It's my first, and only sleeve to date, so I really can't compare it to much else. I's really intense, and loud. The part just inside feels really good. Overall, it is good. When I got it, I used it nearly every day. It was mindblowing. Especially the penetration feel for the entry, and first couple of centimeters. The quality of mine is whitout question. It's nearly a year old, and it's like a new. There was definitely a break-in period, for the first dozen tries, it felt better every time.
