If you're coming from something like Stoya Destroya or one of the more aggressive Quickshots, this will feel way less intense, but its not the worst thing, you can actually take your time with it and edge well. The end cap suction cracked open is gentle, fully closed it's intense but not uncomfortable.
Orgasm: 4.5/5
Can stroke quickly to get there fast or slowly to build it up, but you will be DUMPING into this one regardless.
Realism: 4.4/5
Above average. The entry texture in particular does a good job mimicking that realistic entry feeling. The middle chamber is more designed for sensation rather than realism but it is a smooth enough transition that it doesn't break the experience.
Lube: 5/5
Plays well with water-based. I'd recommend a thicker lube here (i use Slippery Stuff) since the looser middle section can let things go dryish faster than tighter sleeves.
