Sucks the soul out of you. Make sure to keep the cap tightened. In my experience, cap off wasn't so stimulating. But once it's on, it's a good time all around. More intense than not, so not ideal for edging. My first anal sleeve, so I'm not sure how it stacks up against others but it comes highly recommended. This is my first oral sleeve and the first ever Fleshlight I've used. I don't know how it compares to other oral sleeves but this definitely does a good job of simulating the sphincter inside a woman's throat, particular the part that is red on the heatmap. Insertion is very pleasant and gentle comparative to vaginal sleeves (I've yet to try an anal one) and overall the toy is very snug, especially when the soft tongue is caressing you. This is my first vagina sleeve ever. It came highly recommended on FleshAssist so i knew had to get myself one. With that said I have very few complaints and only a few things to add. First things first, as others have mentioned, Vanna has a serious break-in period. The first time I used the toy I was pretty underwhelmed and disappointed by what I thought would be a bed-gripping experience. And the second time. And the third time, and so on until about the 10th use when it finally "clicked" and left me truly petrified. So patience is key with Vanna. Secondly, it does use up lube pretty quickly for some reason, so bear that in mind, but it's also not too much of an issue. Finally, for someone who may be new to Fleshlight I have to stress how important it is that you scrape your head along Vanna's walls. A simple in and out penetration won't give you the experience she's meant to offer and it took a few tries for me to realize this.

Overall I'm pretty happy with dopamine, fitting for its name. Easy A+, though take that score lightly as she's still my first.
