DIY engineering tips, modifications, add-on's and what I use:
I use a very cheap water based gel mixed with 20-30% Fleshlube water. I don't like the price nor the runny consistency of pure Fleshlube, overall budget friendly. The addition makes gel longer lasting (against drying) and better adherence to the moving parts.
I experiment a little, I use round inserts with thru-holes to compact the sleeve from the rear of the case. That will enable a little more reach into new sleeve territory and increases tightness (tho marginally). Can't pack in too much, after pushing it in about 1+1/16" extra, the sleeve looks about ready to jump out the front!
A second benefit is that it puts pressure on rear cap to stop the rattling noise when running less air restriction configurations.
A useful add-on (or add-in) is a plastic bottle cap with a fitted narrower center tube. You place the mod. bottle cap in the rear passage of sleeve, fit it centered and snugly inside. The centered tube is now positioned free from touching sleeve inside so it allows air to escape but holds in most of the fluids that runs down sleeve wall, making sleeve vertical down positions much less risky / leaky.
To go hands-free I use an old rolled up mattress topper (memory foam for the weight). By folding it once and then roll it you create folds at many height levels that you can shove your fleshlight into. That enables very comfortable and varied hands-free fun positions. I secure the rolled shape with simple small cargo straps. It will looks like a constricted / puffy marshmallow.
Having a single rolled (roundish) mattress is less usable, I roll BOTH sides toward the center, creating a side-by-side design. Prevents rolling around, creates a center slot along the length for more possible sleeve positions. Now let imagination flow.
To prevent staining of the mattress I push in the edge of two towels, to encircle front end of the sleeve / case. One towel folds up, one folds down. The towels catches slip-outs, sleeve drool and provide quick dry off for of hands / immediate cleaning up.

I'm having a 6.3 x 5" uncut pecker. My wife bought first Fleshlight for me, in 2011 or so.
I have 8 fleshlights, some probably unpublished... as of yet.

General about Cream / Autumn Falls:
This is for me a on the intense aisle of sleeves, but it can also be partially mitigated with limited strokes.
I will only comment on the 4 different zones I reach inside.
Entry is easy, the symmetrical labias creates a shallow funnel shape. Entry is placed a fraction below, landing offcenter.
I do know I'm not fond of too much offcenter entries but this is certainly functional. It has a medium tight entry and you feel a light "plop" as you landing the first wide-ish zone with the
Fazit:
It has variation from mid to high stim, low-medium lube use, near perfect symmetrical inner labia, medium tight entry, (for me) its versatile for short to medium long sessions. It has so much good sides, no downsides I can pinpoint for it's class (intense).
To say the quiet part out loud, this is not a lovely versatile edging sleeve, this one wants to strip your sanity and blow your socks off.
The bone stock starter, simple, easy clean, easy dry.
Looks boring, you'd think it would be just one smooth ride?
Not so fast!
It doesn't look like much but it does have some (minor) redeeming qualities.
The entrance actually has a bit of nice resistance when you pry the thick labials apart, it is comfortably hugging your shaft side during the ride.
You have the start of the passage being kind of a tight rectangular section but it immediately connects to the round tube.
It's a nice feeling plunging in, you feel it open up.
Then it's followed up by about 2 inch of little bit softer tugging sensation that ends up constricting a little harder at the final inch of my pecker (6.3")
The constriction is not obvious from looking at the design, also not many seems to have pointed that constriction out on heat map.
It has to do with the first 3 inches having a plushier feel given by the wide part of the case.
Then the case narrows down and there is a little less easy give in the tube.
Because of the smooth bore it offers mostly a tugging sensation over the glans/shaft. I can't imagine anyone having a thicker penis (like 5.5" girth and above) would find this pattern to be comfortable at all.
It runs good on just a little "lube in the tube". I noticed that a simple water-based gel does get pushed back by the tight opening, it will after a while leave your shaft a bit dry (all depending on lube recipe).
So I generally mix a little fleshlube water into the (mostly) bog standard water based gel I use, I mix both into a small pump bottle that is handy.
(Not an exact science, I go with roughly 20-30% fleshlube and 70-80% basic water based gel mix.
The mix adheres better and will not dry out as fast nor run off too easily like 100% fleshlube and is dirt cheap.
Fazit:
Looks simple but has a little more to offer than meets the eye... but in the end it is not getting much use.
Believe it or not, but it is not the worst sleeve in my collection!
