After reviewing Insomnia, I wanted to give some context by highlighting a sleeve I actually enjoy. I chose Dopamine as the first one to review.

For context, I’m of average size and currently own eleven sleeves.

Let’s start with the positives — and there are a lot of them.
Visually, Dopamine looks fantastic. It’s easily one of the most detailed sleeves I own. The internal design is impressive; the first time I used it I actually said, “Wow, this feels pretty realistic.” The more you use it, the less “real” it feels, but overall it still delivers a consistently enjoyable experience.

It responds well to both thrusting and stroking. The sensation is excellent — snug, stimulating, and on the tighter side without becoming uncomfortable. I find that it offers a nice range of textures and feelings throughout.

I use it with the Advanced Suction Control case, and the resulting suction is genuinely satisfying. Being able to adjust the tightness adds even more variety. It works well for both short and long sessions: you can chase a quick rush of sensation, or slow things down and let the climax build. Either approach works beautifully.

As for the orgasm itself, it’s reliably great — anywhere from very satisfying to genuinely mind-blowing. It’s also easy to get into what I’d call the “operating window,” where everything just feels right. Cleanup is also extremely easy with this sleeve. Overall, it’s a well-rounded product that performs strongly across the board.

As for the negatives, I honestly don’t have many.
While the adjustable cap can create a lot of variation, it’s also pretty easy to make things too tight or too loose and lose some enjoyment. Finally, it can feel a little one-note if you’re not paying attention to how you’re using it, though that’s more of a caution than a real complaint.

Ultimately, these are nitpicks at worst. Dopamine is a strong performer and one of the better all-around sleeves I’ve used.

I personally think this sleeve is over rated. At the time of this review it is listed as the number 1 rated sleeve, for me it doesn’t crack my top ten. I find it average in almost every way. Not super intense, not that varied in feel, not very tight. All things I find just average. This sleeve is absolutely incredible and is my favorite of all of those that I have tried thus far. It has a tight vagina and it is incredibly stimulating and realistic within. Let me start by saying that im not really attracted to Vana (not my type) and I got this sleeve only based on texture, which is something I don't normally do. Bonus points to Vana as she is the only FLG afaik to make a custom joi for her sleeves.

I will say this right from the get go, if you want only one sleeve get dopamine, she does everything you want! She is the combination of many great sleeves all in one.
She is pretty tight like a virgin (not as tight as most anal sleeves), very intense, she has a little bit of lips that grip like beyond and despite the very intricate interior she is very realistic too. She is rather high in my collection as a "does it all" sleeve, and every time is good time with her BUT she is a pain in the ass to clean and dry even with fleshlight air.

Fazit:
If you wanna buy and stick with only one sleeve, dopamine is the one for you. She is the love child of many great sleeves. The only negatives are:
A- It's not an edging sleeve, so you have to be in the right mood for something "aggresive".
B- Pain to clean and dry.

I usually buy based on texture ratings but this was a crazy Black Friday sale and a newer sleeve with no data on it.

This sleeve takes TIME to “break in”. I honestly didn’t like it at first. The entry is almost closed so it makes it difficult to get into. This thing is TIGHT. Definitely the tightest one I own. With that said, a lot of people tend to say if a sleeve it tight, the texture sort of gets muted. Not my experience at all with this.

The lotus on this sleeve feel great, but the nodules throughout feel very firm almost like a TPE sleeve.

After a few uses It started to “soften” a bit more but man, this is an intense sleeve. More so than bombshell for me. It’s tight, it’s textured and you just can’t last more than a few strokes.

Some people say this is a very realistic sleeve, I disagree. Theres a lot going on in here that isn’t realistic. I find gushier textures more realistic.

Fazit:
A very good sleeve if you like intensity. You’ll be cleaning it longer than you will using it.

For context, I'm 5x5 inches cut, and own 29 sleeves. I usually have 5-6 sessions before reviewing.

