Average size. I would not recommend this sleeve. You have to add lube every minute or it becomes very difficult to penetrate and feels like a dry two-handed tug job. This sleeve does not have good suction as others have said, rather what I think they are describing is the pulling handjob sensation which is different than suction.

When the lube is freshly added, it just feels OK. Not worth all the mid-session maintenance required to keep it in the sweet spot. I threw mine out.

Conclusión:
Punishing/not worth it. Lube use is high. Get another one.
