The orifice of this sleeve is the most attractive part of it. Beyond that, the sleeve is just okay. It provides a swirling sensation around the cock, but I found the stimulation to be a bit unpleasant. The reason being is that the texture inside somehow feels a bit hard despite being made of silicone. I've found the internal texture of most of the other sleeves I own to be soft AND stimulating. Ethereal is more so stimulating but hard in my experience.

This is my go-to anal sleeve if I want the following experience: tightness, high stimulation and intensity, and intense orgasms. My theory is that the cross-hatch grid texture creates greater surface area for suction. Imagine the bottom of your shoes with a gridded pattern and how that keeps you from slipping. Basically, it's the same idea with this sleeve. What this makes for is a very noticeable gripping and pulling feeling. Of all the anal sleeves I own, this one has the most amount of suction. It's a very pleasurable feeling to feel your penis be invited in by this sleeve. The one downside of this sleeve I've noticed is the material. I think FL has changed the consistency of the silicon these use for these sleeves over time. The one I got is extremely sticky on the outside, whereas the other anal sleeves I own are not as sticky externally. This makes it easy for dust and other stuff to stick to the outside of the sleeve; something to note if you decide to get this sleeve.

Unique texture that creates more surface area for suction and gripping, which creates a wonderful feeling of being pulled in.

While this one isn't ranked too high, I personally have found it one of the sleeves I keep returning back to most. The reason being is that it is quite smooth for an anal sleeve.