Rezension:
For context, I got the Ice Dopamine sleeve not the normal sleeve! I'm cut and a solid 5x5 lol. This is my 17th sleeve.

Appearance: Looks gorgeous. Nice and clear and but the texture of the lips can be seen and felt clearly. The opening looks tight (and is) and the lips hug you nicely. Looks as advertised. Bonus points on being able to see yourself as you thrust.

Tightness: Tight. I mean just TIGHT. Not like strangling tight, but like a “girl who works out tight”. The opening resists and teases you a bit so you gotta be good with your aim but once you’re in, you are IN. The tightness continues well throughout what I can reach and doesn’t push you out. If anything it pulls you in when you try to go for long strokes.

Texture: The Texture is something I really was interested in and it didn’t disappoint. The lotus-like nodes feel great and distinct. You can see and feel them as you thrust or pull out. I’m about average length and slightly below average on girth. I own a mix of FLGs and FLBs, my favourites being Heavenly, Dopamine and Majestic.

Dopamine is an intense sleeve. I rotate around my sleeves and try to use them for a week or two before switching it up. On my first round with this one I’m done almost instantly, so don’t be surprised if you find this too much the first time. After a few days I can get myself to edge with it for 15 minutes or so before I’m done. It’s intense, highly stimulating and great penetration thanks to the entrance being slightly offset compared to most flashlight textures. It’s a meatier sleeve so slightly tighter, and the suction effect you can get with this sleeve is top notch, hence my 4/5 user rating for this.

Despite its intensity, which is definitely not realistic, I’ve given it a high mark for realism because when I go round 2 with this one, it starts to feel on my cock like round 1 would be in a vagina (I always warm this sleeve when I can, which makes a big difference).

Texture looks crazy and that does contribute to it being so intense, but it does also feel surprisingly repetitive. My experience with this is very similar to my experience with Waifu - Started off pretty bad, got better as it broke in, but still overall pretty meh. This one has some redeeming qualities that Waifu didn't so this one might stick around for awhiie.

First off, entrance. It's offset, which already typically lends itself to some weird friction, but it also has this skin flap thing under the clit that chaffed my dick. For review purposes I use my sleeves three ways: 1) stroking with my hand, 2) with a hands-free mount, and 3) with a Handy. Autostrokers are kind of a niche use for a Fleshlight. They can radically change how enjoyable a texture is--sometimes worse, sometimes different, sometimes better--so I score every sleeve based on what I thought was the best way to use it. As soon as I saw the texture of Vanna Bardot's Dopamine I knew I'd be getting it. Seeing all those lotus nodes was just too much to pass up. I was hoping for high-intensity and a strong suction effect with Dopamine. And, well, yeah. It's all of that. It's a distinct experience from other textures I've tried, and I'll get to why in a moment. I'll be shocked though if it doesn't settle into the top 10.

First, the cons. Dopamine is a fiend for lube. It is forgiving if you use too much, since you'll still feel the suction from all the rings and nodes, but expect to use more than normal. It's also slow to dry--if you have an Air or sleevomatic this isn't a problem at all, but you seriously run the risk of mold if you rely on drip-drying your sleeves and don't run a paper towel or something through it first.

And that's it. There are a lot more pros. I don't review orifices unless there's something really notable about them like lips that grip or an offset entrance, because everyone has their own preference. This is my first ever fleshlight and so far it has been a good experience, If you are looking for something that isnt insanely intense but still feels good on each stroke buy this. This is potentially my top favorite texture. I seem to fit well as I can feel all the details inside it unlike some other popular sleeves. What's unique and interesting about the canal of Dopamine is that while it does have sections to it, part of the realism of it comes from the fact that it feels unified and fold-like. Almost all of the stimulation from this sleeve comes from the three rings in the first chamber, lined with circular bumps with a lotus node right in the middle. The bumps and the perferations in between them are why it feels so realistic yet retains a sense of intensity; the chamber of the sleeve is tight, but the bumps make it feel like a sort of controlled natural-ness. The same can be said about the suction. Since there's space in between the bumps along the rings, the sleeve becomes less suctiony as a result of trapped air, and more grippy, which makes the sleeve feel like its responding to you.

