Twisted is definitely a novelty purchase. I was attracted to the orifice initially, but felt disappointed irl once I noticed there aren’t really two major entrances; it’s just a bit of a lip/divider. I was hoping to use it to frot with bros, which I still can and it definitely has its appeal for that. Unfortunately non fl strokers like the cock block are much more suited for that type of play. Here’s hoping in the future Fleshlight or Fleshjack more likely will come up with a legit competitor.
I will say the intense suction was a great surprise. Coupled with the ribbed texture change about 3 inches in, this sleeve will get a sizable load out of you!

Novelty value. Silicone is the softer type and feel is loose, though I am smaller sized. Can switch between holes offset on either side. Lube gets a bit messy and is noisy. I think a fairly ordinary texture, made more interesting by switching between holes. Can be frustrating to use but this might be an enjoyable feature as well.

Fun double entry. Soft, loose feeling. Ordinary texture. More of a novelty fleshlight than a first pick when feeling like playing around more than getting off.

I really liked the idea of the two orifices, so I bought this sleeve. The orifices look and feel great. I had quite some fun switching up the two holes. The sleeve itself is pretty average, intensity and stimulation don't really stand out. Penetration is a little bit better. Twisted Sisters is not very tight but has a great variation.

Twisted sisters is a very unique sleeve! It is one of my favorites. The texture is very diverse with 6 unique sensations and all feel amazing! Pushing through the nice tight channels feels amazing, and feeling the rings near the entrance stimulate excellently on the back stroke. Ill have to wait and see how well the bridged gap between the two orifices holds up, but im not to concerned about it.

I got this one cuz it looked unique and it definitely is. It has some major upsides with the dual entrances and how they push you slightly differently against different textures more than others. This can make each side more intense at different depths

That can make it delightful to swap entrances for a different sensation and add to the experience.

The big downside is this toy needs a whole lot of lube. You gotta re-lube it frequently unfortunately. The clear color is great for the visual stimulation if that's your thing but makes it easier to see where you gotta clean too
