I really wanted to like the Regal because the internal design looks great and many people rank it very high. But after several sessions, I’m honestly disappointed. For me the sleeve feels sub-par, especially compared to how highly it’s rated.

Intensity & Texture Feel – 2/5
Despite the complex inner structure, I barely feel any texture at all during use. The sensations are very muted and soft, almost like the details don’t exist.
Even when I vary speed, suction, lube amount, warming, or stroke length, the sleeve stays very “flat” in sensation.

Tightness – 3/5
My size is around 7'' length, 5'' girth, and I expected the Regal to be tight enough.
Surprisingly, it feels a bit loose, which takes away almost all intensity.
In comparison, the Feel Victoria June which i got for free when i bought Kiiroo Keon (with basic and almost featureless textures) is much tighter and makes me finish about five times faster than Regal.

Stimulation Quality – 2.5/5
The only positive is that Regal is very comfortable and easy to use for longer sessions, but that’s not what I personally look for.
I prefer more explosive, high-intensity sleeves, and Regal doesn’t deliver that at all.
The sensations are too subtle, too gentle, and not engaging enough. If you like ''milking'' sleeves then I guess its nice.

Build & Material – 5/5
To be fair, the sleeve looks premium and the material quality is excellent. No complaints there.

Fazit:
If you like soft, smooth, long milking sessions with medium stimulation, Regal might work for you.
But if you want intense, textured, tight, high-sensation sleeves, I can’t recommend this one.
For my preferences, it feels like the textures don’t do anything and the tightness isn’t enough to make up for it.

Beautifully made, but very weak sensations and nowhere near as intense as expected.
