you gotta jam a finger up the back while holding the lips open and passing water through. Cum can get caught up in the bristles at the end, so be careful and make sure rinsed it out properly. I have a drying setup so that is never an issue, but the lips seem a bit close without something prying them to allow air through.

Conclusion:
An excellent sleeve, I doubt it will disappoint whether it's your first sleeve or a new addition to your collection. Dancing awfully close to the line of too tight, it's still loose enough to feel exceptional an earns a high spot on my list. Introduction:
For review purposes: I’m about 6 inches (on a good day, Adderall sometimes holds me to 5-5.5) with a 6 inches in girth. I use Gun Oil water lube and start with 3 drops. Too much oil loses sensation and details of the sleeve.

Review:
This sleeve delivers a more dynamic layout than its description suggests. Theres a really good reason as to why this sleeve is where it is. Its simply the most intense sleeve I've tried. The texture is out of this world good. There hasn't been a sleeve that I've tried that has made my eyes roll to the back of my head and almost pass out from cumming. Me personally, ill use this sleeve if i want to unload the SHIT out of my balls.

Ive used the sleeve about 3 times now, that's typically how many tries I do before i rate a sleeve, and not once have I gone and said that wasn't a good time. DO NOT go for this sleeve if you love a long goon sesh, cause I promise you'll be begging to cum in no time.

Conclusion:
TLDR: If you are someone who likes to go for long sessions, do not get this sleeve. If you love an intense buildup and a ball busting orgasm, this is the sleeve for you.

This is honestly one of the best sleeves to use! By far my favorite in my collection! I think it is a very tight and pretty intense sleeve, definitely made me finish way faster compared to my other sleeves that I have so far! Easily my favourite from my collection! Super intense, not too tight and extremely satisfying from first stroke to last. This sleeve is definitely a leg shaker! I’ve not had 1 bad flight with this. It’s always performed when others in my collection haven’t quite been hitting the spot. Edging with Regal causes an orgasm like no other I’ve experienced from other sleeves. I'm new (Mar 2025) to this community. I'm in a long term, committed relationship. I'm a little longer than average.

Review:
This is my first FL. I'm mid 40s, ~6.25" x 5" and cut. I browsed this site (and Reddit), and then did my best to make a decision based on that information. I am reviewing the Regal Ice version of this sleeve. Original reviewed in March 2025, I’m revisiting this FL in April 2026 with more than 100 logged flights.

After a handful of uses, I look forward to using and experimenting with this sleeve. The orgasm is, on average, more intense than the "real" thing (though I still prefer a warm blooded partner, of course!). The varied textures and the ability to effectively stimulate through orgasm puts me right to the limits of what I can handle every time. It can really only be matched (or exceeded) by a woman in control (e.g. on top) who knows what she's doing. I haven't tried edging, I don't usually have the time for that. Longest FLight so far has been about 15 minutes (paired with my first watch of the sleeve's namesake).

ETA 2026: after more than 100 flights, Emma still gets the job done. I will be adding a section on the reversed, birthday texture in the next few days. The sleeve feels a little less intense after more than a year of use… but it still has no problem getting me hard, keeping me hard, and producing a big finish. When I first started flying with Emma, I sometimes needed to stop during orgasm due to the intensity. Generally, I can now keep flying through to the end.

I find one FL lube packet to be (more than) adequate for a single session, particularly if "extended" with a little water. Clean up is super easy - just run water through it, use your fingers as required. I tend to produce a LOT, and it comes right out. The sleeve seems to dry adequately for use on subsequent days just leaving it uncapped. The cushion at the lips/entrance is nice - you can thrust or pump very aggressively without worry. The lips themselves are nicely shaped and inviting. The sleeve itself isn't too loud with the cap screwed in all the way. Of course, if you loosen the cap and start pushing/pulling air through the sleeve it's possible to overhear.

ETA 2026: if you want to, you can secure the sleeve and pound it really hard… the lips and mound provide great cushioning for that. The lips, while tight, don’t require you to be fully hard to get in - Regal is more than stimulating enough to get you going with little/no prep work, letting you focus on your entertainment of choice and enjoying the flight. Once you are hard, it’s easy to find the lips and let them channel you back in if you enjoy making full strokes.

Owing perhaps to my shape/sensitivity, I actually like to go deep (for me) with this sleeve. The sleeve has broken in nicely (maybe still is?). The sleeve feels great on entry, and the first couple chambers are not bad at all. I prefer full length strokes and really like to just bury myself in it, or work the middle of the sleeve with shorter strokes. The texture there might be tamer ~4.5-6 inches, but it works for me. I don't necessarily feel a ton of stimulation in my root or shaft, so the more aggressive texturing might be better for me there.

