Introduction:
I use my sleeves for at least a month before writing reviews. For reference, I'm 7x5" cut and have a preference towards anal sleeves. I use fleshlube water lubricant and warm my sleeves to body temperature with a sleeve warmer prior to use.

I picked up Sex Machine because the texture looked exciting and the fantasy of having Diego as a bottom appealed to me. After over a year of use, I have mixed feelings on this sleeve. The positives would be the oriface is nicely detailed and tight, so that untouched feeling is definitely there upon entry. I was expecting the entry to be somewhat tighter, but have grown to appreciate the more mild sensation and slight gripping sensation this sleeve has to offer for longer flights. There are somewhat small cheeks and the oriface is not extremely deep. I find it relatively easy to enter, even without being entirely hard.
The one thing I was hoping for with this sleeve was to be able to feel the variations you see in the texture online, but the variation just isn't there on the actual sleeve and the texture ends up feeling uniform throughout the experience. Although this might sound critical, I still very much enjoy this sleeve, especially when I'm looking for a moderately tight, less intense sleeve for longer sessions. The sleeve is very pleasing and you will find yourself wanting to go balls deep in this texture for the best experience. I think most sizes would be able to enjoy this sleeve, as it provides enough tightness for someone who is smaller but is also smooth enough for a larger person to enjoy without being overstimulated.
Conclusion:
Overall, I think this is a solid sleeve, especially if you're into Diego and his work. Just know that it is not as intense as it appears online. Cleaning and drying are simple and about average time to dry. If you decide to pick up this sleeve, I would suggest using a conservative amount of lube and adding as needed to best feel the texture, as too much lube makes it difficult to perceive the texture.
