I'll be straight to the point, this is an incredibly tight sleeve. It's not intense like the other ones with spikes, but it has a tremendous suction effect at each n. You can feel each bump grab onto the length of your member incredibly well. You can hear and feel the pop of each chamber as you sl in. The biggest downsides of this sleeve is the cleaning and drying. Since it's so tight it holds onto fluids very well. Still, it's very worth it, by far my favorite sleeve out of the four I own.

Conclusion:
Great sleeve for those who desire a strong suction/tightness effect. Great for all lengths since it's a repeating pattern. Can be annoying to clean/dry but incredibly worth it.