ETA 2026: the reversed birthday texture is, for me, definitely the lesser of the two. The big difference is the entrance - it doesn't have the ability to arouse and stimulate me the same way. Also, it seems to squeegee lube away from where I need it, making the sleeve less lube efficient. The case is nice and I like the color... but, from a performance standpoint, the original Regal is the way to go.

Conclusion:
This sleeve consistently produces the most intense orgasm I can physically handle... and then some. The texture is varied, and by adjusting technique and suction you can go for short intense sessions, or longer an more draw out fun. This sleeve has proven an excellent introduction to the FL range and is still going strong after over 100 flights. I was initially unsure of how I'd feel about using a FL or what to expect, Regal has me looking forward to it. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend the Regal.

Do yourself a favor and get Emma's Regal sleeve. The high ratings are totally legitamate. Not only does this feel life like (especially if you use the Fleshlight heater), but the textures are so stimulating yet smooth. Only 1 flight in and this is definitely a top sleeve!

Clean up is really easy, it dries super fast even though there is so much texture to work with.

Conclusion:
Buy it, you will not regret the decision. The high ratings are very well deserved, and Fleshlight outdid themselves!

Introduction:
For some context, I'm just over 6" and just under regular girth. As an indication of preference, I'm not the biggest fan of overly tight sleeves because it's more difficult for me to feel the textures. I prefer vaginal to anal sleeves, and usually use a sleeve at least a few times before reviewing. Drying time and realism are negligible ratings to me, since the Fleshlight dryer finishes most sleeves in an hour.

Review:
I bought Regal along with a number of other newer sleeves at the time, from Amante to Regal. Now that I've used them all significantly, I would say that the overall experience has been incredible. Fleshlight has really stepped up their game with Fleshlight Girl models. While Amante and Celestial were okay, sleeves like Dreams Come True, Bombshell, and Regal have been nothing short of incredible, immediate classics. Before going into the review, I just wanted to mention how much of a heater Fleshlight is on right now. Weird fantasy sleeves aside, the Fleshlight Girls line has never been stronger. First, it was the insanely unique and intense designs from Amante to Regal, and now they're killing it with the more real-ish, ona-hole styles like Dopamine (and the recently announced Syrup looks like it's continuing that direction). The quality has been getting to the point where, as someone who tries to keep a not insanely large collection (10 to 12), I've been having to drop sleeves that I've rated 4.2/5! As hard as the decisions have been, hats off to Fleshlight for making it as such.

Anyway, Emma Magnolia was not a name I expected at all to be a Fleshlight recipient. Don't get me wrong, she's absolutely stunning, but I didn't think she had the pull to be considered as of release. Regardless, as soon as I saw the texture preview, I knew it was going to immediately launch into the top five on this website, as I had never seen anything like it before. Though it took awhile, it's nice to see Regal getting the recognition it deserves, because it absolutely deserves it. This sleeve is amazing.

Though it sounds pretty dumb to say, I'm actually glad that the orifice looks a little different (more squared) on Regal than it does on the other sleeves of my collection, because it makes the sleeve that much more unique and tempts me to use it more often. Utility-wise, the fact that the lips become less prominent and nearly disappear on the way down lessens the grip on my shaft, which in Regal's case is good, considering the texture that comes next.

The first chamber of the sleeve is incredible, and is a few inches composed primary of extremely protruding spikes spaced evenly throughout. I mentioned this in my Bombshell review, but what makes Regal such a good sleeve is that it's tight, but not in a small canal kind of way. Personally, I'm not a fan of overly tight sleeves, but what Regal does is instead of constricting the canal and reducing the stimulation I feel, the canal is normal size, but the texture within it protrudes outwards much farther than normal to create the illusion of tightness. This phenomenon is perfect for me, as it creates the feeling of snugness that a tight sleeve would have without detracting from the stimulation (in fact Regal doubles down on it) and allowing me to still move around within the chamber without having to lube it the fuck up. As far as the feeling of the texture itself, it's exactly how it looks - an absolute buzzsaw of pointed stimulation.

The second chamber is the same sort of faux-tightness, but with nubs similar to that short second section in Emily Willis' Squirt, except once again elongated to the benefit of additional stimulation. While difficult to decipher on its own due to how short it is, it presents a sense of variety to compliment the first chamber and contributes to the absolute onslaught that Regal throws at you. And while I'm personally not long enough to enjoy the full benefit of the third chamber, the chamber of "spiraling knobs," as it's described does a fantastic job of pulling on the bottom of my head during the outstroke with a series of bump like sensations.

