Dreams Come Tru (DCT) is my third sleeve. I'm ~6.25" x 5" and cut. I am reviewing the Ice/Clear version.

BLUF: for me the DCT is a less intense / edging sleeve. It'll get me there, and allow me to keep FLying all the way through the orgasm, but requires a deliberate effort to finish.

I have to hand it to FL - definitely broadening my horizons with their FLGs. It can be fun to pair the sleeve and the FLG and, to that end, Tru Kait and her FL are both gorgeous. Even with the Ice version of the sleeve, the detail is as readily apparent as it is appealing. No issues with the quality of this sleeve as delivered. If anything, the case might be a little better made than my Regal (though both are certainly serviceable).

It's actually very difficult for me to discern the different textures inside the sleeves. The DCT feels a little more distinct in that regard than the Regal, but I definitely couldn't say what's inside either sleeve based on how the feel. The overall sensation with the DCT is gentle, subtle. It's pleasant, not too intense, not too restrictive. If you get the lube right, the DCT is easy to fly with for an extended period. The lips give you a nice gentle squeeze and feel good to push through. Interestingly, I think the DCT might actually be better with the cap loose/off. This let me better experience the texture and, to me, this sleeve is definitely about the texture and enjoying the ride rather than out right intensity or suction.

In my experience with this sleeve, the best orgasms came from a more pronounced build up (even if it's just 10-15 minutes), with full and continuous stimulation through orgasm. The lower overall intensity of the sleeve really shines when used to continue stimulation during orgasm. It's also excellent in the shower owing to its outstanding, arguably better, performance with the cap off.

Fazit:
Overall, it's nice to have this sleeve in the collection. I find it to be a less intense sleeve and it really comes into its own when I have the extra time required to take advantage of the gentle nature of DCT and fly for an extended period. It does well uncapped and, by extension, in the shower. This texture allows me to fly right through orgasms and, with a little build up, that's pretty amazing. If you're on the more sensitive side, this sleeve might be just what you need for an intense session.

This is my second FL. I'm mid 40s, ~6.25" x 5", and in a relationship. I purchased the Flight Pilot based on the recommendation of several on-line sources and because it is advertised as a best seller.

I didn't plan on writing a review of this FL after only three uses (the minimum)... but here we are. Bottom line up front, I haven't been able to achieve orgasm with this sleeve. Without external stimulation (e.g. Porn) it doesn't keep me hard.

The good: it's sleek looking, definitely nondescript/subtle. The cap greatly varies the suction considerably and obviously. If you're a average size or above, you can explore pretty much everything the sleeve has to offer. The entrance looks better in person than the photos I saw before buying. It's just a generally aesthetically pleasing sleeve.

The bad: beyond the obvious, I found this sleeve to be a bit noisy with the cap loosened. It also seemed to positively drink lube. I'm still not sure where it all went, to be honest. I think the entrance is partly to blame for this. It's a lot of contact around the shaft, so it might be acting like a squeegee to move the lube. I had a really hard time feeling the 3rd section (the fingers) at all and the 4th section (the ribbing) didn't do much for me. There just wasn't much intensity/stimulation past the initial squeeze and 2nd section (chamber).

Use log/details (for the curious):
The first time I used this sleeve, I went for about 20-25 minutes. I had plenty of time, motivation, and lube. I had some decent entertainment on my tablet. I'm not really into edging, so I was starting to feel pretty frustrated because I couldn't get over the edge. Regal came out, and ~5 minutes later I enjoyed a big finish. The second time, I tried it out in the shower - I didn't necessarily have an issue with lube, but once again I couldn't get there. After about 5-10 minutes, I gave up. The third attempt was "normal" - no shower, no porn. It was difficult for me to even stay hard in the Pilot. Swapped over to Regal - with the exact same stroke pattern, Regal got me hard, and blasted me off in

Fazit:
This sleeve is a 0.5 out of 5 for me. I was not able to achieve orgasm with it, and it didn't feel particularly pleasurable in use. I don't intent to continue using or attempting to use this sleeve. I am thankful this was not my introduction to FLying, I might well have given up on FL entirely if I thought this sleeve was representative.

I am reviewing the Regal Ice version of this sleeve. Original reviewed in March 2025, I’m revisiting this FL in April 2026 with more than 100 logged flights.

After a handful of uses, I look forward to using and experimenting with this sleeve. The orgasm is, on average, more intense than the "real" thing (though I still prefer a warm blooded partner, of course!). The varied textures and the ability to effectively stimulate through orgasm puts me right to the limits of what I can handle every time. It can really only be matched (or exceeded) by a woman in control (e.g. on top) who knows what she's doing. I haven't tried edging, I don't usually have the time for that. Longest FLight so far has been about 15 minutes (paired with my first watch of the sleeve's namesake).

ETA 2026: after more than 100 flights, Emma still gets the job done. I will be adding a section on the reversed, birthday texture in the next few days. The sleeve feels a little less intense after more than a year of use… but it still has no problem getting me hard, keeping me hard, and producing a big finish. When I first started flying with Emma, I sometimes needed to stop during orgasm due to the intensity. Generally, I can now keep flying through to the end.

I find one FL lube packet to be (more than) adequate for a single session, particularly if "extended" with a little water. Clean up is super easy - just run water through it, use your fingers as required. I tend to produce a LOT, and it comes right out. The sleeve seems to dry adequately for use on subsequent days just leaving it uncapped. The cushion at the lips/entrance is nice - you can thrust or pump very aggressively without worry. The lips themselves are nicely shaped and inviting. The sleeve itself isn't too loud with the cap screwed in all the way. Of course, if you loosen the cap and start pushing/pulling air through the sleeve it's possible to overhear.

ETA 2026: if you want to, you can secure the sleeve and pound it really hard… the lips and mound provide great cushioning for that. The lips, while tight, don’t require you to be fully hard to get in - Regal is more than stimulating enough to get you going with little/no prep work, letting you focus on your entertainment of choice and enjoying the flight. Once you are hard, it’s easy to find the lips and let them channel you back in if you enjoy making full strokes.

Owing perhaps to my shape/sensitivity, I actually like to go deep (for me) with this sleeve. The sleeve has broken in nicely (maybe still is?). The sleeve feels great on entry, and the first couple chambers are not bad at all. I prefer full length strokes and really like to just bury myself in it, or work the middle of the sleeve with shorter strokes. The texture there might be tamer ~4.5-6 inches, but it works for me. I don't necessarily feel a ton of stimulation in my root or shaft, so the more aggressive texturing might be better for me there.

ETA 2026: the reversed birthday texture is, for me, definitely the lesser of the two. The big difference is the entrance - it doesn't have the ability to arouse and stimulate me the same way. Also, it seems to squeegee lube away from where I need it, making the sleeve less lube efficient. The case is nice and I like the color... but, from a performance standpoint, the original Regal is the way to go.

Fazit:
This sleeve consistently produces the most intense orgasm I can physically handle... and then some. The texture is varied, and by adjusting technique and suction you can go for short intense sessions, or longer an more draw out fun. This sleeve has proven an excellent introduction to the FL range and is still going strong after over 100 flights. I was initially unsure of how I'd feel about using a FL or what to expect, Regal has me looking forward to it. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend the Regal.
