So I have to say, my first and second flights with the sleeve were the best, the sensations were more pronounced, I could easily feel the ridges bumps and the change of angle. I will base the review mostly on those flights but disclaimer: it changed how it felt from 4rd flight onwards, it still feels amazing but its a softer I cant really feel the texture, or the bumps, I will keep experimenting and update the review if something changes, I can still feel everything with my fingers and given what I read its probably a me issue, the material probably loosend a little and a like a Little more resistance.
