Intensity: Oh yeah, it has a tight orifice with many irregular geometric shapes within. This thing isn't absurdly intense, but it definitely is high intensity.

Sho Akuma is a great sleeve, and it comes with a unique red case to boot.

Intensity: Quite high. The constant bumps and "tongues" do cause intense stimulation throughout, and can make it interesting to twist the sleeve given how they are laid out.

Stimulation: Superb. The entire sleeves length being covered in these bumps and "tongues" is wonderful, its stimulation is consistent and high.

Shameless is a great anal sleeve with some interesting variances. The entrance is very tight and will need some breaking in to be truly comfortable. Once inside, there is a tight bumpy canal just after that gives the sleeve most of it's character. This initial nubbed area ends with a mild lotus node, and then it expands into the longest part of the sleeve. This long middle section is a lattice-weave type of sensation and is very stimulating but not too intense. The last section of the sleeve is this same lattice but modified with large nubs protruding everywhere. This is without a doubt one the best anal sleeves, but comes with some needs due to such. You will need a lot of lube and breaking this sleeve in before it expands to be more comfortable, the initial penetration and first chamber are tight and scoop away lube a lot. Once you get it down though this sleeve is wonderful, it has some plump cheeks so you can smack it into you whilst using, and the central and tight orifice makes it easy to use without it sliding around in the case.

This sleeve has many wonderful qualities to it. The vagina is small, tight, and almost perfectly symmetrical, making it very easy to use. Once inside the signature texture for this sleeve comes up, a series of stacked coil-like shapes that are offset at odd angles. These coils are the most intense and stimulating part of the sleeve for me and much of the reason why I think it is popular. Syrup has a great design, namely the constant protruding nubs inside. It is very stimulating amongst the sleeves I have tried, but it isn't too intense so it is easier to enjoy the stimulation. I got the pink butt Wonder Wave sleeve just to see if there is any merit to the smoother older textures but, nope, there isn't much of a reason to get this over almost all of the sleeves rated above it. Nicole Aniston's Fit is a great sleeve, while it does have lots of room inside, it is varied and very well designed to be intense. It has a wide open, but offset vagina leading into a twisted series of screw threw type structures, then pinches down multiple times while bombarding you with an array of rings and teeth at various points. It isn't tight, but the variation and designs within are good enough without needing to be tight. I like it the most of the loose sleeves so far.

This sleeve was bound to enter my collection with how much people mention it and I finally got around to getting one of my own. It is a great sleeve, just with some caveats. The vagina is wide and very open, lending it to a very easy penetration which is nice in case you aren't fully erect or slip out. The first chamber is odd looking but very smooth feeling, it is an array of slight rectangular ridges, like stairs. The next chamber is a tight pinch spot with some rounded nubs and is the only slightly intense part of the sleeve, but given how small it is it mostly just provides some gentle shaft stimulation. Past that is a series of pointy pyramids that kind of just slip by and tingle as you pass. There are two larger nubs at the back of the sleeve if you have the length to hit them and then it smooths out into a wide cylinder. I finally got around to reviewing this sleeve after owning it for about 2 months and, wow, it is great. First and foremost, this sleeve has the most material in the front around the vagina out of any I have ever seen. It literally catches and I have to feel it tug a bit when I twist the case into my Fleshlight Air to dry it unlike any other sleeve. The vagina is tight and small but those mounds of flesh around it make it so enjoyable. Unlike most sleeves which pull into the case of slip out when using, this one stays put and has never once slipped even when I use it at full suction going absolutely wild with it. I feel like this should probably be the standard for all sleeves now as it makes them so much easier to enjoy. Once inside you encounter a spiraling network of tentacle like textures with little circular suction cups on them. These tentacles aren't terribly intense but they are incredibly stimulating on the shaft as it twists along you. Once past those you get into a series of rounded nubs and triangular ridges. I bought this sleeve in a batch on New Years to try out some of the top rated sleeves and now I get why it is up there. No other sleeve comes anywhere near as close to the "Lips that grip" effect you get with Beyond, the labia on the sleeve will stretch and smoothly grip you as you thrust if you get the lube just right. Do be aware that too much lube will lose this effect and too little will likely cause the lips to drag and tear so it takes some experimenting to get the sauce mixed properly, but once you get it down this thing turns into a milker. The intensity isn't too terribly high but it is still very stimulating, you will find it much easier to stroke through an orgasm with this as compared to a more intense sleeve. Beyond is a great sleeve, it is moderately intense and very unique due to the "Lips that grip" effect that no other sleeve really replicates anywhere near as well.

