It's my first, and only sleeve to date, so I really can't compare it to much else. I's really intense, and loud. The part just inside feels really good. I usually try to aim my shots here, because it feels amazing. The rest is a lot of stimulation, but nothing like a real one. Otherwise the orgasms aren't mindblowing. I usually either come in a couple of minutes, or go numb. Suction, especially if you have a case in good condition is really strong, and makes a lot of noise. I don't use a lot of lube. I usually apply some onto myself, and town on it. It feels enough, but also I'm uncut, so your experience may vary.

Overall, it is good. When I got it, I used it nearly every day. It was mindblowing. Especially the penetration feel for the entry, and first couple of centimeters. The quality of mine is whitout question. It's nearly a year old, and it's like a new. There was definitely a break-in period, for the first dozen tries, it felt better every time. But now, that the magic of the novelty is gone, I'm using it less and less. It's so intense, I find myself preferring my hands, so I can last a little bit longer.
