El canal interior tiene un diámetro de 0,5 - 0,6 pulgadas (12-15 mm) y está cubierto por numerosos baches anchos de 0,2 pulgadas (6 mm) a lo largo de toda la longitud. Con respecto a la textura de los golpes de la unidad de entrenamiento de resistencia, el canal ha sido llamado "Mini-Stamina" porque el tamaño y la disposición de los golpes son similares, sólo la longitud del canal es más corta. (La ilustración de la textura en el sitio web del fabricante es lamentablemente inexacta porque la textura de los golpes mostrada allí parece la textura de la inserción de Speed Bump.)
