For context, I'm roughly 6x5 inches uncut and this is the first sleeve that I've owned - I can't offer comparison with other textures. That being said, I've thoroughly enjoyed my use of it so far.

I could take or leave the outer rings. I think girthier guys would really enjoy them but I only tend to notice them right as I'm about to cum, which is admittedly a nice effect.

The actual orifice of the sleeve is very gradual in a good way, it starts out quite open and guides your tip in as it gets tighter. The small bumps in the front of the sleeve are heavenly are easily my favourite part of the sleeve.

I'm less convinced by the bigger ridges further in as it tightens up in the middle. While this is the part of the sleeve that makes me cum most often, and does feel amazing, I would prefer a zone with more contrast like the bumps in the first few inches.

I can't reach the very last section but it looks like much of the same. Indeed the tightness from penetrating from the back of the sleeve feels great but textually isn't much different.

The variation (or lack of it) is the biggest downfall of the experience in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, it feels fantastic, but that feeling is pretty uniform throughout.
I imagine that if the front rings we're done away with and instead there was a more open chamber half way through then the added contrast would make for a truly sublime experience.

Good use of the end cap definitely makes this toy shine. Depending on the day I prefer more or less suction, and I find that the cap gives a good range of feelings. Cap off versus cap on are radically different, I wouldn't say that either is better but I often find myself changing it back and forth over a session.

I feel like I require more lube than I expected. This feels like the fault of:
a) the very open front which not only makes it hard to get lube into but then flings it about.
b) those larger ridges, which when starting to dry out go from pleasant to uncomfortable quite quickly.

It can admittedly get loud, but it's never been uncomfortably so for me. If you have to be discrete in your house this may not be the best choice for you.

Another option is flying without the case, which feels almost too good and certainly is not the option for edging.
It allows you to explore more of the sleeve, where sadly there isn't much variation, being able to increase the tightness is a really nice way mixing things up.

The transparency is the show stopper for me, it's a big turn on for my partner and I to be able to see myself inside of the toy.

I don't think that I agree with the blowjob comparisons as it lacks the feeling or resistance of a tongue or throat (maybe if you're girthier YMMV?) but the feeling of cumming in this thing certainly is as intense.

The orgasms that this gives are mind-blowing without a doubt. My first time with it I pumped two loads into it without pulling out, leaving me practically comatose.

I'm nothing but happy with the sleeve, and it does a scarily good job of milking me dry.
I can't imagine that this would make a good choice for edging due to its lack of variation, but for intense orgasms and a sloppy bj-ish experience I can't recommend it enough.