This sleeve is great but it does take some getting used to. The texture is very "prickly' and geometric and doesn't feel too realistic but it does feel incredibly intense. The vagina is also pretty tight with a plump mound around it. Once you push through the vagina you will immediately be bombarded by a figure-8 style series of nubs which also repeats later on. The second internal chamber is the money-maker though, this series of nubs are akin to the thicker rubber coated bristles some toothbrushes have, except they are made of TPE of course. This series of noodle like nubs is small but great, they tickle and prod you as you glide over them and then start to drag along and snap back to their original location which provides some incredible prickling shaft stimulation. The middle 2 sections inside are the most mild of the internal textures, but it serves as a break for you because if it was much more intense it might be too much. This sleeve produces fast and brutal orgasms though, it took quite a bit of breaking in and slow stroking for me to even be able to slowly stroke through an orgasm with it. Bombshell was an eventual pick from me inevitably due to how long it sat at #1 and I finally got around to it now. The vagina is very appealing, it looks cute, is asymmetrical, is smooth, and is not too tight. Once you push through though you will get to the most intense feeling texture segment I have ever felt, this series of nubs is amazing. The nubs are large and uneven so they pinch and drag against you like no other, just be sure to keep this part lubed up well as it will catch and suck the sleeve in/out of the case otherwise. The rest of the segments are just varying styles of triangular and rounded bumps that gently massage you while the first section makes your shaft go nuts. This sleeve is fairly tight, and will require some finesse to figure out how to stroke with it if you are girthy as it likes to slip around due to the first sections friction. I do love this sleeve, but I do think it is mildly overrated currently.

I have tried 19 sleeves so far in my life and this one does it the best. Holy shit just buy the damn thing.

This sleeve is nice and mild. The entrance is the classic pink vagina so it is large and easy to penetrate, it also doesn't tend to create too much suction due to this as well. The first half or so of the sleeve is just a smooth wave section that is nice and gentle but unlikely to produce too much sensation. The next section is the best part of the sleeve, the infamous lotus-node. It is an interesting feeling ring structure that sucks on you instead of mashing which is very unique. Whilst the lotus-node is very unrealistic, it is incredibly stimulating to go over. Past this you will hit more smooth sections followed by some gentle smooth rings of moderate thickness. I like this sleeve for long sessions where I have no need to worry about time. It isn't my favorite, nor in my top 50% even, but I do enjoy the sleeve due to how the lotus-node is so unique. It is a nice sensation that pays homage to one of the best feeling texture designs made, but if I had a collection limited to 20 sleeves I wouldn't own it.

I got this for free with a Black Friday order and I tried it a few times before storing it indefinitely. The quickshots are small, and given that I am very large I expected to likely not enjoy this very much. Although I do like using the quickshot more than my hand, it barely gets that spot, and only in certain ways. The internal diameter is very small so it barely fits and even with the sleeve removed it isn't much if any better. it is nice for visual stimulation but the texture is rather smooth and minimal. The sleeve mainly produces 3 different contact points like the turbo line, and does have an interesting feel due to this design. Overall I think this sleeve could be useful for smaller guys or people who really like the portability, but if you have the ability to own a full-size one you will be much better off imo.

Its better than your hand, but barely. It is designed to be portable, but given that its clear it is hardly discreet. This product seems great for quick use or smaller guys, but otherwise the full-size sleeves will blow it out of the water.

This sleeve is a slow grind type of appeal. It has very little variation and is kind of awkward how you snake around inside due to the wavy triangle type of canal, but it is very consistent and not too intense. The opening is a tiny dot of an anus, unlike some of the others, and is incredibly tight to push through. Once inside it is a triangular prism type of canal that is nestled between some jutting round lumps every half inch or so, each of which is poised at a 120 degree offset from the last. This texture is rather odd given that it doesn't snugly fit around you but it also shoves you around as you use it which is different. It isn't terribly strong in most of the listed review categories except for the penetration and suction effect, the combination of the tight orifice and repeating snaking canal make this thing pull on you and slurp and sputter like no other. The only other sleeve I have tried that rivals the suction is Kumzumi, and it is kind of purpose built to do so. It may take you a bit to get to a finishing point with this sleeve since it isn't varied nor very intense, but the orgasm is mild enough to keep stroking through and is amazing. Cleanup and maintenance can be a bit of a chore given the tight entrance and pitted interior, but it isn't the worst I've had. If you enjoy longer sessions with repetitive textures this is great, but anyone who enjoys anal sleeves will likely enjoy this one too. I could see myself pulling this sleeve out from time to time when I have a long gap of time to goof off with.

