I only own one ass sleeve, and Boss Level is it so I don't have any others to compare it to. I will, however, say that Miss Malkova's sleeve is a dream come true. Though it does only have the one uniform interior, the twist it makes with all the pleasure nubs are absolutely amazing on my shaft!
The dry time seems to be significantly better than the other 4 sleeves I have (all lady), and I can often use it the very next day if I so choose.

Miss Blake Blossom's sleeve is my favorite sleeve of the 5 I have. Perfect for those looking for long, intense edging orgasms. The initial opening hugs the shaft with it's nubs and it only gets better the further you penetrate.
Once you slide in about 2 inches, you enter a very tight section that squeezes just right, beyond that is a series of cavities with nubs that will caress and pleasure your head if you're large enough to experience it. Even for the smaller guys, this sleeve is absolutely amazing! Will definitely be stroking with Blake for a long time!
I do recommend getting the air dryer at some point as this sleeve seemed to take forever to dry hanging from my shower rod.

This is one of the better sleeves for those looking for an intense and powerful orgasm. It's tight, but not uncomfortably so for larger than average users.
