As a first time buyer what struck me is how strange the actual insert is. Its like some sort of Hollywood FX stuff, or like if you went and bought a really expensive mask it would be made of the same material. It is super soft and the Fleshlight is really large. I gave it a rinse like people suggested, let it dry and then put the thing together. Used some Astroglide and put some inside the thing.

The Lotus sleeve I can only describe as a bit loose, its not really tight at all. But HOLY FUCK, its completely different. One of the things people don't say is that the sleeve warms up with use. Amazing.
And basically you can ride your knob, take it the base, reverse it, play with the lips, etc. It makes me wish I had a huge dick because the Lotus will take it all.

I reapplied the lube a few times and resulted in a better experience. It makes a fluffing sound with the top on and air can come out of the top so I used a sock for muffling.

I will say the whole experience left me seeing stars. It really helps if you take your time with the thing and hold off as long as you can.

Conclusion:
Buy one! Amazing experience, and probably will only get better.
