I was extremely skeptical of this sleeve and was honestly a bit weirded out by the mouth orifice. However after a long string of mediocre real blowjobs, curiosity (and a bit of desperation) led me to adding this sleeve to my last order. This sleeve blew (heh) me away from the first use and has not disappointed since.

The orifice is functional. Lube it up and the tongue is incredibly stimulating during shallow strokes around your head. If you've got a bigger head, the teeth can be felt lightly grazing you between the shaft and head - it's more pleasurable than it sounds, but I suppose some people might find it too stimulating.

Pushing a little deeper to the ring section kinda replicates the beginning of the throat. You will sometimes a feel "popping" sensation or a tightness that you push through that welcomes you into the "throat". But what I enjoy the most about this section is the suction. Close up the case and keep your strokes between this area and the tongue and it really starts to feel like a girl sucking you off. Rock the case forward and back - the end cap up toward your face on the in stroke, then the end cap down toward your feet on the out stroke. The sensation of the suction + the tongue lapping you up feels very real.

Got this sleeve years ago when the FL line was only a handful of designs. This one was the most interesting at the time, though is very mild compared to what's offered now. It was a sort of an ol' reliable for me as it was my only sleeve until recently.

Not sure if it can be considered very realistic any more, but it does feel good. Very tight entrance that quickly opens up and sucks you in similar to the real thing. Got this sleeve because it was an advertised blowjob simulator. If you use it right, I guess it somewhat resembles one, but definitely not a simulator.

The material is different from their normal sleeves - way stickier and softer. I'm worried I'll break one of the outer rings some day, but it's held up fine so far. The softer texture is nice because this sleeve is on the tighter side. It seems to give and stretch more than normal sleeves.

The orifice is unique but needs quite a bit of lube to get into it properly. There are a few ways you can enter, like through both rings, through the side, through one ring and around the other, etc - so it allows for a lot of variation and experimentation if you're into that. On the out-strokes, the outer rings lag behind and give a delayed sensation against the shaft which is a nice feeling. There are large bumps/ridges near the actual sleeve entrance (below both rings) that can feel like a tongue massaging you if you twist and move it just right. Very rewarding sleeve but may require some work on your end.
