I've used this texture 1,000s of times over the years owned many of them (Too many to admit!). Originally it was a brilliant sleeve for someone like me who is incredibly sensitive with incredibly powerful orgasms, it was highly realistic and enabled sessions lasting hours with gentle and controllable orgasms. Its made from the softer material Fleshlight use for their generic range, which did an excellent job at simulation the female anatomy. Unfortunately a few years back Fleshlight either changed the composition of this material or their moulding process changed, resulting in new fleshlights using this material to be loose and/or the material offering little resistance to penetration, resulting in less stimulation. As the texture is smooth-bored (completely smooth) this means you get the worst of both worlds, little to no stimulation from the texture and no stimulation from the material's resistance. I've tested this by making numerous purchases from different retailers (including Fleshlight's own website) but alas they now all the same type of material/moulding. I've explained this to the company themselves but to no avail.

If you can find one made of the original material/original moulding (would now probably be impossible) then I'd recommend buying it but I cannot recommend buying it unless you have incredible girth (My girth is above average but not "incredible") to counteract the looseness and are incredibly sensitive to counteract the lack of stimulation from the texture.

In conclusion I cannot recommend this model as the material and/or the moulding process used to manufacture it have changed, resulting in a loose Fleshlight which provides little resistance to penetration coupled with no stimulation from the texture itself as it is now loose and/or not moulded correctly. It doesn't look like much but it does have some (minor) redeeming qualities.
The entrance actually has a bit of nice resistance when you pry the thick labials apart, it is comfortably hugging your shaft side during the ride.
You have the start of the passage being kind of a tight rectangular section but it immediately connects to the round tube.
It's a nice feeling plunging in, you feel it open up.
Then it's followed up by about 2 inch of little bit softer tugging sensation that ends up constricting a little harder at the final inch of my pecker (6.3")

The constriction is not obvious from looking at the design, also not many seems to have pointed that constriction out on heat map.
It has to do with the first 3 inches having a plushier feel given by the wide part of the case.

This was the first ever FL, and you can tell.

There isn’t too much to say, the smoothness of this texture its initially pleasant, but it slowly becomes boring and it could take a while to reach the climax, since the stimulation is very poorly. The texture is also pretty tight, so it could be a problem for the most girthy guys to get certain stroking speeds (also, if you are looking for this same texture but in an even tighter way, you are looking for the Tight texture, ideal for less girthy guys).

The most critical aspect of this Fleshlight is surely the absence of variety, its always the same feeling and you can’t try to make it different by rotating the Fleshlight of a certain deegree, or things lik that. I got this Original FL for a dollar (yes really) and figured it was worth it just for having a back up case if I would ever need one in the future. There's not much I can do to sugar coat it; this sleeve does almost nothing for me. I found the "Original" smooth texture to be extraordinarily boring. It is fun to penetrate, as all Fleshlights are, but after that I feel almost nothing. This is the most baseline fleshlight you'll find with it's entirely smooth texture without any gimmicks and that means exactly what you would expect: Cleanup takes seconds, drying takes roughly one to two hours but there is also nothing interesting in it's feel. It is entirely smooth, with the material literally being the only stimulation. It's nice to have for a quick go but also nothing i'd recommend, especially as a first FL.

I got this with a non-descript orifice as a free mystery sleeve with my first ever FL purchase. Given my main purchase was Brent Corrigan's Bliss, this texture paled severely in comparison. This is possibly the most boring sleeve but I think it still has its value. It is simple and smooth. No variation at all which means super easy to clean up and dry, making this a good choice to use in any occasion or with other sleeves because there is no trouble dealing with this one afterward at all. I rarely cum in this one, if ever. This one is good to warm up, get your cock hard for other challenges, or good to use when "taking a break" between intense sessions but wanting to keep the cock stiff. I got it as a bonus sleeve in a bigger order and I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. But as it was there, curiosity takes over and I started to experiment with it. I used it several times before I came to the conclusion that it cannot compete with other sleeves. It is hard for me to climax with it although it's possible. It works okay in the very first FLight after some days without sex of any kind. But it does absolutely not create any overwhelming sensations that make some intense textures so addictive to me.

I strongly oppose the "realism"-rating here at flesh-assist. That thing is not realistic at all. No woman is so smooth. Real sex is much more stimulating!

I don't rate the loudness as all sleeves are very quiet to my ears. The difference is irrelevant to me. That sleeve is easy to clean and dries very fast, but that is about the only thing that sleeve excels in.

For cleaning I use mild hand washing soap ("soap free soap"), which does not hurt the sleeves noticably, even the frequently used ones! I also use talkum and NOT corn starch. Moist corn starch is a perfect nutrient for molds and bacteria of any kind.

I cannot recommend that sleeve to any circumcised man. It's just too little stimulation. When using this by itself I don't think I could cum, unless I saved it up for several days. It's like it's 90% of what I need to cum but that last 10% isn't there. The Original texture with the lady orifice was my first fleshlight in 2009. I didn't suffer from any kind of Death Grip Syndrome (DGS) or had trouble climaxing.
