i got no frenulum, also im 7 to, dunno, 7,3 inches, should be about 18 bis 18,5 centimeters long (16 or 16,5 are the statistical norm in germany) and thick as f*ck.

finally found an product not bursting apart like an balloon under too much pressure.
the experience whas great but after ordering an pink lady with stamina sleeve this one quickly felt kind of numb.
over the years i found out that, if there not is another body physically reacting to my actions, i prefer the more intense ones.
may the missing frenulum plays a role here.
maybe good for very sensitive ones or if a intensity reliev is usefull.
but i am pretty sure that now there are not so outdated sleeves doing the same in better ways.
Conclusion:
wouldnt really recommend exept used as soft foreplay with a partner or to slow things really down.
today there are alot more options given.