This texture is interesting, it isn't too terribly stimulating or intense but I still do enjoy it for a longer session. The orifice is tight as expected and more of a small wide line than a circle. The first chamber is a rather smooth series of half-pipes that cause you to snake your way through followed by the most stimulating chamber. The tight series of bumps in this chamber will both pinch and massage but it is the only intense part of the sleeve, and it is very small. The remaining chambers are smooth and constrict down and reopen as you get through them. The best and worst part of this sleeve is the mild texture, it can take a while and a lot of work to build up but when you do finish you can keep going unlike some of the more intense sleeves that are outright painful to stroke through an orgasm with. While I do enjoy this sleeve, I could see myself taking a long time in between uses with it, if I do ever break it out again. While I do enjoy more mild sleeves sometimes, this one is really only enticing if I have absolutely nothing to do with my time as it takes like an hour to finish with. This sleeve is an innovation through and through. The stimulation provided by the realistic mouth cannot be understated, it is fucking superb. This is the sleeve I have actually spent some time playing with the orifice mid-flight because it is so realistic to "fan yourself" across it and such to the point that it is worth mentioning first and I wouldn't be surprised if more oral focused products pop up because of it. The latter half of this sleeve is good but it is less intense than the rest, it has great variation like the rest of the sleeve though. Overall I like this sleeve, I think it will inspire some new textures both inside and outside newer sleeves.

This sleeve scratches a unique itch with its orifice, and it has a unique design within too. It is difficult to care for given the intricacies of the sleeve, but otherwise it is a great treat to have from time to time and it wouldn't surprise me if it inspires more oral sex focused products.

The image on the sites and box are slightly different than the real sleeve, the texture stays the same diameter throughout the sleeve from what I see. This sleeve is absurdly intense, it is only for the seasoned veteran. The texture is just a series of repeating wavy rings but it is nothing to laugh at, I have had muscle pains when edging with this sleeve unlike any others, this shit is wild. If you happen to like the ring shapes/anal orifices like I do you will love this sleeve, and I think it will be my favorite sleeve soon.

Amante is a great sleeve. It has a very large clitoris and a short and tight vagina. The first chamber is a tight series of micro-bumps that pinches your head and shaft as you use it. Just past that there is a rough circle to push through followed by a snaking section of half-pipe type shapes. This section ends with another rough circle, causing a notable second area to generate suction with the first tight section. These 2 combined sections cause quite a lot of rough angular sensations and suction, which will cause the sleeve to tug and suck back and forth if not lubed very well. The last section is a more mild series of octopus-like suction cups that are nice to poke into after the rather intense first 2 sections. The sleeve will consume quite a bit of lube initially to make it glide right given all of the rough sections with pockets to hold the lube. It has a wonderful feeling to it if you are a fan of edging with intense shaft stimulation. The only real gripe I could possibly have with this sleeve is that the very offset vagina combined with the suction makes it tend to pull into the case just below the vagina unless you are very slick with lube and slow with stroking. This sleeve is an interesting mix of geometric shapes bombarding you. The opening is nice and tight and really grips onto you unlike some of the vaginal sleeves and then you weave through a chamber of twisting triangles. The next chamber is where the sleeve gets its appeal, this chamber is a bunch of obelisk like nubs that grate and poke against you as you force them out of the way. The rest of the sleeve is a mixture of semicircular discs and a compression point that pinches you. This sleeve has many textures within and provides for an interesting experience at all depths of penetration. Overall I think it will be one of my go to sleeves for shaft stimulation as it is very intense given the first half of the sleeve.

This sleeve is great, It has some features I think no other sleeve does and does them well. The orifice is one of the best parts given how unique it is (Kenzie has an "innie") and I like that part of the sleeve especially given how tight it is. The texture inside is great too, it is pretty intense and full of angled cube and pyramid shapes. This sleeve is an intense bombardment of very unnatural shapes and while it is interesting it is a bit much at times, it makes the end result a bit too stimulating and uncomfortable enough that I just pause and finish. If you like the tighter vaginal sleeves this one is great too, I know I like the way they change when rotated compared to the anal sleeves. This is a great sleeve, just not a beginner one, those cyborg like shapes are for the experienced in my opinion.

