That immediate snugness is a huge part of the appeal, because it gives the sleeve such a strong, intense start right away. Even though the texture is fairly simple, it still manages to be very stimulating, which is exactly why it keeps me interested. It does not need to be overly complicated to work well. It just delivers a strong, tight, satisfying feel that makes the whole experience memorable.

It is one of those sleeves that feels straightforward but effective, and that simplicity is part of what makes it so good. It is definitely a tight one, and that is a big reason I keep coming back to it

Honestly I think this sleeve is great and most people sleep on it because it has no reviews and is not even ranked at the point of writing this review.
The sleeve has a consistent texture, it alternates between two chambers. One is sort of a spirally rings and the other one is bunch of lines. It feels really tight but not chokingly tight. With the cap fully tightened it creates an effect which pushes you out of the sleeve, which is really nice. It’s like the butt is fighting you, and it is a really pleasurable battle. This sleeve is milker, it wants you to finish quicky (with the cap on). Without the cap I would say it’s a good edging sleeve, if you take your time. Without the cap you can control yourself much better because it’s not fighting you, it’s welcoming you and wants you inside.
The cheeks are pretty big, and the little tight hole is quite hidden by the cheeks, the material is soft. You can feel the little dimple from the lady part, it is slightly textured.
If I could describe the entire package of this sleeve (looks, texture, features) it could be summed up pretty much into realism++. It’s almost like a real thing but enhanced, like the butt took steroids. I mean It’s not EXACTLY like the real thing, but comes close and offers some additional perks. It can also fart (depends on technique, amount of air and lube).
I think it is much much better than her lady sleeve.

In conclusion Vesuvius is a sleeve that can be anything you want. It’s tight, it’s either intense or edging sleeve (so in summary mild). Has nice “push you out” effect. Quite realistic, with some extra perks. And has really nice round cheeks and a little tight hole.
