To start I think one of the main draws of this sleeve is the star. The outside is very unique in shape and can draw for some people looking for something different. In terms of the texture it is awesome. It is repetitive, but feels amazing. It is not too intense but I found it to be very stimulating. I also found the suction to be quite noticeable with this sleeve. While the sleeve is fairly new I have already used it several times and I am not disappointed. Probably my new favorite even tho its my only one

Conclusion:
very awsome one for a first timer well worth it
