Characteristics
The canal starts out covered with many very small nubs, followed by a straight and transverse ribs and chambers that are similar to those in the Wonder Wave insert. The canal diameter is 13-16 mm and is relatively wide.

Background: Just five weeks after her new signature texture was released Raven Riley suddenly disappeared from the fleshlight website. When inquired about on the forums it was announced that she had been discontinued but the rattler texture would be coming back in due time. We were a bit shocked and upset having it suddenly pulled like that. The rattler was the texture I was most intrigued with of the nine that had been released recently and I was looking forward to getting one. A week later Raven reappeared on the website and remained available for a little while after that before being discontinued for good. Happy to have another chance at owning one I quickly bought Raven's rattler along with Stoya's destroya in the ménage-a-trois deal (2 FLG's with cases plus 2oz gun oil lube for $130).
Impressions: It was nice to see Raven's pussy in a slightly more realistic looking color (granted a mix of pink and fleshtone would've been best but anyway). Sliding into her familiar pussy I'm met with lots of what can barely be called bumps. The canal is a bit loose feeling. These very shallow little bumps soon fade into a smooth fluttering feeling about your cock as you thrust in and out. The undulations of the canal can be just slightly felt. It's a relaxed and pleasurable ride. Unlike most textures your choice of lube can have a big impact on enjoyment of this sleeve. Too thick a lube (ID glide and such) will mask those little bumps while too thin (wet light) may make them almost a bit rough feeling. I find gun oil to work best with this texture.
Cleaning: Very quick and easy.
Drying: Fast and easy with my fleshlight hanger.
Conclusion:
Summary: Very gentle ride but pleasurable. This is the one discontinued texture I'm glad I own.
The Rattler is bizarre. At first it feels like a Forbidden but you can also tell that there is something else working in there. It is almost subliminal those scales in the interior, I really can't explain it. I really didn't think I would be able to feel the scales because of how small they are, but I was wrong. It isn't an intense sensation but it definitely has a feeling that is far more interesting than the smooth Forbidden canal provides. This is an insert that is more suited for long FLights than quickies. This insert still requires frequent re-lubing because of how close it is to smooth inserts.
