As one of the initial sleeve collections, Dopamine has become my favorite sleeve out of the 4 I have. I'm a sucker for the initial nubs near the beginning, and they tend to tickle my head. Past that chamber, I do not feel much until I run into the second set of spikes. Overall, Dopamine has been my go to for both edging and intense, short sessions. I recommend this as a mid-level intensity stroker with a decent amount of sensations!

Fazit:
Great, it is the favorite of my 4 sleeves. Sometimes feels a bit tight, but that's nothing a little extra lube cant tackle.
