Welcome to my Profile!
I am currently working a tier list and reviews for my collection. I highly recommend heating up sleeves prior to use. I also recommend labeling your cases and caps, sometimes there are defects that compromise the suction of a case.
As of Nov 2025, my most favorite sleeves based on feeling alone are:
Sugar (L), Cupcake(B), Bi-Hive(L-Discontinued), MVP(L), Squirt(L), Empress(L) and Karma(B).
This is subject to change.
Intro: I’m Uncut, Girth 5’’, NBL 5.5’’
I have a collection of ~60. I usually buy sleeves based on the model, rather than texture and reviews.
I use FL’s as strokers rather than thrusters. I use the case and adjust the suction to my personal preference.
For RANKINGS I use 2-8 different FL’s at a time. Since I use so many for rankings, I use them at room temperature to avoid adding confounding variables.
For Reviews I only use one and heat it up. I don’t really consider realism, lube usage, cleanup, or orgasm for Review. I feel like discussing biases is important, so I include something called an X-factor.
Format: Hi, yal. As of now, I’ll use the following format.
X Factor/Marketing section is mostly just for me, I like discussing FL’s marketing. I also add the X-factor ranking to disclose biases, I notice that I get significantly more aroused with certain sleeves. Suction/Noise section helps classify some sleeves; I also think that noise is a really important property of a sleeve, either for discreetness or immersion. Chambers section is a discussion of each distinguishable section of a sleeve. Overall section is my thoughts of the sleeve as a whole. Rankings section is a rough ballpark of ranking relative to my growing collection (~60); as of now, I have 7 distinct tiers. Here I ONLY CONSIDER how the sleeve FEELS. Similar Sleeves section is a cool section that I saw in other reviews. Characteristics section is some way of classifying sleeves.

Intro:
I’m Uncut, Girth ~5’’, NBL 5.5’’
I have a collection of high ~70s, I usually buy sleeves based on the model, rather than texture and reviews.
For reviews, I use FL’s as strokers rather than thrusters, I use 2-8 different FL’s at a time and I use the case and adjust the suction to my personal preference. I started using an oil heater to heat up lube. I coat my penis with lube and add a single pump of lube to the orifice. I don’t usually/really consider realism (no anal exp.), lube usage, cleanup, or orgasm rating. I feel like discussing biases is important, so I include something called an X-factor.
X Factor/Marketing section is mostly just for me, I like simping over the FL girls and I like thinking about FL’s marketing. I also add an X-factor ranking to disclose biases, I noticed that I get significantly more aroused with certain sleeves. Suction/Noise section helps classify some sleeves; I also think that noise is a really important property when deciding which sleeve, either for discreetness or immersion. I HAVE STARTED TO MOD MY CASES WITH PLUMBERS TAPE TO DAMPEN NOISE, this helps with end cap clicking but NOT with sleeve suction noises. Chambers section is a discussion of each distinguishable section of a sleeve. Overall section is my thoughts of the sleeve as a whole, it is easier to write after giving context from the previous section. Rankings section is a rough ballpark of ranking relative to my growing collection (~70); as of now, I have 7 distinct tiers. Here I MOSTLY CONSIDER how the GOOD sleeve FEELS. Similar Sleeves section is a cool idea that I saw in some other reviews, it just lets me add to the discussion regarding the sleeve. Characteristics section is my attempt at characterizing my collection.
Start:
X Factor/Marketing: Miss Danger. A beautiful danger, bella is Italian for beautiful… A star that looks better in person. I personally am not an avid fan of her work, but she does have that Miami college girl – philosophy persona online, and that is hot, especially for a sapiosexual. I also like her voice and her butt too. My bias is around 4/7 when I use her sleeves. I do find the mold a little more aesthetically pleasing than most butt sleeves. It has nice harmony.
I don’t like the naming of the sleeve that much either, it might also be an understanding thing too. Zone, DANGER ZONE. I would have leaned in more to her student status, but that was more recent and it is important to note that her fleshlight debuted Aug2017. Also when she became a fleshlight girl, she was already mainstream.
Suction/Noise & Chambers:
It’s a relatively quiet sleeve, that you must "fuck"/stroke roughly to use properly. I couldn’t get any suction, but I prefer it that way for butt sleeves (1/7 - suction).
1st Section: The first section (0 to 4 inches), the speed bumps, or the rectangular bumps on the top and bottom of the cross-section, dominate the main sensation, sometimes I feel the cluster of small bumps if I focus for it. The bumps have a nice cadence that provides consistent stimulus.
