Phases
The giveaway consists of two phases: the team selection phase and the tournament (voting) phase. The team selection phase starts at Game-Start and ends on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 23:59 UTC. The tournament (voting) phase starts on Friday, August 16, 2024 at 00:00 UTC and ends at Game-End.

C, Austin, TX 78744 will be providing the shipping of the prizes to the winners. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments, or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at [email protected] during the Promotion Period.

To Enter

Participants can enter the Sweepstakes by registering an account on FleshAssist and participating in the FleshAssist Cup also known as FleshAssist Star Cup by clicking the Enter Giveaway button on https://fleshassist.com/en/cup. No purchase necessary. Users can then start earning two forms of winning prizes: Points ("Tournament Points") and Entries ("Raffle Tickets"). Here is how users can earn both:

1. Initial Selection: Each participant can select one group and five players ("stars"), from any group, at the start of the tournament. This initial selection will earn the participant 20 points (10 points for group selection and 2 points per player selection).
2. Daily Voting: Participants can vote on head-to-head matches daily. Each vote will earn the participant between 1 to 5 raffle tickets, determined randomly. The probabilities are as follows:
   • 1 ticket: 50% chance
   • 2 tickets: 25% chance
   • 3 tickets: 15% chance
   • 4 tickets: 7% chance
   • 5 tickets: 3% chance
3. Team Sharing: Participants who have selected a team during the team selection phase can share their selected group and players on social media. Each share will earn the participant anywhere from 5 to 20 raffle tickets, with a lower chance of getting 20 than 5. Proof of submission must be provided and will be reviewed by Sponsor. The participant must provide a link to the shared post or a screenshot of the shared post. The approval of the shared post is at the discretion of Sponsor.
4. Performance-Based Points: At the end of the tournament, participants will earn additional points based on the performance of their selected players and group:
   • Each player that advances to subsequent rounds will earn additional points: Round 1 (2 points), Round 2 (4 points), Round 3 (5 points), Round 4 (6 points), Round 5 (8 points) and the final round (10 points).
   • The group with the highest cumulative player points will earn 20 points, the second highest will earn 15, and the third highest will earn 10.

All entries will be reviewed, and any user caught cheating, manipulating their count, or tampering with the Sweepstakes in any way will be disqualified and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Entries that are late, incomplete, misdirected, unintelligible, or lost are void. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method will void all your entries and result in disqualification.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Twitter. You are providing your information to FleshAssist and not to Twitter. Participation in the giveaway confirms that the user agrees to the official rules of this Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. "Entry" shall mean and refer to a qualifying Online Entry. Participants need at least 1 ticket to participate in the contest, which is achieved by simply having an account on FleshAssist.

Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open to registered users of FleshAssist. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state, at the time of entry. Participants must also be located in a state or region where Fleshlight, Interactive Life Forms, LLC ships to. Participants located in a state, region, or country which is not available to receive orders by Interactive Life Forms, LLC are not allowed to participate in the giveaway. If a participant who is located in such a location wins a prize, they forfeit their prize, and another random winner will be selected.

Winner Selection

There will be two types of winners in this Sweepstakes:

1. Performance-Based Winners: Five (5) winners will be selected based on their performance in the FleshAssist Cup. These winners will be determined by the total points accumulated through their group and player selections. The top five participants with the highest points at the end of the tournament will be declared winners.
2. Raffle-Based Winners: Five (5) winners will be selected through a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from daily voting as well as team sharing. Each vote earns participants between 1 to 5 raffle tickets, and the drawing will be held on Monday, September 02, 2024.

The winners will be notified by direct message (DM) if applicable through Twitter, as well as via Email, on the day following the drawing. Odds of winning the raffle-based prizes will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. A participant may increase their odds by collecting more tickets through daily voting.

If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) days to claim their prize, they will forfeit their prize, and another random winner will be chosen from all remaining entrants. It is the responsibility of the participant to monitor their messages and email; neither FleshAssist nor Fleshlight will take responsibility for any late or expired prize claims. No exceptions will be made.

Prizes

One (1) prize package will be awarded to each of the ten (10) winners: one Fleshlight masturbation toy of the winner's choice. This includes any full-sized Fleshlight toy from the 'Girls' or 'Boys' line (approximate retail value or "ARV": $99.99 USD). No other product of Fleshlight may be chosen, including but not limited to: Stamina Training Unit, GO, Launch, Turbo, Flight, Blade, Sex in a Can, Sword, Vibro, Freaks, ICE, and Quickshot. The winners have five (5) days to reply to their Winning Notification DM or Email with the prize of their choice. If a winner does not reply within that period, they will forfeit their prize, and another random winner will be chosen from all remaining entrants. It is the responsibility of the participant to monitor their messages and email; neither FleshAssist nor Fleshlight will take responsibility for any late or expired prize claims. No exceptions will be made. We recommend users who used a temporary email generator to create their account change to an active email address.

General Rules

Sweepstakes administration, winner selection, and prize claim verification will be conducted by FleshAssist. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Return of any prize/prize notifications as undeliverable will result in disqualification, and an alternate will be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor's sole determination, the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been, or could be, compromised, or that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including, but not limited to, fraud, force majeure, or any other causes beyond Sponsor's control. By entering this Sweepstakes, a participant explicitly releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, their successors, estates, and assigns, and all their respective shareholders, directors, officers, and employees, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, damages, actual, incidental, or consequential, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including all "costs", which he/she now has or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of his/her participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use or misuse of a prize. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable and non-transferable, and no prize substitution, exchange, or cash equivalent will be allowed except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of a prize) of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of a prize or force majeure.

Automated or robotic entries

Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited, licensed, restricted, or taxed. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state, or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This offer may not be reproduced, reprinted, or published elsewhere in any format without the written permission of Sponsor.

Limitations of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, stolen, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, destroyed, or postage-due entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction nor unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry materials by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Any person attempting to damage any website, defraud, or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible for any prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical, or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these Official Rules. Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Wyoming. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and never shall include consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

Winners List

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sponsor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the shipment of the prize(s). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the winner (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Privacy

Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://fleshassist.com/en/privacy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.

Stock

As the winner is able to choose the prize from a selection listed above under the Prizes section, it is possible that the chosen prize may be out of stock or temporarily unavailable in certain regions. If that is the case, the Winner will be able to decide if they would like to change their prize selection to something that is available or wait for the product to become available again.

Notes

• Once participant has selected their group and stars, they cannot modify it.
• If a match has the same number of votes (draw) then the result of that match will be RANDOMIZED.
• Each match will be open for voting for 24 hours (UTC).
• Each participant can vote once per match.
• Each participant can vote on all matches.
• Once participant has cast their vote, they cannot modify it.
• If a user has selected a team, they can also share their team for additional raffle tickets. This can only be done once per user.
• If at the end of the tournament, there are multiple users with the same number of points, the system will prioritze the users who joined the giveaway sooner than the others. So if user A and user B have the same points, but user B joined a few days before user A, then user B will be placed higher in the ranking than user A.
