All the other reviews describe this one very accurately. I would be upset if it got damaged since I would have to get another one. It gets used regularly. I have 11 Fleshlights, but 4 butt ones. Anal has always been a favorite of mine, and of course I wanted to invest in a FL to mimic the glorious act. Adriana has always enthralled my senses, especially her backdoor scenes. So it was a no brainer when picking out an anal sleeve of who I was going to pick! Now, this is my only anal sleeve to date (plan on changing that soon), and I must say I am not disappointed!
The orifice is pleasently tight, and upon entering has wonderful suction to really pull you in and experience all that she has to offer. It is quite the enjoyable ride, sliding deeper and deeper into the sleeve with plenty of variation to keep you on your toes (or your toes curled). Pulling out feels just as satisfying as entering, which makes it quite the challenge to keep it slow as you just want to keep thrusting. This sleeve is amazing fun, and makes it hard to try anything else because it is so special.

The only downsides, which I tend to find with most sleeves, is the lube usage and dry time. Becuase it is so tight and "compact", it can be difficult to properly dry out and keep it pristine. The lube usage is not as bad as my other sleeves, but I still find myself reapplying fairly liberally. Nothing to deter many of usage, however, and the outstanding pros heavily outweigh the minor downsides.

This sleeve is a homerun, really pulls you in metaphorically and physically, and won't let go even after completion. A++

This is the third butt sleeve i've tried now so I don't have too much insight, but I can say its definitely a good sleeve, creates realistic effects, good suction, works well.

However, the sleeve is so soft and tight that I feel essentially none of the texture. I can sometimes feel the variation in tunnel tightness towards the beginning and middle, and i can very rarely feel the swirling tendrils at the end. All the subtle features of this texture just get completely lost. I was definitely expecting a much more intense and perceptible experience, especially with the tendrils at the back, so I must say I'm a bit disappointed.

The tendrils are not as pronounced as they look, certainly nowhere near as pronounced as the ones in the entrance of Fit. If you've got a really long hog you might be able to feel a bit more of it by getting all the way to the end, so maybe this sleeve would be better for you.

Between this and Spice, which is the other butt sleeve I kept, the feelings they produce are VERY similar. Spice is maybe a tad tighter and creates a tad more suction, and that is even after 3 years of use, so I'd say this must be much looser than spice out of the box.

Going to be a real close call deciding which sleeve to keep, this or Spice. I just don't like having 2 sleeves that are so similar in feeling. This one might stick around a bit longer, maybe needs a bit more time to break in, but right now I think im leaning towards tossing it.

Good butt sleeve that is surprisingly more simple and realistic feeling than the texture lets on, which wasn't what I was looking for. Sadly most of the interesting parts of the texture are barely perceptible, including the swirls at the end. This is still a great pick, but if you're looking for a more varied or intense butt sleeve to kick up your anal fantasy a notch, this is not the "Next Level" you're looking for.

This was my first sleeve and I wish I still had it. When I bought this sleeve I had no idea what to expect. I bought this a little before the pandemic so I had plenty of time to get familiar with it shortly after. Seeing as this was my first sleeve I didn't have anything to compare it to, but it was amazing. The orifice was great (big fan of the butt options), the texture was interesting and varied, and the cleanup wasn't too bad. For context I am 8" long and 5.75" girth so I was able to experience almost all the texture had to offer. This sleeve has set the bar for all my future purchases and may be purchased again!

I use my sleeves for at least a month before writing reviews. For reference, I'm 7x5" cut and have a preference towards anal sleeves. I use fleshlube water lubricant and warm my sleeves to body temperature with a sleeve warmer prior to use.

This is an awesome sleeve if you're looking for something that has a slightly larger hole and a somewhat less intense texture. To start with the oriface, the hole is a nice medium sized oval shape which is easy to enter. The cheeks on this one don't really protrude forward, but this can be looked at as a positive as its easier to reach deeper down the texture since the cheeks don't get in the way. I love teasing my head with this sleeve because there is a great popping sensation upon entry and exit, the the first section of the sleeve is quite stimulating with all the little bumps. Going balls deep in this is just as intense, assuming you can reach the spiral section towards the back of the sleeve. There is a fair amount of grip here, but with the cap loosened I've found this texture to be good for longer sessions. Tightening the cap down provides a lot of suction and intensity here.

Conclusión:
One of the best anal sleeves for a reason, this is a really versatile texture with a lot of control to have longer or quick sessions.

This was my first sleeve and still might be my favourite sleeve. There is some nice variation to this sleeve. Out of my collection this sleeve feels the best to actually thrust into rather than stroke with. There is a nice pop when entering this but the high point of this sleeve is the texture near the end. I find it to be a bit noisy at times. Suction is good. Lube use is good too, I don't need to re apply too often with this. The cheeks aren't too high which I like.

Other than the super tight that was a part of my first purchase, this is my most disappointing sleeve. I was getting Shameless on lovehoney and because of the 40% off they were giving at the time, the idea of a second sleeve was pretty good because it put me over the limit for free shipping. Doing the math, this sleeve was very cheap and I was limited by what selection they had. This wasn't really a sleeve I research and look deeply into before buying like most of my purchases.

Her actual butt is very unique. The cheeks don't stand out enough to guide you into the actual penetration. The area above and below the butthole itself is actually angled slightly away from it. The first half an inch or so is easily the tightest I've come across before opening up to a more reasonable width. Combine these factors and I hope you don't like stroking all the way out and going back in balls deep. Even when fully lubed, getting in can be a bit tricky.

The first half of the actual texture kind of reminds me of Utopia. It's got a lot of those small bumps that can blend together into one sensation instead of individual fingers you can feel with more bold textures. In the second half, it starts to change into two textures that I really don't quite understand. I can barely reach the first of these two and obviously can't reach the last part at all. The last part intrigues me a bit. A longer guy might have a completely different flight with this sleeve than an average or below guy. With the tightness at the beginning, good luck getting that hog in there, though.

I am uncut, with a ~18x17.5 cm member (sorry imperialists, you'll have to google/calculate the conversions). It arrived starched.
Initially I was a bit underwhelmed - I had the sense that I wasn't getting the amount of suction/tightness out of it that I anticipated based on others' reviews and my member being on the thick side. Initially I attributed this to the bottom cap being defective and allowing too much air in, but I now think my expectations were just a bit too high.

Regardless, I was quickly impressed by the intensity of the sensations - and to top it all off - the pulsating orgasms that send one into brief convulsions.

Holy hell Next Level took me by force. This was my first anal FLG and I honestly didn't know what to expect. Looking at the cross section I don't even know what's going on. But at its time it was the number one sleeve on Fleshassist, so it must be doing something right. Let's look at it:

INTENSE and TIGHT is the main driving force of this sleeve. Don't expect to last very long in this one. The stimulation itself is quite good as well making some great climaxes when it's done swallowing you up whole. The orifice is pretty spectacular as you pop your way through the opening and keeps you securely inside the sleeve. Tightening the cap creates some really nice suction as well.

The not so great:

Even though it is intense, the texture changes so rapidly that you can't actually make out each individual texture. As such, even though the variance is objectively high, it doesn't -feel- super high. I haven't had anal sex before, but I can confidently say that this isn't exactly realistic. Orgasms can be very intense and this is one of the few sleeves where it can become quite uncomfortable due to the intense tightness and texture.Clean up and dry time is mediocre because of the small canal of the sleeve.

Conclusión:
A fine addition to any collector who is looking for intense and tight flights. Although climaxing in the Next Level can become uncomfortable and the clean up can be a pain, the pros make up for the cons.
