This sleeve is not that intense, repetitive and pretty wide. That's not a bad thing though. It makes the sleeve amazing for beginners or for longer sessions. Since it's repetitive and a bit wider it's also one of the more realistic feeling ones. The sleeve being wide also makes it quite easy to penetrate and since not much lube is needed pretty easy to clean.
