I can reach a bit more than half of the sleeve and my girth is average. I own most of the top rated sleeves but Insomnia is my favourite so far!

It requires normal amount of lube, if not a little less even I would say.
You can inter-change this sleeve with any other normal case.

The tongue feels interesting and moves a little, but the teeth feel like they're just there for the aesthetic.

I rate Insomnia very highly because it hugs me all the way and back without feeling grippy like Dopamine. It feels more stimulating without being too intense. Less is more, if that makes sense.

I hit it from different angles by rotating the sleeve often, prioritizing whatever feels the best at whatever point!

Conclusion:
I'm a fan of Riley Reid and I'm so glad I got Insomnia at release. W sleeve! Would buy again..
