It has some good texture, and the novelty of dual entrances makes it unique enough to consider. I was drawn to to because I wanted a clear sleeve on a budget, and the ease this one offers on cleanup is excellent. All that said, its much smaller than you think it's going to be. I have full-sided fleshlights and knew when ordering this it is much smaller, but i did not realize it was -this- much smaller. It's actually sort of uncomfortably small, I can feel way to much of the hard plastic barrel rubbing against me. You can take the sleeve completely out and use it sort of as a glove though, this saves it.
Conclusion:
Novel and interesting, but if its in your budget, getting a full sized unit is still for the best.