2nd Section: The Locus Nodes in the second section (3.5 – 5 in) is where the magic happens. If you power through, the Locus Nodes will give an almost average, good ole’ tried-and-true stimulus, that “popping feel”. It’s a little more intense than the first section, and similar.
>5in: I’m not long enough to comment especially since I have to stoke quickly to feel the texture better. (More so I don’t remember since the earlier parts of the sleeve, the bumps and lotuses, drown it out.)
Overall: Abella’s Zone is a series of speed bumps, you really do have to thrust to feel its texture (4/7- intensity) (5/7 - stimulation). It’s depressingly mild otherwise and it might be because it is one of the loosest sleeves (1/7 - tightness). I want to say this with high confidence because it feels like the loosest fleshlight I own, and that’s from a collection of ~70 at the moment.
Similar Sleeves: Maybe Outlaw, because of the “Popping feel” around the middle of the sleeves, they are both roomier, but Outlaw has suction. I like Outlaw far more because of that suction.
Characteristics: Loose, Mild, Stealthy (low noise), 2nd Section Dominant, Medium Stimulus, Consistent Stimulus, Finisher Sleeve
Fazit:
THIS IS THE ONLY SLEEVE THAT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE REALY GOOD ERRECTIONS. I HAD ISSUES IN THE WINTER, AND I DIDNT ENJOY IT AS MUCH.
Overall Rankings: 5/7 (I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have good ejections, extremely "fuckable", quite, and I like to use it if I want to destroy something or if I want to finish at that very moment)
November 12th, 2025 (Lvl Up Texture)
X Factor/Marketing: Mia Malkova, has a very high X Factor rating, at least a 9/10, she just has a really bubbly, pretty and innocent looking face, which is way important than the body of a model, imo. I’m so biased for the voluptuous, beautiful, white nerdy girl that I remember seeing on Twitch. The sleeve name just makes so much sense, The WOW gamer girl with a video game named sleeve, I respect marketing. I think this one should have been named Boss Level because it is one of the best.
The only thing I can’t wrap my head around is the use of a tentacle design for Lvl UP. In hindsight, I would have expected something blockly or geometric like Waifu’s first chamber; instead, the sleeve is full of roundedness.
Suction/Noise: I was able to get some suction (6/10) from this sleeve, when the cap was almost fully sealed. It didn't push out too much air and was average in the noise (6/10). I do think that this sleeve NEEDS that additional suction; the suction is just strong enough to elevate the intensity to almost perfect levels.
1st Chamber (0-3 inches): I’ve always and still see this chamber as a flower field, not a spiral of tentacles. Either way, this chamber is just high enough to where it drops how good the sleeve feels overall.
The first chamber of the sleeve does not play games, it is the main event, it is intense (7/10), and it has some grip/tightness (6/10). It feels like the texture of a football, which gives it that nostalgic feel. If you use exclusively the first chamber you will not last long, the tiny beads, that define that chamber, will finish you off early. The tiny beads take form of 3 meaty spiral-ly masses (tentacles) with protruding "O"s that add even more depth and complexity to its feel.
Despite its cross-section photo, it is important to note that the tentacles don’t act as rails that guide you in a spirally or undulating manner but as barriers that brush on you in a radially clockwise manner. Empress, adds that extra dimensional element, it is the sleeve that guides your dick in a spiraling fashion.
2nd Chamber (3.5-5 inches): If the first chamber didn’t desensitize you, you are now in the second chamber where you meet a roomier area with the big soft speed bumps. It feels like you are hitting something, a cervix, perhaps. The intensity is just strong enough to be felt even after the first chamber; and it has an intensity that doesn’t compromise pleasurably.
>5in: I’m not long enough to comment
Overall: If you use full strokes, you’ll enjoy going very slow to enjoy the richness and complexity of the sleeve. As mentioned, the first chamber is the star of the show, but it does not eclipse the second chamber. If I had to finish, I would use the second chamber. With the mild tightness of the first chamber on my shaft and the sensation of the large speed bumps I can end the game whenever I desire.
Rankings: 6/7 (Almost perfect)
Similar Sleeves: MVP – MVP is like Lvl Up in that the first chamber is the headliner with the same iconic small bumps, like that of a football. Unlike Lvl Up, MVP’s first chamber is a lot more simple and meatier. The simplicity makes me prefer MVP.
Fazit:
I would very highly recommend this sleeve, but I also have a huge bias for the model. From texture alone – It is a 6/7 (Almost perfect). It is a just little too intense, in the 1st chamber, but is overall mostly stimulating.
