Avoid if you have any girth whatsoever. The sleeve doesn't have enough space to expand into in the tighter section of the case, making it too tight and uncomfortable to penetrate fully. Texture seemed nice, not too stimulating but also not boring. Threw it away after the first use.
Conclusion:
May be too tight and not in a good way. Would not recommend for anyone with (even slightly) above average girth.
