This is a surprisingly smooth sleeve, considering how extreme the "bumps" look on the vertical slice, I can just barely feel them, but I have this problem with a lot of sleeves, everything just gets squished aside due to my size.
Also the vertical slice is misleading, it appears that the "up and down" of the texture is aligned with the orifice, but it's not, on mine it's rotated about 45 degrees, so I have to rotate it a bit to get that "up and down" to actually be up and down, but as I said, I barely feel the bumps anyway, so this doesn't bother me, and it might even be a manufacturing variances at work, so your mileage may vary.

I still enjoy it however, long sessions are very easy with this sleeve as it holds no surprises, and the experience can be varied a bit during a session by rotating the sleeve so the bumps hit on different sides, and the orifice itself is also very nice both in feel and appearance.

That said, I don't think this sleeve will last very long, the opposite walls from the large bumps are very thin and there's already a small hole at one such section in mine, which I think tore open while holding it and running water through it from the bottom end, the weight of the front stretches the sleeve a lot when held like that, so either keep a hand on the orifice as well when cleaning like this, or run water through it from the front only, and avoid stretching it too much otherwise.

Side note:
I'm considering filling the gaps between sleeve and case on this one (possibly with some cut off "fins" from other sleeves) to make it tighter in the hopes that that'll make the bumps more noticable for me, but I'll have to see how much of a hassle it is to stuff those in every time before use, might update this review later.

Conclusion:
To me this is a decent, smooth sleeve for long sessions, but I don't think I'll be using it a lot compared to the other "long session" sleeves in my collection.