All in all Regal is an incredibly intense sleeve. While not in the same way as something like Bombshell (though Regal's first sleeve is an absolute buzzsaw in its first section), it's more of an unrelenting assault of spikes and bumps that create an insane amount of stimulation. If I stroke from the base, it becomes near unbearable to endure at times. The orgasm is earth shattering, to the point where I have to keep the sleeve still while orgasming, unless I want to moan even louder lol.

Cleaning isn't difficult, but since Regal is composed mostly of spike-like appendages, make sure that you clean the grooves between them. Drying is shockingly quick on it, which is a huge plus. With my Air, I don't even have to keep it on for a full hour, despite the complexity of the sleeve; 45 minutes does just fine. And I haven't had a problem with the lube usage yet.

Conclusion:
4.7/5. Regal is an S-Tier, go to staple of my collection, and would absolutely consider it in my top five. It has such a good balance of intensity and stimulation that it immediately invalidated about three of my other sleeves. A must have for anyone.

I only have 2 FL, a Riley Reid Utopia from a Spencer's Gifts and an Emma Magnolia Regal. 7" L 5.5 G. I was really excited to get this one it was rated well and looked like an interesting texture. I was disappointed from the first go. It is just dull after the first insertion. I could only call it smooth, it looks like it should have something to it but nothing. I'm hoping to find a better one still.
I'm not sure if it's recommended but I roll the sleeve. It makes it extra tight and when you get going it stretches and you hit the back like a cervix and when you are really ready you can go right out the top feels crazy good.

Conclusion:
I wouldn't recommend this one. It gets used when my other isn't ready to go. It's just dull.

I'm 6.5 and This texture is intense but not like others it's plush and consumes a lot of lube is not noisy.But I often find myself going for insomnia than this one it also feels tight you have to use it loose otherwise your dih will hurt a little later.Unremarkable experience from this one.

There's better textures out there this one doesn't do it for me. This one won't blow your mind but will make you blow your load fast.

If you aren't super sensitive, this is an amazing edges.

For me, this is the ultimate edger. Less intense than purrrfection by the slightest bit that allows me to live on the edge for 10-20minutes before the speed picks up. Experiences may vary.

I gotta say, I don't understand why people say this is I intense. Maybe i'm less sensitive, but it seems stimulating to me, not intense. It' a peak edget for the less sensitive. If the standard 4 is intense to you, this will be a speed run. For me, it is not.

I’ve used Regal for almost a year now. When I first got it, it felt extremely intense and quickly became the one I used every day. After a while though, the excitement faded a bit. It still works well and the design is strong, but it doesn’t hit the same way it did in the beginning.

Emma is intense in the best way. The texture variety keeps things exciting from start to finish, with a layout that really makes every section count. The repeating nub pattern is a great touch it means you don’t need extra length to enjoy everything this sleeve has to offer. I have been using Regal for almost a year now. At the start it was very intense,I was using daily for almost a month, but after some time has past it became a bit “dull” I can say. You'd think the spiky design would be too intense, but I really like it. The sleeve is definitely one of my better ones, it's very stimulating and will get the job done quickly, which can sometimes leave you with a pretty mid tier orgasm, which this one isn't exempt from, but that's (for me) the nature of the more stimulating sleeves. The entrance feels nice and tight.

Her texture has so much variation and shes intense from start to finish. the nubs at the end are the same as the one in the beginning so even if you aren't packing 9 inches you can enjoy this sleeve in its entirety. the spikes as you enter set the tone quick and the little nubs followed by that feel good to push throught then more nubs right before the ringed bumpes sucks you right in and gives you a nice bumpy ride right in the middle

Take in consideration this review is of first few uses (less than 5) so the sleeve is not "broken in" yet. Breaking in a sleeve is a game changer btw, so after reaching that point with a sleeve it usually starts to feel better...

Regal: An amazing must-have sleeve. She is a lot of fun even from first use, has a lot of texture which makes it very stimulating, also it's tightness allows to feel well the texture resulting in a very intense session. It's better for thrusting than stroking. If it is this good from the start, I can't wait to break it in.

An intense must- have. If I had to keep only one, this is what I would choose

Currently Regal is rank 1 on here and for good reason. I'm not sure if it's my favorite or not but it's definitely up there. Length: 6.1" Girth: 5.5" I'm a pretty sensitive guy so overly intense textures tend to rate lower for me because I can't use them the way I'd like or I'm forced to go extremely slow with them. I do enjoy a good tight sleeve with a pop, so you'll find I weight those heavier on the enjoyment and overall satisfaction (Looking at you Boost Rings).