This sleeve has amazing variation and a great orifice. The tight offset opening is great and leads into some angled rings and the nubs section. These nubs are the real deal with this sleeve, and it also is great to have those angled rings for variation. The hourglass section in the middle is interesting too, but the waffle-weave canal is a bit hit or miss. The orifice on this sleeve interests me due to it being so tight and off center, it is a welcome alternative. If you like the nubs also try Cupcake.

One of the best vaginal sleeves, it consistently surprises and interests me to use this sleeve.

The Stoya Destroya is a classic for a reason, you can even get it in the pink color. This sleeve is stimulating, intense, and has many variations inside. It has a tight opening followed by many teeth and rings which slowly compresses as you get further in until you hit a smooth chamber at the end. This sleeve is not for the faint of heart, the end result with this bad boy can be intense.

This sleeve has the best variations of any sleeve out there.

As with most anal sleeves this one is tight as all hell, but it has some incredible texture within. The first chamber is a bit open with odd geometry to lead into the real reason the sleeve exists, the chamber afterwards is one I wish they would repeat for an entire sleeve, this second chamber is mind-blowing. The rest of the sleeve just repeats and spaces out the rest of the shapes that have occurred prior but in interesting and varied ways. Waifu is an good sleeve. This sleeve seems appealing for longer sessions. It has a tight opening that opens up into an odd stair-step like climb shortly after. These star-step formations continue for a while until it pinches down into a tight nub covered band later on followed by a smooth ring after. This middle section where it pinches down is the main appeal to the sleeve for me. It creates a nice, tight, cervix-like pinching sensation that also generates a lot of suction. This section does make the sleeve rather loud though, and you may have to re-lube or spray in some water to keep it from creating too much friction here. The last section in the sleeve is intense though, the array of trigger-like teeth poking out are smooth to thrust into, but they catch and snap over you as you exit. The last section does make me interested in possibly purchasing the reverse version of this texture (if only it was available year-round) as it seems like a more intense variant of this texture. The following chamber is a series of alternating cones that get wider as you go until you hit a series of constricting nubs. Overall you will notice the giant ring and the lotus node the most, which feel like tight lips/cervix like structures. This is why the sleeve feels like a deepthroat blowjob, there are multiple pinching rings that provide alternating suction deeper inside the sleeve. The sleeve is intense, but in a tolerable and smooth way. You will be able to stroke through this orgasm with some practice, and it feels great. Megan Rain's Thunder is damn good, from the tight butt orifice to the triangular ridges this sleeve will squeeze and caress you to one of the best climaxes of your life. The front of the sleeve has some major cushion due to the replicated buttocks of Megan Rain and she has some serious cheeks so you have a lot of cushion there. Shortly after you push through a tight hole that isn't so tight that you need to be rock hard to go through, followed by a short section the same diameter as the orifice. The first half of the sleeve has a network of small bumps that are closely packed so you just glide over them while feeling a delightful tickling sensation and immediately after you start hitting the ridged bars that tug slightly as you go over them. The only downside to this sleeve is that the intricacies of the interior tend to cause it to be moderately difficult to clean/dry, but as long as you properly wash it out, submerge it, and finger it while submerged it will come clean. Make sure you have a proper drying setup for this sleeve too, you will need airflow going through this thing to dry it at a reasonable pace/to dry it before it gets gross.

This thing is a wild ride, it has a variation effect based upon the degree of rotation and the interior alternates at various depths. It is a bit difficult to clean/dry, but as long as you make a real setup for cleaning and drying sleeves you will be fine. Megan Rain's buttocks are broad and the mold replicates that perfectly, you can really pound this thing against yourself with no worry of soreness. I have grown to love the butt orifice the most after using this thing, and of the 3 sleeves I own I like this one the most.

This sleeve is undeniably intense, after I use it my "member" is slightly sore from the absurd stimulation for a few minutes. The Stamina Training Unit (STU) is a good sleeve for longer sessions and for people who are sensitive. What it lacks in variety it makes up for in consistency, you wont hit some inhuman bump that overstimulates you with this sleeve.
