This is my first FL and I was a bit underwhelmed if I'm honest. I'm 8.5/6.5 and this sleeve is short - too short for me.
I also find it too tight, the sensations are good initially with good variety in the textures, with plenty of stimulation of the head and shaft, but after a short while, I find the tightness leads to me getting numb. Orgasms are OK, but due to the numbness they kind of just come out of nowhere without a great build-up. I've had some success using the naked sleeve as a stroker, whilst resolves the tightness issue, but not to orgasm.
What I do like is the vented cap which allows great control over the suction, and the orifice whilst being non-descript is pretty tight and has a nice initial sensation
Conclusion:
Probably not a good buy for the better endowed but if you are shorter with less girth this seems to get a lot of great reviews.
