I'm 6'' by 5''. This is the only sleeve I own, but man do I love it. The entrance feels so good that I like to focus mainly on that while using it. It is very tight and sometimes hard to last longer than a few minutes or so, especially if I haven't used it in a while. Very nice aesthetic to it as well.
Conclusión:
Very satisfied with it and hard to imagine a sleeve better than this.
