Good for training in my opinion it has good intensity and is pretty tight also depends on how you edit the lid valve at the end of the case the texture is all the way down the same the knobs feel good. I use it for training a lot and it really helps me a lot to make my stamina better. Just how the name tells its called stamina training unit. Its good for training with good intensity and feels tight for me and it helped and still helps me to make my stamina better.

Conclusión:
Good for intensity training and has good tightness if the lid valve is fully tightened at the end of the case. Variation is bad because it has the same texture with those knobs throughout the whole sleeve. If you want it for intensity training its good if you want variation and other things don‘t get it and switch to the girls section.