Review:
If you're a fan of innie orificies, this one looks fantastic! Personally I prefer larger labia, but hey, I'm not here to review how it looks am I? This thing is intense. At 5.5" girth, this sleeve is loose enough I can edge with it, but with the suction on, will milk you with a quickness unlike any other sleeve. As you enter this one you are immediately greeted with a chamber transition which feels great to stroke on your glans. Once you've had enough of that keep going in and you're going to find some walls to break through along with various nodules to tickle the shaft along the way in.

This sleeve is rated the highest on intensity of any sleeve I own, and it's not even close if I'm being honest. This is a sleeve I find myself coming back to over and over again, probably has the most usage of all that I own but I haven't always tracked that on here. This is one I love to take deep strokes pretty fast until I get close to popping then stop and let myself reset and rinse and repeat. Sort of a hyper intense way to edge if you will. There aren't many sleeves I can do this with and be satisfied with how it feels.

I highly recommend this one if you don't already have it in your collection.

Conclusion:
A fantastic sleeve with loads of variation. Depending on your sensitivity you might be able to edge with this, but be warned it is extremely intense.

I really wanted to like the Regal because the internal design looks great and many people rank it very high. But after several sessions, I’m honestly disappointed. For me the sleeve feels sub-par, especially compared to how highly it’s rated.

Intensity & Texture Feel – 2/5
Despite the complex inner structure, I barely feel any texture at all during use. The sensations are very muted and soft, almost like the details don’t exist.
Even when I vary speed, suction, lube amount, warming, or stroke length, the sleeve stays very “flat” in sensation.

Tightness – 3/5
My size is around 7'' length, 5'' girth, and I expected the Regal to be tight enough.
Surprisingly, it feels a bit loose, which takes away almost all intensity.
In comparison, the Feel Victoria June which i got for free when i bought Kiiroo Keon (with basic and almost featureless textures) is much tighter and makes me finish about five times faster than Regal.

Stimulation Quality – 2.5/5
The only positive is that Regal is very comfortable and easy to use for longer sessions, but that’s not what I personally look for.
I prefer more explosive, high-intensity sleeves, and Regal doesn’t deliver that at all.
The sensations are too subtle, too gentle, and not engaging enough. If you like ''milking'' sleeves then I guess its nice.

Build & Material – 5/5
To be fair, the sleeve looks premium and the material quality is excellent. No complaints there.

Conclusion:
If you like soft, smooth, long milking sessions with medium stimulation, Regal might work for you.
But if you want intense, textured, tight, high-sensation sleeves, I can’t recommend this one.
For my preferences, it feels like the textures don’t do anything and the tightness isn’t enough to make up for it.

I wasn't a huge fan of this texture upon first use but after a few uses its definitely grown on me. I believe part of the issue was using the heater? Surprisingly that made the experience worse for me but to each their own. Stimulation/Intensity: this things is fucking intense, and unlike other sleeves, there is no hiding! On the profile the initial inch looks the be the most intense, but it’s actually the least. The next 7 inches are pure chaos. Be careful! You can overstimulate yourself very easily.

Orgasm: a little tricky and definitely not a beginner sleeve. You can bust super fast which will not be the most rewarding, or you can edge too long and get painful overstimulated. But find the sweet spot and you will go brain dead for a few minutes.

Conclusion:

Intro:
I bought regal since it was one of the best rated textures and wanted to experience what a fleslight felt like and this is my first fleshlight. Im not that much experienced in fleshlights, and this is currently the only fleshlight I own, so this review will be written from the perspective of a person who's recently gotten into this hobby, yet is still a novice.

Intensity:
I would consider this fleshlight to be quite intense, specially for first time users. If you're really sensitive this might be a problem. When first using it, felt really good, maybe too much lol ended up finishing in around 10 strokes, which obviously wasn't that fun. However I got used to the intensity and can now (thankfully) last much longer, so it is possible to adapt to higher intensity sensations with enough practice.

Feeling / Texture:
I love the way it feels when going on deep, full strokes. My favourite part of the fleshlight is the oval-like openings found at around 15cm / 6 inches deep. Theres a good amount of texture variation in this fleshlight.

Tightness:
I don't consider this fleshlight to be tight but to be fair Im thin myself (11cm / 4.3 in circumference) so I might not be the best to ask about this.

Conclusion:
