I got Creampuff as my first Fleshlight as I wanted a more realistic one to help with DGS. It definitely feels realistic, just more tighter than a normal pussy. I'm not sure if it actually helps with DGS cause I cum super fast with it, but it's a great sleeve overall, doesn't use a lot of lube and is easy to clean.
Conclusión:
Great sleeve for a first timer and feels pretty realistic.