The second chamber is a series of three regular rings, narrow but dulled to the extent that they aren't sharp. If they were sharper, then I feel like it would contradict the texture that Dopamine was going for, but as they are, they contribute nicely to the naturalism of it. With the popping of the SECOND lotus node in the third chamber on my head as well as the one in the first chamber combined with the way it grips, Dopamine is the first Fleshlight where I feel as it isn't a "sleeve," but rather the replica of a vagina. Is it the most intense? No, but up there. Is it the most stimulating? No. Is it the tightest? To me, almost, but to others here, deifnitely not. But where Dopamine shines is its balance and the uniqueness of its experience. Oh, and the orgasm is leg shaking, naturally.

That being said, this sleeve isn't perfect. Here are it's issues:

First off, it is an absolute lube hog - easily the worst of my collection. Not so much in the sense that you need the perfect amount for it to get the sensation right, but rather you need A LOT for it to get going. With all of the bumps, textures, and little grooves and canals, it dries out faster than any other sleeve I own. Thick lubes just stink in general to me, and my thin lubes dry out almost immediately. I bought the Onatsuyu onahole lube, known as the longest lasting, slickest lube for toys, for the sole purpose of seeing if it will help temper this sleeve lest it drain my entire stock of lube.

Another other issue relates to the first where, if its even a little too dry, the grip gets to the point where I can barely even stroke with it. I threw away Gina Valentina's Stellar for that exact reason, so have to take away some points for that. It's also a little stiff overall. I've been told by some on Reddit that it took them a long time for their Dopamines to break in in comparison to other sleeves, so I'm hoping that seven uses wasn't enough, and there's still more loosening to be done, because this could skyrocket into my top five if so.

Lastly, this sleeve simply doesn't dry. Between the intricacy of the texture, and the fact that the lips of the orifice close when not used, even my Fleshlight Air set to an hour doesn't dry Dopamine to the point that I'm comfortable with closing the caps. I dry it twice, and then leave it out because it's STILL at that pre-completely dry dampness. Very inconvenient.

Absolutely recommend this as a tight and intense sleeve that is still really smooth feeling.

I bought for the first time a ice version. This definitely brings a new sensation while using your fleshlight. Its also definitly better than the quickshots. Now to the sleeve. After the first use i knew, the this one will be in my rotation for a long time. Its a super intensive sleeve and has the perfect tightness. Its feels really smooth even with less lube.

Fazit:
One of the best for sure. Right now I would rank this one right next to Emily Willis Squirt. Recommend this one, especially the ice version.

Einführung:
I'm pretty average, between 5.5 x 5 to 6 x 5.5. I use gun oil h2o and fleshlube water, depending on the sleeve, but usually stick to gun oil. I mostly review on Fleshlight launch, if you don't have one... get one lol.

Rezension:
At first glance I thought Dopamine looked like Fleshlight's answer to Kiiroo's Kayley Gunner. FL's iteration is much better. This sleeve is super tight! Penetration is godly with all the lotus type nodes, and as I've described it on the reddit, it feels like the sex you have in high school. My favourite sleeve to this point has been Kumzumi, but I think Dopamine might actually edge it out.

Dopamine is pretty high on the realism side I think, but tighter than any vagina you've likely experienced in recent memory. Definitely a bit of a lube hog, and because it's tight, it needs a little extra time to clean up and dry. Nothing too insane though, if you have a FL Air, or sleevomatic, it shouldn't be too much different than some of the other high textured sleeves such as Regal, or Bombshell.

This one gets a 9/10, and only because I don't think anything deserves a perfect score. I won't be surprised if this one hits the top 10.

Fazit:
Great sleeve, wish it came in the darker, tan colour. Penetration is amazing with the groups of lotus-like nodes, and it will definitely leave you wanting more. Easily in my top 3, probably my #1 as of June 2024.
