Here are the facts: Riley is an extremely unique sleeve who offers experiences and sensations presently offered by no other sleeve this reviewer is aware of. Is Riley for every FLyer? Probably not. Does Riley offer a fabulously unique FLight? Definitely. Do these facts warrant her current number-one position? Answering that question lies beyond the scope of this review. Should you acquire Riley, if you are on the hunt for new sensations? Without a doubt.

Intensity:
Riley is a very intense sleeve, and will exercise a very tight grip on your cock. This is almost entirely due to her extremely tight ring-chamber: located about one-third of the way down her length. This chamber is intended to give the sensation of bottoming out in her throat. The effect is quite a bit similar to that which one experiences when FLying with Kumzumi (another texture which has flirted with top-ten representation in 2025). This is my first oral sleeve and the first ever Fleshlight I've used. I don't understand how this Fleshlight is in position 3 of the overall rank. Personally I didn't feel the typical softness of a Fleshlight sleeve or even a balance with the suction, it was very easy to get into, but so easy to get into that I didn't get to feel the texture. Insomnia, compared to other sleeves I've had, is too soft and with a very wide channel. Overall Satisfaction: This sleeve is amazing and the absolute best oral sleeve (although there aren't many). The feeling of being able to get a more realistic looking blowjob never falls short of being great.

After seeing how highly this one has climbed in the rankings, I felt compelled to submit a review. I strongly advise not getting swept up in the hype.

For context, I’m of average size and have owned twelve sleeves in total (currently eleven).

I’ll start by giving credit where it’s due. For those who care about aesthetics, this sleeve does look very realistic. Lube usage, sound, and cleanup are all fairly standard, and it does manage to mimic the general sensation of a blowjob.

Now for the negatives. This sleeve does not respond well to either thrusting or stroking. There is very little sensation toward the base of the shaft — I barely feel anything until I’m about three-quarters of the way in. And once I reach the point where I do feel something, the feeling is… unremarkable. Insomnia was a tricky one. I heard all the buzz on the subreddit when she first released so I ended up purchasing her. I really like the Boost Blow, and that one is kind of controversial. I use the boost case with the regal for the suction effect which takes the Insomnia to a whole new level. I would say that the Insomnia with the boost case is probably the best BJ simulation you can get from a fleshlight. Being a new mouth-sleeve, this one was an instant-buy for me as soon as it released. The texture feels great, even tho I can't really feel any of the intricacies themselves. The actual texture starts way deeper than that of Anal- and Vaginal-Sleeves due to the mouth. The tongue feels great pressing against the shaft while going balls deep into Riley's mouth. The uvula is a nice extra stimulus when rubbing over the glans and especially against the frenulum when the sleeve is turned upside down. After the uvula, the texture starts off on the tighter side, then opening up again. It's easy to just forget the time while edging with insomnia but one wrong move and you might be finishing quicker than you planned. I was excited about this one, and rightfully so.

I think there is quite a lack of oral fleshlights so it was a sure call I'd buy this one.

I'm not the most sensitive guy so for me its quite a smooth ride, but I consider that a good thing. Nice for edging when you're already a bit worked up but only then for me. Not enough to bring you there but perfect to keep you there when you are already.

This is my favourite sleeve. I love the visual of the eager mouth wrapping itself around me. It's not a super intense sleeve, so you can easily edge with it. The orgasms with insomnia are always great. It's very noisy, so be wary of that if you live with other people.
